Grand Hotel Terme

We spent a week in this fabulous hotel, travelling with our two dogs. The suite with view on the lake was spatious and comfortable. The warm pool outdoors has a great view on the lake and the mountains. The treatments and massages were excellent. We also enjoyed a gourmet dinner at the restaurant of the hotel. The service was outstanding. One of our dogs was unable to walk from day 3 due to illness and the staff went out of their way to assist. We loved this holiday and will definitely come back.

Have been a guest at this Spa/Luxury retreat several time through the years, in different seasons, and always have a desire to return again ! Seems like never to get enough of it !

My stays where usually 4 to 6 nights- thats the amount of time, i figure out, is super important to fully re-charge and go through some of the healing/beauty procedures.

Beside the thermal water pools and water therapies there are many more expert procedures in the resort and i would definitely take some rides through the lake Garda , the hotel has a boat deck.

Just wow! Completely exceeded our expectations. My husband and I planned to come here for 3 days and then head to the Dolomites. After leaving, we ended up shortening our trip to the Dolomites to come back for a couple of days! We felt like we were coming home!
From the beautiful hotel, spa, unbelievable thermal pool with awesome massage features, bikes, to great food and friendly service, this place was one of our favorites in Italy (been to Rome, Amalfi, Florence and now Dolomites). We got a package that included a full body message, exfoliant and facial and it was great! What a beautiful lake, beautiful views from the hotel and a short walk to the old town of Sirmione where we had some of the best dinners of our stay. Parking was super easy, convenient and free! We will 100% be back and will be telling all our family and friends. We could have easily stayed here a full week. Thank you for the great experience!

When approaching the hotel, you’ll encounter a barrier about 100 meters away. Access to the hotel grounds is restricted. You need to enter through the middle gate, press the call button, and inform them that you’re heading to the hotel. You’ll receive a ticket, which should be handed to the reception upon check-in.

Hotel is located on the shores of Lake Garda, offers breathtaking views and a range of amenities for relaxing. Thermal pool is an ideal spot for rejuvenation. The rooms are clean, comfortable.

Dinner at the hotel was somewhat average. For example, fresh scampi were served with a bitter accompaniment that overpowered their natural flavor, though the pasta with pesto was delicious. On the other hand, the breakfasts were exceptional, with some of the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had.

The reception staff were very attentive; from the beginning, they gave us a tour of the hotel to help us get oriented.

Housekeeping was also excellent. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job, quickly and efficiently tidying up the rooms multiple times a day. Additionally, the hotel staff left a great impression overall, contributing positively to our stay with their attentiveness.

Overall, the experience at the hotel was very positive, and we will definitely return.

The best location in Sirmione, right next to the Castle and the pier for stunning sunsets, as well as for enjoying leisurely walks to the archaeological site or grabbing a gelato. Despite Sirmione being very busy, the area around the hotel didn't feel crowded. I had a lovely water view room that allowed me to watch the world go by. The thermal waters, known for their medicinal properties, are complimentary with the room. The restaurant is elegantly decorated with very attentive staff and offers a great menu featuring local Franciacorta wines.
Ideal for all types of travelers. Highly recommended.
