The location is simply spectacular and silent. The hotel has a huge terrace where you can have breakfast in the morning and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. A true corner of paradise.

The breakfast is extraordinary - varied and abundant, also offering "homemade" desserts.

The welcome was impeccable, with the staff always ready to provide valuable suggestions on what to visit in the surrounding area.

Bonus: there is always a very affectionate kitten on the terrace 🐈

Romance, passion and excellent management.
This hotel, like its restaurant, reflects these three virtues that are not always easily available.
What doesn't allow me to give the location a 5 star is the distance from the lake, it would be a feather in the cap if it had a view of Garda as a backdrop.
Anyway, the village is very cute, in fact it could be enhanced more by the municipality of Manerba!
Well done, well done, I hope to return soon especially to your little restaurant!

An enchanting place where you can regenerate. Excellent cleanliness, fantastic food and unique location. Immersed in greenery and peace. The spa gives that extra touch to make the most of your stay. My partner and I were there a few days ago...certainly the place and the hotel are in absolute tranquility. Writing "resort and spa" on a plaque outside the hotel seems a bit exaggerated to me. The spa is nice but completely underappreciated. The water in the pool could have been warmer and I'm sorry to say it but the cleanliness of the pool wasn't the best. The edges were really dirty. The relaxation corner with herbal teas and a terrible kettle. You sip the herbal tea in obviously non-disposable plastic cups, with a strong smell that smells like a dishwasher. Very unhygienic. The room was very cute and delightful. The mattress and the "pillows" are terrible, so upon arrival ask the staff for a "real" pillow immediately. Gorgeous bathroom, very clean and with attention to the smallest details" be careful in this period to keep the windows closed otherwise a lot of bedbugs will settle on your curtains. The breakfast was quite good with fresh croissants and homemade cakes.

All in all not bad but not a four star. Overall good. It could be there for a romantic weekend.

A weekend of relaxation..
Excellent location to stay out of traffic and immersed in a village in complete tranquility .. very close to Salò and Sirmione where we then went to the beach in the morning ..
Very friendly staff and really cozy room.
Restaurant offers typical cuisine with excellent service and a good choice.
The best part is the indoor pool where you can relax after a day out in the heat.
We will definitely be back!
