A beautiful middle-age hotel with spectacular views and very helpful staff (many seeking tips, which I understand). Lovely view from room 404 one of the best trips of my life but I did dislike dinner lots. Its just the lack of a menu for me. Staff seem good enough.sadly the bathroom door wouldn't lock. The hotel is in a good location but unfortunately it is a little rundown and could do with a renovation to be up to the standard of a four-star hotel. Amazing location. This is a terrace with a swimming pool overlooking the entire Gulf of Naples, overlooking Vesuvius and Sorrento. There is also a swimming pool. Very good location, maybe a bit overpriced. Very useful bus ride to town center and back with nice driver, really efficient and professional. It's better if you look for tours elsewhere (down the street there is an agency), the reception wasn't able to arrange one for us, even prior to our arrival.

It's basic, but to be fair you only really need a bed to sleep in. The rest of your time should be out exploring! Clientele were definitely (in the main) over 65. As a person in their 40s, I felt like I was in God's waiting room at times. Food is OK, although I was hoping for more traditional Italian meals than sausage & potato. Pool & patio doesn't get the sun until mid afternoon.

Hotel is very clean. Rooms are fairly small but kept spotlessly clean. Staff are helpful but the hotel is let down by the food which has a slightly dated air of the 70's and is not plentiful.

Great little boutique hotel in Sorrento. Service was above par, rooms are small but quaint, breakfast had scrambled eggs and bacon as well as the normal European breakfast. Coffee was hot and plentiful. Stayed here 4 nights loved it.

Staff extremely welcoming; rooms traditional, very clean and all amenities. Pool, sadly not heated, and while it looked inviting, despite being mid to late 20 degrees, it was ice cold. Food was good, albeit limited choice, service excellent.

Lovely small hotel with very helpful staff. Free aircon, free room safe. Breakfast is cereal, cooked meats and cheese, srambled egg, bacon and tomatoes, yoghurt and fruit, lots of cake. You order dinner at breakfast. Dinner is home cooked local food. Not fancy in any way. Pasta, meat, fish and veg option. Would recommend and return here.

The service here is so great. Everyone is SO welcoming. Luigi was so considerate in giving me an upgrade and listening to any concerns I had, I would definitely recommend this place. It’s in the heart of the town!

The owner is very (too!) attentive and welcoming, great location (which allows, if you want to go out into Sorrento, to leave your car in the nearby car park, which isn't cheap considering the location), excellent food. Small but comfortable pool. Quite satisfactory value for money.

Nice simple hotel with good service. Rooms are basic but clean. Food is good. Not the best location for Sorrento, a good 30 minutes walk.

The hotel is in San Angello not Sorrento. It is a family run place with all staff helpful and friendly. Our bedroom was ok, others v small, some rooms get sun all day, others none. Railway line to one side, busy road on other side, clock chimes on 3rd side. Noise stops 2300-0600. Wouldn't stay again.

Stayed in a spacious renovated room with small balcony facing the street (a little noisy, but not terrible). Comfortable bed, large bathroom with plenty of counter space. Just missing a full length mirror. I had just missed breakfast my first day so they brought me a cappuccino and some sweets to the outdoor terrace, which was very nice. Service was great.

This hotel is in a great location very close to train and the bus station. Given the train station runs directly behind the hotel, I recommend requesting a room away from this as it’s SO noisey! The beds aren’t the most comfortable either. The staff are all very friendly & accomodating. The 3 different pool, spa, roof top areas are great.
