We loved everything about this hotel. The location was just the right amount of distance from the crowds but close enough to be able to get involved.
The staff were excellent especially Tony, who was super friendly. The room had the most amazing view room 302. It had a bath and a shower. The bed was excellent and also the pillows. We would definitely come back to this hotel. It’s been our favourite so far on our 6 week trip.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel, unfortunately and rarely the hotel AC broke-down, luckily our room has windows that can be opened with an unbeatable view of the river. Our standard size double room is just right for two adults with two luggages. Stefano and the whole team were great assisting us during our stay and made us feel welcoming. The location of the hotel is perfect, just next to Arsenale, but able to find the quietness from the crowd. There are supermarkets, cafes, and good restaurants at via Garabaldi just across the bridge from the hotel. We would stay here again in the future.

I had a great stay at the Bucintoro. Exclusive view at the lagoon, very nice and spacious room, perfect breakfast. And the most important thing: very good room service and very clean. One Bridge away is the station Arsenale and only a few meters away the Via Garibaldi, where you can buy all you need. Great location!

Everything was beyond exceptional! Clean rooms, comfortable bed with amazing pillows! The hallway looks a lot like a boat, which is amazing! Breakfast was by far the best we had in Italy, they have fruits, vegetables, meat and cheese, omelette, lots of sweets. Amazing! As for the staff, we could not ask for better! They were all super friendly and kind to us!! Especially Stefano from front desk and Mr. Murad (I hope I got the name right) the concierge. Exceptional people, always willing to help. We will for sure come back. We already recommended this hotel to our friends and family! Also, let's not forget about the view!! Amazing!

I’d recommend this hotel. The location is nice. It is close to Piazza St Marco. There is a boat station nearby which serves to airport.
