We had booked R&R apartments. The cab driver left us in the street. No reception, the gate was locked, we tried to call and no answer so we walked to the closest bus stop and took the bus as close to the Train station as possible. On our way to the train station there was this hotel and we stopped to see if there were any rooms available for the week. Yes of course. Very comfortable room and very very clean and helpful staff.. Room comes with breakfast which makes it even better. Coffee is available downstairs..... I would recommend this hotel to anyone.....

The rooms were okay, spacious and clean. Wifi was a bit spotty. Good breakfast. There are some options near by as well to eat.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. On check in the staff should really attend a course in customer service. Rooms are really small. The tv is so high on top of the wardrobe that it is virtually impossible to see the screen properly. The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the train station. Definitely not staying here again or even recommending it.

Great location with only 3 minutes walking to Venezia Mestre train station.
The rooms are quite big and modern. Rooms are not equipped with coffee machine/tea.
Breakfast could better for a 4 star hotel.
The only negative is that in our 4 nights stay, we had no air conditioning. The staff didn’t alert us upon the check-in time. I only noticed when I arrived the room and they said nothing could be done.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is close to the bus stop and train station. The rooms are well-maintained and neat. I enjoyed the view from my balcony. The staff are very courteous and attentive. The food in the restaurant was delicious, both for breakfast and dinner.

A spoilt impression at check-in time.
We arrived around midnight and had to wait a while at reception for the keys to our room. When we got the keys, we went to the room. Upon entering the room, we saw people sleeping. The room was occupied. This is unacceptable, and even more so for a hotel that positions itself as a 4 star. We were given another "Superior" room, but the unpleasant impression remained. The breakfast was good.

What's a lier! They cancelled my booking before 1 week I go there. The reason was they didn't have room available. But, actually, I found they still have room available, because they want to sell for higher price. This hotel isn't reliable. Please aware! Don't go there.

Excellent service from the staff, very friendly. I booked 12 rooms, and they were clean and comfortable, but those in the older section of the hotel need a little improvement. Very good and easy access to Venice.

We stayed in the newer part of the building, the hotel is very clean, the staff were welcoming and the waitresses were pleasant and polite. The bus stops outside the hotel and 10 minutes into Venice.
The breakfast and evening meals were nice and tasty and plenty of choice.
The rooms were clean, great shower and very quiet at night.
Overall a good experience and we would stay here again.

+ Breakfast was really good with lots of varieties!! Every thing was good except the room was very small for 2 people Room was cleaned on regular basis Staff was very polite and helpful Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!
