However, I was very disappointed with my room experience. After my whole day outside until late night when I entered the room, sand and small debris were constantly falling from the ceiling. My bed, the floor, and even the bathroom were covered with little sand here and there which can be quite annoying.
It was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in these conditions.
After breakfast, I immediately informed reception and asked them to check if this was normal. They told me someone would come to inspect, but I waited for 3 hours and no one came until I checked out. At check-out, I mentioned the issue again, but there was no sense of urgency or proper service recovery.
For a property of this category, I expected much better service and accountability. The view is beautiful, but the lack of attention to such a serious room issue and the poor follow-up from the staff left me very disappointed.

Friendly and helpful staff. No parking available at hotel but they emailed me days in advance with the contact details of the parkade and transport. Room comfortable and clean. Located in Sasso Caveoso so very convenient.,
