Very nice staff, clean rooms, rich and fresh breakfast, cool swimming pool. The AC wasn't working in the room and it's a bit difficult to approach with car, but the latter is the part of the Italian charm. The sight is spectacular from here.

This place is like walking into an 80s hotel that has never changed ever since. The check-in process was slow. Our air-conditioning was broken and although the repairman was quick and swift, the timing could have been better as we were still asleep when they knocked on the door to repair it. The furniture and the paint on the walls need a major update. The hot tub is actually a cold tub but the pool tub is actually a cool tub so that was good with the warm weather

This hotel was a lovely place to take a rest while on holiday, it includes a large swimming pool outside, a hot tub to go with, breakfast, amazing views, and many other things.

Amazing hotel. Stayed 4 nights for our son's wedding. Would thoroughly recommend for a lovely relaxing time. Staff very friendly and helpful, lovely pool & jacuzzi.
Lovely setting & spectacular views. If going into centre of Malcesine would recommend a taxi back as it's very hilly and taxi only costs
€9 and in the heat money well spent.

OK for a 3* hotel. Breakfast selection is nice. Some rooms and areas would need a repainting though.

Great location for exploring the lake Garda. The room was big and comfortable with stunning view. Breakfast was okay nur not too good. The hotel looks a bit shabby.

Verry nice hotel, food in the morning is good too also with covid19 they come and serve the food at your table for breakfast. Good to tennisterrein with magic view. Swimming pool is nice too

I stayed in a room with a single bed. It was ok. Access to a joined balcony with room next door. Old style hotel. When you pay for dinner I paid 15 euro for a 3 course. The staff are constantly coming up to u at dinner asking do u want more and more. When u buy a drink at dinner they give you the receipt straight away which is kind of annoying. You paid for all drinks and food at the end of your stay which is efficient. Just personally when I ask for water at dinner I don't care about the receipt.

The breakfast was good, the staff from breakfast was really friendly and help fast with whatever we have asked. The staff from the whole hotel was really nice.

The fridge there but as well not plugged in. We had to move a bit the furniture in the rooms so that we could plug it in. The facilities looked poor. Swimming pool dirty, and even though was not in the season it could have been cleaned. due to the fact that it was raining one days, we ask them if we can use the tennis table, of course we could but it was outside as well. The Wi-Fi is really bad. Internet surfing is really slow.
