Grand Hotel Ambasciatori

Excellent and helpful staff; amazing view from the rooms; woke up every morning, opened the door of the balcony and listened to the waves.

The hotel was super clean and there were mutlltiple staff members checking if I had everything I needed in the room.

The private beach is also great, very relaxing, super clean water.

I had dinner at their restaurant twice and I could have stayed there forever. Lovely atmosphere, very tasty food and had some live (mandolin) music in the last evening.

+ Raffaele was lovely.

I would definitely love to go back.

P.S.: It's based at just 10 min walk from the train and bus station.

Loved this hotel! Joined my family here for the weekend and the rooms were clean and gorgeous! Breakfast was very good and staff was incredibly accommodating. Would love to come back with my family again!

Just the most amazing hotel - the staff are all wonderful, so attentive and kind. The view is staggering. The sheer size of the hotel is staggering: a garden, a private beach, a pool, at least two bars, three restaurants, countless seating areas, it’s just incredible. I cannot wait to return.

I stayed here with my wife during busy season July1-5 and absolutely loved our stay. The service was very good and the staff made sure that we were comfortable and whatever needs were addressed. The restaurants in the hotel for breakfast, lunch, dinner were absolutely amazing in taste and some of the best food that we had on our entire trip to Italy. The view was stunning and I keep dreaming about it. I would stay here again in the future if visiting Sorrento.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Views over the ocean, hotel itself, pool, food, private jetty with ocean access, rooms and service were superb. Massive shout-out to Max as well on reception who was incredibly helpful and really made it a joy to be there. One of the best hotels we've had the pleasure of staying at.

Overall an exceptional experience from the room, to the staff, to the restaurant and bar - all was amazing. The hotel locaton is a short walk from town with many things to see and explore.Our four night stay was perfect and great way to end our Italian vacation . Would highly recommend.

Cannot rate this hotel anymore highly. This was part of our honeymoon and from start to finish, the hotel could not do enough for us. Breathtaking views, spacious and beautifully designed rooms, and breakfast overlooking the Tyrrhenian. This hotel is perfect. Lift down to the private beach area. Even the sun loungers were brilliant! Highly recommend.

The Grand Hotel Ambasciatori is a truly refreshing haven. Stepping into our room, we were immediately captivated by the sheer beauty of everything. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, enhancing our overall experience. While the restaurant served tasty dishes, do expect somewhat modest portion sizes.

The beach area, with its deck-style sitting area, provided a perfect spot to bask in the sun while taking in the breathtaking view. While it's not a sandy beach but rather rocky, there's a designated swimming area if you fancy a dip. The surrounding area is tranquil, and the proximity to the town, with its array of restaurants and bars within walking distance, adds to the hotel's appeal.

All in all, it was an enchanting stay, and I'm eagerly looking forward to returning.
