Actually I'd like to give this hotel 4.5 stars because of the extra point from their quality of breakfast which I'm impressed so much especially in delicious croissants.
Let's keep the quality of service minds and food so I sincerely suggest to any travellers for good Euro hotel.

I stayed with a group here for a night. It is an old fashion hotel but it was ok for one night. We had no problems. The lady at the reception, Lara was very helpful and kind.
Breakfast was ok, but they give plastic plates to use and we didn’t like it.
Overall it was not a bad experience.

Very bad service by the receptionist can't get a proper wifi network. False advertising. Bad decor and also very bad looking hotel. I don't understand who gave them a 4 star rating. Very sad that Italy has these kind of bad hotels too.

Racist experience from the hotel - Indians please stay away. Very slow WiFi - Though they have advertised free WiFi everywhere , the numerous wifi connections provided throughout the hotel are very slow & cannot be used at all.

There is no refrigerator in this hotel, there is no shower cabin, there is a curtain, the air conditioners do not cool well, I was stuck in the elevator, while I was trying to open the door in panic, I dropped my phone in the elevator shaft. I had to pay the service fee of 100 euros to get my phone. Management sucks.

Bu otelde buzdolabı yok, klimalar iyi soğutmuyor, asansörde kaldım panikle kapıyı açmaya çalışırken telefonumu asansör boşluğuna düşürsüm. Telefonumu alabilmem için servis parası 100euro yu ben ödemek zorunda kaldım. yönetim berbat.

After a few years the stars need to be updated I think… it is absolutely not a 4 star hotel… very dated structure and interiors… room without mini bar I repeat it is a 4 star… very poor breakfast… coffee only from the machine… in a 4 star it is absurd… unfortunately never again.

100 euros for a room for a “4 star” that has nothing of four stars, rude staff, 1 small bottle of water available in the room, no type of bar service not even to have a bottle of something. Horrible bed that creaks and does not let you sleep. We spoke in a normal tone of voice even though it was late at night and we had the music on the phone at low volume and we were called back. I will never go back there again

Our airline brought us here after canceling our flight out of Pisa. It was somewhat more comfortable than spending the night in the airport, but not somewhere we would have chosen. The biggest issue is that the rooms (or at least the one we had) are dated. The bedspreads seem old (and who wants a bedspread in the time of COVID?) the mattresses are hard, and the shower stall is tiny. I will say that the free breakfast the next morning was great and the staff couldn't have been more kind or efficient. It's just not what I would call a modern four-star hotel, but it served the purpose.
