Thank for the stay at your hotel.me and my wife stopped for four days and we enjoyed the quietness. Big thank you to shihab for pointing out the local kabab house on the first NT of our stay...had one every nt.Thank you to Imran and Mariana for all your help and the kettle you provided.Anyone wanting a nice stay this is very good although the furniture could be improved.other than that I think this is a good review.many thanks Trish and Steve in my

The room was surprisingly big and it is in a rather quite neighbourhood. Free street parking around the hotel is a plus for us. Frequent bus nearby to Venice old town island. However, the room had an unpleasant smoke (cigarette) smell. We feel this smell is imprinted in the walls, as opening the windows and turning on the AC didn't help to reduce the smell. Even though it wasn't a very strong smell, it was enough for me to be annoyed by it during my whole stay here. My girlfriend minded it less so it could be I am just super sensitive to smoke smell. Maybe we were unlucky with previous renters of the room, but for me this cigarette smell was a massive downside, eventhough the price and everything else was okay to excellent.

Pls don't book this hotel, the staff is very rude and full of attitude. Our rooms were not ready till 2 hours after checkin time, and instead of being apologetic about it, the staff was very rude and indifferent. The rooms seem very shady and prices seem very high compared to the service they give. We had a terrible experience there recently.

Great position. In 20 minutes you are in Central Venice by bus. Staff available and kindest. Breakfast really basic but really fair price.
The bathroom could have been slightly more equipped, the pillows were not too comfortable and too much light in the room in the night, however overall a really good hotel that I recommend!

Good budget hotel 75 euro triple room, free auto stay and 10 minutes walk to S.Antonio nr 6 bus for 2,5 euro to Venice.

Hotel is located within close distance to bus stop and is well communicated for travel to Venice. Parking is free of charge and in shadow of the trees. You can add €3.5 for a small breakfast that is in a great value. Rooms are clean and well air conditioned. There is also a shop nearby.

One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. The hotel looks brand new and the bathroom was so spotless and beautiful. The owner and receptionist were so friendly and welcoming. The beds aren't the best but I was so exhausted I had no problem sleeping. There's AC and a balcony. The hotel is located near two bus stations. One that's a one min walk from the hotel and the other is an 8 min walk. There's also a grocery store that's 4 mins away as well. My sister and I stayed here for two nights and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Venice. The center of Venice is only 22 mins by bus. I would stay here again in the future.

Ant in the bed, Hair on towels. The receprionist was really friendly and helpes us with the bus to venice. The Breakfast was a 0/10 and definetly not 3,50€ worth. All in all 2/5 ⭐️ room costs about 100€ for a night in summer

Due to last minute flight cancelation we asked to push the reservation a week forward (we asked less than 24h before check-in!), they approved with no additional cost!

The hotel staff makes the difference here. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Any issues are addressed promptly. A room is a room, but customer service matters most!
