Park Hotel Ai Pini is a charming and comfortable place to stay in Mestre. The grounds are well kept, the rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful, making it a pleasant base for visiting Venice. The hotel itself is in good shape overall, though some areas could use minor touchups to feel more updated. For the price we paid, it really felt like it should have delivered a true five-star experience, but the lack of a gym, fitness center, pool, or other recreational amenities keeps it from reaching that level. Still, the welcoming atmosphere, convenient location, and overall quality make it a solid choice for travelers.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent! The personnel were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready with a smile and great advice. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and a perfect start to the day. The location is very convenient — close to everything we needed and with easy travel options directly to Venice.

The staff was really professional
A lot of guarded parking, locked by a door and security.
The room was 10/10 clean.
Breakfast 9/10 nothing special about it.
The only reason i gave it 4 stars it is because during the night you hear other rooms air conditioning going 24/7, even if the rooms are soundproof. It is not really loud but may be annoying.

Beautiful hotel, large rooms. Staff was wonderful, anything we needed, they helped. Location is off the island of Venice, so you will need to take the bus or cab. We had a very comfortable stay!

Along with the excellent location, service, cleanliness, and restaurant, I must highlight the kindness of the staff, which made us feel at home. It was raining, and we were considering canceling our visit to Venice (we were only there for one day), but Rebecca offered us an umbrella, which made our visit possible. There was also a minor issue during our stay, but it was quickly resolved, and they even gave us some gifts. They truly deserve 5stars.

Very nice hotel and polite staff. The only issue is that the wifi couldn't connect in rooms. The signal was very poor and weak and we couldn't reach the internet which in our days it's something you need in your daily life.

Great stay! One of the most convenient accommodations in Mestre, especially if you visit by car. The free on-site parking and the nearby bus station will guarantee your easy access to Venice. Comfortable room with A/C, clean bathroom with hot water, and a restaurant with delicious menu for dinner. You will also love the garden outside the hotel, where you can enjoy your coffee and drink. The staff at the reception was extremely helpful and kind, answered all our questions about our access to the hotel as well as our transport to Venice. You can also buy tickets for the bus and the vaporettos at the reception something extremely convenient. One thing for sure that we will stay again at Ai Pini whenever we return to Venice.

Great hotel! Friendly staff, great service, spacious rooms. Location is close to the Mestre Train Station. We had a challenging time figuring out the bus at this location (for public transit - but more of user/google error). We were stranded in Venice due to the train strike and we had to quickly book a hotel and were so glad we picked this one! They let us check in early as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would use it again if im ever back to Venice.
