Nice room with swimming pool available,but the bathroom was a little outdated. A downside is that there’s no parking at the hotel and not much parking in the area. The breakfast was okay but a little bit more fruit would have been nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and speak good English.

The hotel is well staffed and friendly. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was ok. No cool a/c, only heater. Next to a church, the bells go off every 1/4 of an hour from 7 am to 11pm.

Came here on a school trip, lovely views of the ocean from room 104 and the rooms and bathrooms themselves were very nice however could've had bigger rooms as they are a little small. Lovely view from room 404 one of the best trips of my life but I did dislike dinner lots. Its just the lack of a menu for me. Staff seem good enough.sadly the bathroom door wouldn't lock. The windows shut awkwardly due to them not being built straight, ants were everywhere and tried to get in. A trip of a lifetime but a lacking hotel.

Hotel offered a beautiful view the Ocean. We stayed early July and unfortunately there was construction going on while we there. Poor internet figured out late the lobby has internet when we needed it. Breakfast spread lacked but toast and jam helped ! The view from the sea view room is amazing! Extremely beautiful when sunny or partly cloudy! The front desk service and room service are very attentive and enthusiastic! We provide pick-up service at META station! I only found out about this when I checked in. If I had known, I wouldn't have gone through the trouble of moving my suitcases. Very very nice staff, incredibly helpful with everything from parking to breakfast etc! What could have been better is the AC which was very weak so it was always hot and humid in the room, and the beds (3 separate 80 cm wide) felt small and like folding tent beds. Only one narrow pillow per bed. During the late evening, cruise ships shot off loud fireworks that sounded like bombs, very disturbing...

Extraordinary view of the Gulf of Naples, however the rooms would require renovation.

Stayed here in 2018 with my misses but never left a review for some reason, hotel is beautiful lovely location with spectacular views, staff can’t do enough for you and in general the atmosphere and food/drink was spot on. We will be coming back here in 2022, this time using more of the facilities as we didn’t use them enough last time.

Pros: Location is beautiful, breakfast is included and really good and you even get free room service for it (due to Covid). Parking service, nice staff. Cons: The beach is littered with trash. This hotel/ resort is old school! It has a breathtaking view of Naples bay and Ischia! Cobble beach that is maintained daily. Massive veranda and pool with panache! Restaurant and Bar service! The front desk manager went out of his way to provide with an exceptional experience!!

14 nights family room. Brilliant hotel. Perfect sea view from balcony with sun set. Came on wedding package with 3 kids. The staff where amazing every day and very helpful with twins. Nice hotel, just lacking modern touches apart from the pool area. You need to have a car or relay on bus to get to town centre cannot walk. The pool area is very nice tho.

Just returned from taking a school trip. We stayed here and were very happy with the hotel. It met all our needs and the staff especially Daniele and Stefano were extremely helpful and accommodating. It was a grest pkace to begin all our excursions. Close but in a lively wuiet spit with a beautiful view and a lovely sun terrace THANKYOU

Amazing location and really friendly people, but the WiFi didn't work for most of the time, so it really was a getaway and chill holiday.

The view is amazing and cannot be beaten. Other amenities are lackluster. Wi-Fi is not existent even though advertised, food was plain and tasted flavorless and rushed. Rooms were adequate with AC but beds are cheap. The view alone made staying tolerable but little else will make you want to stay.

It was just an emergency stop, for my wife to hit the head, but 5 euro for double Chivas Regal kept me around, enjoying the view and good company. Good people. Go there.

A hotel with a good location, large and comfortable rooms, high degree of freedom for guests, parking fee is only 10 euros, and electric bicycles are available for rent. Friendly staff, a large and well-maintained garden in the hotel. I will choose to stay here again if I go to Sorrento next time.

The atmosphere of the lounge and facilities is good. If you are going to use a room, get at least a deluxe room. The basic standard room has little space for a carrier and the space between the bathroom and the room is somewhat narrow.

Nice property, with beautiful views off the escarpment. Nice pool and restaurant. Rooms were dated and in need of upgrades, for example our main door wouldn’t open very well due to it binding on the floor. Drainage in our shower stall was slow, so there were concerns of water overflow into the washroom.

This B&B is SO cute and has a lot of Sicilian charm. Great central location with a 7min walk to the ocean. The host is very welcoming and I highly recommend staying here!

I accidentally booked The Secret Garden Relais by mistake, but it turned out to be the best choice I could have made. It is close to Sorrento and offers a reasonable price. The host is a kind and warm-hearted person. Since I had to leave early and couldn't have breakfast, they packed a croissant for me to take along. Thanks to the host's kindness, my trip to southern Italy was truly delightful.

The hotel was located off a walkway. It was quiet and made you feel very safe. The Hotel Manager was awesome. Very accommodating and personable. They helped us make plans after we arrived for things to do in the area as well. I highly recommend this hotel and am planning to return.

Beautiful property secretly located on side street within walking distance of Train station and many restaurants available also.

We loved the overall feel of apartment but I think our vent may be shared with the neighbouring apartment of a smoker. This was the worst part of our stay as it smelt of smoke. Other than this, it was very nice.

Very large and beautiful room in a small little community just minutes from Sorrento. Within walking distance to the train, bus, beach and a couple food options. Would happily stay here again if I ever return to Italy!

Excellent location, top cleanliness, rooms a little dated but well furnished, kindness and helpfulness of the staff.

Place was very nice and lovely. However we arrived at 7pm and rang the buzzer several times and no response. We went next door and the lady rang the owner. It took an hour for him to come and let us in. We thought we were going to sleep outside. Their needs to be better system for check in. Only downfall.

Everything is within walking distance. We stayed for one night, the Colonna Castle is located nearby, you can go and admire it and have a delicious meal

Challenge to find & check-in Not for the faint at heart. A challenge to find and everything was done by text (no one on site), and the car in the middle of a twisty narrow road while trying to get the keys, understand the parking and find the room.

Relaxing stay in the countryside The location was clean and the air conditioning was a blessing. We enjoyed the view and the pool across the street. The shower did not drain properly and the toilet was dripping the whole stay. Some small maintenance like this would make the property better.

View is awesome, we were 5 in a Bungalow and everything went well. Few things I didn't like was that there were ants in our kitchen and that the pools could have been a little more clean. You can only access the pool with a swimming cap. I bought one there for 2,50€
