5 minutes walk from Mestre station, very convenient to get to the center of Venice - one stop on regional trains to Santa Lucia station, 10 minutes and 1.5 euros. 30 minutes and 10 euros by bus to Marco Polo airport.

Very good hotel! I was staying in another hotel nearby, but I was not comfortable there, so I changed to this one temporarily. I made a reservation in the morning and checked in at 10 o'clock. There was a Chinese-speaking lady at the front desk, and she was also very friendly. I lost my umbrella on a rainy day, so she lent it to me.
The room itself: First of all, the air conditioning heating effect is very good (this time I was in Italy for a week, and the air conditioning in other hotels was really like a decoration without hot air). It was also clean overall. The shower room was a little small, but it didn't affect it.

Decided to stay out of central Venice and booked 3 nights in mestra, short walk to train & bus station, very cheap & very regular on train & 15 mins later walking out of Venice station to side on Grand canal. Hotel Roberta in mestra was clean tidy staff very helpful, continental breakfast was excellent, staff on hand if you needed to know or wanted anything. Other cafes & restaurants in the area if you want to eat locally rather than in Venice, A very enjoyable stay.

Excellent location and excellent service. Would stay here again. We stayed for two days while in Venice and then for a third night on our way back after hiking the Dolomites. Luggage storage for our extra things and the front desk pre arranged a 2 am taxi for us to the airport. She knew we would need it and took care of us before needing to ask. ❤️

I stayed here for a few nights as a solo traveler. The hotel is close to the train station, and it's easy to get to, as you just cross the crosswalk from the station, go straight, and turn. There is a supermarket called Ali on the way, and restaurants are nearby, so it was convenient. The room tables were a bit dusty, but they cleaned everything else every day.
There is a refrigerator and disposable cups. There is a hair dryer, tissue paper, toilet paper, towels, and hand and body soap. The air conditioning worked well, which was good. It's expensive on the main island of Venice, but it was a short distance away, so the location was very good. The front desk staff were all kind, and I think they were all Chinese, but they were all very kind. On the way back, I was glad that I could go directly to the airport from the bus stop about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which was cheap. Thank you very much.

This hotel is great. Such a bargain for what you get: a room 10 minutes away from one of the most expensive places in the world. The room was nice, however I found some ants in it, but they weren’t a big deal. The breakfast is very good to be included in the price, but I wouldn’t pay for it if it wasn’t included in the reservation booked. Definitely the best part was the staff. The lady in the reception was very nice and servicial. I’d surely go back!
