A beautiful middle-age hotel with spectacular views and very helpful staff (many seeking tips, which I understand). This was a once in a lifetime trip to Italy for my wife and I, so I didn't mind splurging, but be prepared for the $1,000+ per night cost for top-level rooms. Regardless, a beautiful place.

Very good location, maybe a bit overpriced. Very useful bus ride to town center and back with nice driver, really efficient and professional. It's better if you look for tours elsewhere (down the street there is an agency), the reception wasn't able to arrange one for us, even prior to our arrival.

One of my favorite hotels on the planet. There is nothing negative to say. The rooms are lovely, the views are spectacular, the terraces and poolside area give you a nearly 360 degree view of the harbor in Sorrento. And the food is first class too. We loved how slow and peaceful this hotel and location were in Sorrento. The views were amazing. It was a little bit of a walk from everything but the tranquility of the experience made it worth it. Like most Italian hotels, the rooms and the hotel itself are pretty outdated. Everything was clean and neat, so that’s definitely a big plus. The pizza’s in the hotel restaurant are really good.
