Excellent accommodation! My family and I stayed for a few days over New Year's. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially want to mention Giuseppe, who greeted us with a smile from the start, was patient and very kind, and we could easily communicate with him in either English or Spanish. A truly excellent guy, a 10 out of 10! The New Year's dinner was very good and special, and the same goes for the breakfast—a very varied and delicious buffet. The rooms were very comfortable and modern. A very good stay and highly recommended!

A very decent hotel, a friendly welcome and a pleasant bar & restaurant area. I liked the choice of welcome drink included a selection is local beers, a nice touch. I didn't have any noise issues either internally or externally, the room was clean and all the staff were personable and helpful. Would stay again.

A very nice hotel 30 minutes from Venice's old town. We had the opportunity to stay three nights with breakfast included. The room was very large, and despite its proximity to the highway, it was very quiet. The excellent service is a big plus for this hotel. The breakfasts are very tasty, but the selection could be a bit wider.
I recommend it to everyone; the area is quiet and there are several nice places to eat and enjoy an Aperol spritz.

The Hotel is very nice.
The location is good in 5 min walking you can take the bus number 6 and you can be in Venice in half an hour.
The Hotel staff are very friendly and they will help you with any information you need .
The room is nice clean and big .
If I come back I will stay here again.

the Hotel is very beautyful and very clean. The staff is very friendly and very very helpfull. I recommend this hotel if you want a good trip to Venice. The city center is not so far, you can only use 1 bus ( about 20 min). If is travel Velence again I certanly choose this Hotel. Thank you everything for the staff!!

The hotel is not far from the train station and it’s very easy to go to Venice by public bus. The area is quiet and peaceful, good for relaxing after a day of travel.

The staff are friendly and kind. I felt very comfortable staying here. I recommend this place if you want to visit Venice but stay in a calm area.

Staff was friendly, quick and efficient. They explained the transportation system and offered us passes which worked great to and from Venice.

As soon as we booked with Nicolo, everything was clearly explained, and he was very helpful with transport to the airport and Venice.
