Would not recommend this hotel. Rude staff and small rooms. My room along with our group all had issues with the AC. The area was quite nice so if staying in the area find another hotel.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Food wasn't very good but the head waiter Giuseppe was very obliging and helpful although he was extremely busy. Nice bar on terrace overlooking the sea.

The hotel is well staffed and friendly. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was ok. No cool a/c, only heater. Next to a church, the bells go off every 1/4 of an hour from 7 am to 11pm.

Came here on a school trip, lovely views of the ocean from room 104 and the rooms and bathrooms themselves were very nice however could've had bigger rooms as they are a little small. Lovely view from room 404 one of the best trips of my life but I did dislike dinner lots. Its just the lack of a menu for me. Staff seem good enough.sadly the bathroom door wouldn't lock. The hotel is in a good location but unfortunately it is a little rundown and could do with a renovation to be up to the standard of a four-star hotel. Stayed here for a few days. Nice location close to Sorrento but taxis are expensive. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check out is at 10am and they close up the hotel on 1st November, a national holiday. Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were fantastic. It was an anniversary trip, and before we went, I contacted Antonella to arrange some flowers for my wife on arrival and there they were. Nothing was to much trouble and we really liked the vibe of the place. I took a shine to Joe behind the bar, but as I said, all of the staff were excellent.

The hotel is in San Angello not Sorrento. It is a family run place with all staff helpful and friendly. Our bedroom was ok, others v small, some rooms get sun all day, others none. Railway line to one side, busy road on other side, clock chimes on 3rd side. Noise stops 2300-0600. Wouldn't stay again.

Stayed here in 2018 with my misses but never left a review for some reason, hotel is beautiful lovely location with spectacular views, staff can’t do enough for you and in general the atmosphere and food/drink was spot on. We will be coming back here in 2022, this time using more of the facilities as we didn’t use them enough last time.

This hotel is old but very well looked after. The staff from reception to the restaurant manager and waiters, bar staff and maids are all worthy of a 5 star review. For a 4-star hotel, it's quite bad. The food was ok but I much preferred to buy food elsewhere and there were a few problems with the room. However the rooms are quite spacious and the beds are relatively comfy. My best experience when at the hotel was when using the pool, which was very pleasant. Overall I feel it underperforms for a 4-star hotel and I would consider it a 3-star hotel.

The view is amazing and cannot be beaten. Other amenities are lackluster. Wi-Fi is not existent even though advertised, food was plain and tasted flavorless and rushed. Rooms were adequate with AC but beds are cheap. The view alone made staying tolerable but little else will make you want to stay.
