This hotel is great. Such a bargain for what you get: a room 10 minutes away from one of the most expensive places in the world. The room was nice, however I found some ants in it, but they weren’t a big deal. The breakfast is very good to be included in the price, but I wouldn’t pay for it if it wasn’t included in the reservation booked. Definitely the best part was the staff. The lady in the reception was very nice and servicial. I’d surely go back!

Location location location. Steps from the train station, good sized single rooms and very clean (small by North American standards but standard for Europe), great breakfast, very helpful staff. Starting a bike packing trip so best place for that. Helpful bike shop for any adjustments after unpacking bikes from bike bags. Stored our bike bags for a week as we are riding back from Munich to Venice.

Nice hotel in a good location and car parking was easy to find. The staff was friendly and the prices were affordable

Pros: Good value for money, friendly and helpful staff, room was very clean, bedding and towels changed daily, close to station.
Cons: the location is not the best, didn't feel safe walking around the local area as there is a lot of immigration in the area.

Very nice hotel. Both rooms we stayed were very clean, tidy, nice and spacious. Polite staff in the reception and breakfast. There's a room to storage the luggage.
Nice breakfast, great variety of choices.
Walking distance to Mestre station, lots of take aways, restaurants, and a supermarket close by.

A very good place to stay when visiting Venice, Italy. Nearby public transport, restaurants, parking. The hotel is very well maintained, nice staff, clean and a good breakfast. I would stay here again!

Rooms was clean not spacious but ok. The location is also good.Something happen withelectric. I can’t use the hairdryer because the power switch kept popping up and we was without electric. I leave the postcard on the reception, all payed but it never comes to my friends. For me it is disrespect to the guest.

Cozy hotel, nice staff it's very small but perfect for a night or two in Venice and short walk around the corner to the main train station and bustop to Venezia the last stop where the canals and gondolas are about 15 to 20mins ride. Bus ride and train rides are about 1.30 euros each way per person but the bus ride in the train station at newsstand.
