+ Canado is in a great location, you can park the car and forget about it, place is car free which makes it perfect for kids. village entertainers are the best, they do what they can with limited resources (mini and baby club got old and dirty toys)
- unfortunately food is not their thing, we ate both in the buffet and in the restaurant a la carte, and we were not satisfied. At the buffet we found insects, hairs, and spoons hidden in the cereal since probably ages. A cloche would be great to prevent those things happening.
Apartment was okay, but I would not classified it as 4 stars, especially for the bathroom fixtures.
Kids playground should be taken care of a bit more, it seems neglected.

We had a very good time at canado club and the best Pizza ever. The two service persons, who made our vacation perfect, are lovely Sonja and Tommy. They are really caring from the bottom of their heart. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Not a 4 star resort. Poor & bad breakfast, too many people in restaurant, too many people in the Pool, too much entertainment noise. Bad coomunication and mis information from Canadao club. The apartments are NOT a 4 star quality. The only good point is the location.

Si scrive Canado, si legge famiglia- this headline is not just written it is lived in this family friendly hotel! Beachfront access to a sandy beach with shallow waters, tasty food (all inclusive option available), first-class animation program- adults and children will for sure have fun and enjoy their time here. The hotel is situated in pine woods with no access to cars so for sure you will sleep great here:) All the stuff is patient, kind and helpful. What is really impressive is how passionate and engaged everyone who works here is. Great cleaning service and renovated rooms (we stayed in "Baba family room"). There is an app which you can download so you can get informed about events or communicate with the reception/give feedback. There is a very nice playground and washing machines to do laundry. We would be definitely back :) Thank you everyone- you are all heroes - it takes lot of effort, passion and love to run such a great place! :) 💙💙💙💙

The resort is very nice (especially for small kids) if you know it’s a 3star resort and don’t have high expectations. It has the standards of a 3 star and not 4 star hotel. The infrastructure and rooms are old. The food choices are limited and normal, not really of 4star quality. There is no beach service for foods & drinks even the restaurant is very close to the beach. Also no pool restaurant. We especially missed the burger and the club sandwich we normally got in other resorts.
The sea is not super nice. I’ve seen more beautiful waters in Italy.
I very much liked the pool Organisation. You get limited time for the pool and need to do a reservation, which in my opinion is good so all guests can enjoy it.
You can’t arrive by car and will brought by a shuttle every time you need to get to your car (or walk 15 min) The shuttle from the parking slot to the hotel (and back) is too small to transfer people and luggages at the same time! We brought our luggage a day before our departure to make sure that we have no delays when checking out.
The staff were all friendly and helpful.
All in all was good especially with our little kids. If We return, will definitely organise our own food.

We have had an 1 room apartment in the Africa Hause. It was perfect. Has a full equiped kitchenette which is perfect when travelling with kids Facilities in the village are amazing and perfectly designed for kids. A really nice and big playground. Clean beach, clean and nice pool for kids. And, due to the fact that some of us have to work remote this days, the quality of the internet is simply amazing, everywhere including the beach. Food is really great, and due to the fact that they have an internal bracelet paying method makes it really easy to buy anything from restaurant, bar and even the shop. And the cherry on the cake is the shuttle between the parking and the village which is a train on wheels and the kids just love it. Maybe a small recoman dation, it is not really a complain, it is more a nice to have, it would be nice to inform about the costs of the chairs and umbrellas on the beach. We took them and seen them on the invoice. Maybe is not for all the same but for us was not transparent.

Place much break. New apartments.
Reception is always open and very nice girls.
Only flaw is two nights with groups of boys of 16 years.....confusion until late in the evening.
Knowing that they could fix the few families together.

I rented a beach umbrella for a day. Very good service.

You wait 5 min max and get the shuttle (ways to train) that takes you through the pine forest directly at the entrance of the club, which is on the sea. The hotel is clean, kept well and manufacture of modern. There is the pool, the animation, showers, parasols and sun loungers, a small supermarket, a bar (good cocktails), a self service and a restaurant. All the staff with whom I came in contact was kind and available.
The beach is sandy and clean.
I would say that is a very valid for families with children, even the very young. Overall satisfied.

Fascinating place. Always well ventilated and a step away from the sea and magic, a swimming pool next to it on the inside of the complex, also close to the bar and in the restaurant. The beach very large and well-equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fairly clean and accurate. The council and it was a very willingly.
