We've been coming to this hotel for a number of years now. It is a lovely hotel only just on the outskirts of Bardolino centre (easy walking distance) where there are numerous restaurants and shops (especially gelaterias). The lake and it's ferries are well within walking distance. The rooms are well appointed and very clean (cleaned every day). The staff all spoke excellent English and nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast is on a rooftop terrace overlooking the lake. The selection of cold and hot items at breakfast is very extensive. The cost of drinks and food available at the bar are comparable to prices in the town so I don't think we were charged high prices just because it is a hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, we will be back again in 2025.

Nice pool area (though pool is overheated), breakfast good in a lovely location with views of the lake and bar staff are great but some of the reception staff could be more helpful and the rooms are very plain for the quality of the hotel and missing key things like tea and coffee making facilities or any decent TV channels. Photos on website and booking sites are quite misleading in my opinion: rooms were clearly dressed

The breakfast room was located on top of building looking over the sea. They were accommodating to my dietary needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were so helpful.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Location is great - 3 minutes away from the lake through the pedestrian path. Breakfast is absolutely amazing, held at a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view on the lake. Staff is friendly and very customer focused.

Not cheap but nothing in the Garda area is. Rooms are compact but you have everything you need bar tea making facilities. We used room service twice and dined in once and we found it reasonable. All staff are very friendly and the rooms are well maintained. The breakfast is geared towards Continentals so don't expect a Fry-up. I can recommend the coffee and croissants although healthier options are available at the rooftop breakfast room which has partial views over Bardolino. The hotel is ideally located not far from the "Bus Station" to the East and also a short walk to the town and the ferry jetty to the North and a Spar supermarket to the South of it.

Lovely hotel with helpful and friendly staff . Made our stay pleasurable.
Just one small negative...the pillows were sub standard for a 4 star hotel. Nothing worse then not being able to get comfortable when going to sleep for the night.

Gorgeous hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Great service too from everyone. Pool is amazing. Definitely coming back again and I rarely feel this way! One night is not enough
