We loved this hotel! Excellent location. Very pleased with the room, a suite on first floor, super comfortable bed, great bathroom, all spotless. Only improvement in lounge area would be a coffee table by the sofa. As others have said the balconies were small but suited the style of property. The mini bar with complimentary water and Prosecco each day was very welcome. The staff were wonderful, a shout out to Francesca on reception and the star was Frederica who was the friendliest and best bar hostess and made the best aperol spritz, she is a real credit to the hotel. Lovely breakfasts on the roof top terrace. Will definitely return.

I would not have bothered writing a review as we did not like the hotel, and do not normally put businesses down. My wife done a review on booking com, where she stated the hotel was very very hot, and we asked for the air conditioning to be turned on when we’d arrived at the hotel, but reception staff said they do not turn it on until the 8 of May! The night was incredibly hot in the room, opening the patio doors didn’t do much, plus the bar area was directly below us, and the road is 10mtrs away, so all very noisy. We asked again in the morning, the person on reception said they didn’t turn the AC on until the 14 May! On the other review the hotel replied to my wife, they said they acted immediately to rectify the unbearable heat in the rooms, this is absolutely not true. We arrived Thursday night, the first AC we were aware of was Sunday morning. The reception staff were not helpful in any way, unlike the staff at breakfast, who were terrific, and so helpful. The room we had supposedly a superior room, was painted plaster walls, the cupboard wasn’t deep enough for a standard coat hanger ( pictured below) The shower cubicle was tiny, with mould on the walls, hardly a superior attribute. There is a fridge in the room, but there is a sign telling you, not to hput any of your own items inside, unless purchased at the Hotel, absolutely bizarre. The Juliet balcony is obviously very small, but the neighbouring rooms balcony is a meter away, and we had guests smoking, which then came into our room. The management may reply to this, but the situation with the AC is absolutely 100% true. We still really enjoyed our time in this area, just not the Hotel. The temperature was exceptional, but the non action and attitude of reception staff was totally unacceptable.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, the room with a balcony was amazing, I really dont know where to start. My friend was 60 whilst we were there and as a group of 7 we had asked for recommendations where to eat and whilst they gave us recommendations, they offered us their Terrezza where breakfast for served and not used in the evening for a private party, 50 euros each with three courses, wine, coffee, water, and a birthday cake, was amazing. Guiseppe the chef excelled himself and Sabrina who served on was fantastic. I can honestly say my friend had the most amazing 60th Birthday. Now to the hotel, the spa is lovely no pool but a relaxing area in the hotel. Rooms were lovely and cleaned every day. breakfast had a lovely variety of food to order and the buffet. Bed and Pillows were sooo comfy. Location - right slap bang in the centre of Bardolino with restaurants, bars and shops in close proximity. Not far from the local large supermarket the Spar. Will definitely stay here again

The hotel is great with friendly staff from check in to check out, excellent breakfast on the roof terrace and good food at lunch time in the garden. The bar staff were amazing. The pool was lovely and warm and some days we had it to ourselves which was a bonus. The location is excellent so close to the centre of Bardolino but also quiet. The room we had was on the 3rd floor with great views over the pool the air con was excellent so quiet. Great bathroom. The only area that could be improved would be the carpet in the bedroom - it was a bit old and after hoovering there was a smell - if you keep carpet then some fresh spray in the hoover would help minimise the smell - I used a lot of my Jimmy Choo after the hoovering!! overall a great stay and we would definitely go back.

Lovely hotel with a great location. Rooms, food & drink & staff all very good. Breakfast is very nice - lots of choice - & sat on the 4th floor terrace is a lovely start to the day. A few little watch outs - there are no coffee/making facilities in the room nor any access to an iron (other than paying for the laundry service). Also if you have long hair I recommend bringing a hairdryer as the room ones aren’t strong at all.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel , the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be returning in the future. Bardolino is a lovely place to visit and the hotel was in a great location to explore lake Garda .

For over 20years, and have always had good service, from a friendly team, over
Many years, sadly on this visit, for what ever the reason the staff have changed.
However we have just returned after a stay
At the hotel.
The cleaning of our room was poor.
Including the bathroom.
The room always smelt of a dirty mop.
The toilet seat was desperate to be replaced.
Bed sheets were only changed the day before we left.
Although this hotel has a chef who is very
Qualified, and one of the nicest people you could meet, the hotel does not have a restaurant, apart from 4 small tables which
Are placed in the hotel reception area.
Booking are taxi back to the airport should
Have been very straightforward, but the
Reception staff did not follow-up the booking for the taxi.
When checking out we were presented with
An assorted of bar tabs which did not relate to us. Mixture of coffee and alcohol.
One of the tabs related to a month before
We even arrived at the hotel.
The lady who I can only describe as having
Red hair, who dealt with are checking out was rude throughout the conversation
And kept speaking to my wife in German.
Unfortunately she does not benefit the
Hotel with her very poor customer service.

Whilst this is undoubtedly a beautiful hotel, very cosy, excellent amenities and friendly staff DO NOT STAY in the executive suite. We booked this room as we thought it would be an upgrade to a standard room. Definitely not executive and not 4 star. It was dark, small and stark with no natural light as in a corner of the ground floor, the air conditioning wasn’t working so we had to have a window open which was directly onto the pool area and a row of beds with ashtrays so the stale smell came into the room. Woken by pool pump very early and sound of maintenance guy cleaning. The bed was hard and we slept badly. We asked to speak to the manager but he would not/could not make himself available. Very poor customer service. We were meant to stay for 4 nights but checked out after 1 as they couldn’t accommodate a different room. Charged €266 for a room that definitely doesn’t deserve to be classified as an executive suite. A king-size bed a dining table and chairs which you would not sit at as it was so dark and claustrophobic.

We've been coming to this hotel for a number of years now. It is a lovely hotel only just on the outskirts of Bardolino centre (easy walking distance) where there are numerous restaurants and shops (especially gelaterias). The lake and it's ferries are well within walking distance. The rooms are well appointed and very clean (cleaned every day). The staff all spoke excellent English and nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast is on a rooftop terrace overlooking the lake. The selection of cold and hot items at breakfast is very extensive. The cost of drinks and food available at the bar are comparable to prices in the town so I don't think we were charged high prices just because it is a hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, we will be back again in 2025.
