Very nice hotel for visiting Venice. Very helpful, discreet and obliging service. Location ? Perfect. When I saw tourists lugging suitcases over Venetian bridges and footbridges, I thought to myself - I'm happy because my suitcase went straight from the car to the hotel room by elevator. Venice? It was not a problem to take a bus from just in front of the hotel gate located bus-stop (tickets available at hotel desk 1,50€/person one way trip), ride 20 minutes and enjoy Venice all the day. No stress for looking for parking place, and no cost of parking in this case.
Back to hotel after all day long - sitting in very nice restaurant with excellent food & wines. I truly recommend this place. I am planning to come back here - for sure.

It's such a cozzy hotel, only a few bus stops away from Venezia . Rooms are very big. Personal from the hotel is so nice. Plenty parking spaces. So close to hiway.

Large rooms (some very nicely renovated), nice service & good location to visit Venice. Bus leaves directly in front of the hotel and a ride costs only 1,50€. Breakfast buffet rather minimalistic & our room was a bit noisy as the neighbors were showering at 2:00 in the night.
But perfectly adequate and good for 2 nights!

Great place to stay to visit Venice. Very clean nice size room with great breakfast. Quiet at night. Nice restaurant for dinner too. Location is 20 minute bus ride to Venice. Staff very helpful. Highly recommend.

One of the greatest hotels to stay outside Venice. Very close to a bus stop and the rooms were incredible. Plenty of space to put your clothes in, a beautiful bathroom but a somewhat hard mattress. Other than that, the service was amazing and available for you 24/7. We even ordered in and the receptionist, Gian Marco, was so helpful that he brought us the order himself. They helped us so much to figure which bus we had to take, which bus stop and they were also able to let us buy tickets for the bus (water and road) inside the hotel. All an all, a great experience and a great hotel to live in. I would definitely recommend it!

I love this place... we traveled to Italy a few weeks ago and just loved the area. Restaurants near by and many attractions.

Lovely hotel, nice grounds, great staff very helpful, great breakfast, rooms lovely, no complaints at all would go again and also recommend. Bus route great just outside hote into Venice and not far from Mestre train station if that's where you got dropped off from airport. Can buy all tickets for bus and vaparretto from reception.

A fantastic hotel and restaurant with large and clean rooms and a wide range of wonderful italian dishes. Staff very friendly and professional and the owner always present with her wonderful smile. Great position in Mestre Venezia near the bus stop which takes you directly into Venice in 15 minutes. Love going back !!!

The hotel is amazing. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. It has free parking. The morning breakfast is delicious. Thank you for everything.
