The first and last time I will ever book at this hotel racisms dirty rooms, use bandaids on bed dirty sheets found hair on bed, infestation of ants literally broke out in hives, had to remove my extensions because ants were in my hair, poop stain in toilet . SMH they refuse to refund me . I will be contacting the Italian tourism board they need to be shut down Un safe environment, staff is very rude , male staff at desk is insane to the point I almost call the police I booked for 3 nights I check out after 1 night never again

The worst hotel in Italy I must stay. Not at all welcoming. Unprofessional staff, bad bedsheets, ac is not effective at all. The staff is good for nothing. Doesn’t look like a hotel at all. They treat guests like trash.

The hotel is well staffed and friendly. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was ok.
No cool a/c, only heater.
Next to a church, the bells go off every 1/4 of an hour from 7 am to 11pm.

Uncomfortable beds, terrible showers, disgusting food, no temperature control - all around awful.

Came here on a school trip, lovely views of the ocean from room 104 and the rooms and bathrooms themselves were very nice however could've had bigger rooms as they are a little small. One issue with the bathroom was there was no curtain or cover for the shower so water got all over the floor. However some rooms had this so it won't be an issue for all. Food was lovely, however would like a bigger range for breakfast. Friendly staff and a nice quiet location

This place is atrocious! Food barely edible fish desinigrated on plate. Water was chunky and curvatious, but breakfast croissants were nice. Ants in the bathroom crawling everywhere, walls paper thin and can hear everything, ventilation system did not work (had to use another students personal fan to cool us down from the traitorous heat). Came here on a school trip, i will be leaving the school and the trip for doing this to me. Lovely view from room and nice service lots of fun pubs near to eat after eating at the hotel. Thank you.

Lovely view from room 404 one of the best trips of my life but I did dislike dinner lots. Its just the lack of a menu for me. Staff seem good enough.sadly the bathroom door wouldn't lock. The windows shut awkwardly due to them not being built straight, ants were everywhere and tried to get in. A trip of a lifetime but a lacking hotel.

The hotel is in a good location but unfortunately it is a little rundown and could do with a renovation to be up to the standard of a four-star hotel. The staff were very friendly, and everything was perfectly clean but there were too many signs of wear and tear and many little things did not work that well.

This place has relatively good service and a nice pool but when I went there there was and ants nest in my room, the bed was unsafe and the place is practically falling apart. I also had to move the beds around so I could find a plug socket.

Nice hotel, great location, although the WiFi was a little sketchy in the room. Parking was across the street, but very close and convenient.
