This is a beautiful hotel with lots of services. The staff is very nice and will help you have a good time. There are 3 restaurants including one by the pool. The outdoor pool is very clean and big plus you will find a spa with an indoor pool and massage rooms. For breakfast there is a generous buffet and a good coffee machine. The rooms are clean and well furnished, you can choose from 6 types of rooms depending on how much you want to spend. It is attached to the center of Bardolino. I highly recommend it.

If I could rate the location of the hotel as 10 stars, I would. The hotel is right on the lake. There is no walk to the ``town'' as the hotel is no worse than in the city center (about 2 minutes walk). However, the hotel can be described as relatively quiet. All the staff are very hard working and friendly. This is our second time here and we will be back no later than next summer. The only criticism is that the hotel is a bit old and definitely needs some renovation in some corners.

stayed at this hotel this month and all in all a disappointing experience. I sadly ‘lost’ a very important family bracelet and can say with certainty that this has been taken from the room. When discussing with hotel reception I had to say the story of it going missing each time, something of this importance should be share amongst all staff?
I can’t stress enough to hide your things away if you are staying here!
The hotel itself is in a great location but definitely needs updating along with the cleaning standards particularly the toilets by the pool - definitely not a four star hotel!

We stayed at the Parc Hotel Gritti only for the weekend. Still enough to say: Dont stay here. The Aircondition in the room, even though it was turned off, made really really loud and annoying sounds - woke me up a LOT of times. The shower flooded our entire room after 5 minutes of showering. I told the staff immediatly - they told us we could only get another room if we paid more money even though there were rooms available. They told us they would fix it instead but nothing changed, nobody even bothered to look at the problem. We still had a nice vacation in Bardolino but i would really recommend to choose another accomandation.

Great location close to town area. Mainly over 50s use this hotel. Good undercover parking but no lift from the carpark. Big pool area but we swam on the lake as it was very close to the hotel.

This is an excellent hotel. Great location excellent staff good facilities and well priced. A real find and we may go back sometime.

Lovely rooms but no soundproofing so can be noisy. Supposed to have dinner but only went down one night as accosted for sitting in a table for 3 instead of 2, very abruptly. Carvery I had was pork and only 2 very small bits, disappointed. Ate out at Biri in town every other night, fabulous food.

We enjoyed a week here. Our only small criticism was that the food was repetitive and aimed at the mainly German clientele. Service at the bar was good with a good bar manager and waiting staff.

Ideal location for exploring Bardolino and Lake Garda. Only a few minutes walk into the town with a great selection of restaurants and shopping. Great breakfast. My room was very noisy due to the location of air conditioning equipment.

It promised so much and has the potential to be a great holiday hotel. We were told that there was several bars and restaurants and entertainment. We didn't see any form of entertainment, one restaurant was closed as was the piano bar. The a lacart restaurant was the pool bar. The maitradee was friendly to the customers but a bully to the hardworking serving staff. The cleaner was brilliant, always smiling and happy.We probably won't return unless the prices reflect the service's offered.
