Hotel & Spa Bellavista Francischiello

I booked this Hotel based on the awesome reviews by others on Google who stayed here before me.
The lady with the glasses at the front has a bad attitude and prejudice amongst people from different ethnicity.
Not certain if she or her family owns the Hotel but even then she should very well aware that she is in a hospitality business and needs to be courteous and professional when dealing with customers.
The only good thing was the rooms were clean but their showers are small and you may end up hitting you knee through the plastic door many times when you are taking a bath.
We booked a sea view room and paid extra for that, they gave us a partial sea view room and said the hotel is fully booked although we didn't see many people going across the attic through out the day.
A man name Frenchesco at the front desk is the person to go to who would help you if you need anything and he was the only person who really took an initiative in accommodating our requests.
The Hotel is far from the center, the bus service is terrible and even if you have rented a car, by the time you reach Sorrento, you would understand it's pointless to drive and go back and forth from Hotel to Downtown via car.
I would recommend staying at a Hotel which is already in Downtown when visiting Sorrento.
