It was nice and simple hotel. The best was the view. Only 5-10 min walk and there are very good little restaurant where was best pizza and nice view.

Just returned from taking a school trip. We stayed here and were very happy with the hotel. It met all our needs and the staff especially Daniele and Stefano were extremely helpful and accommodating. Amazing location and really friendly people, but the WiFi didn't work for most of the time, so it really was a getaway and chill holiday.

The view is amazing and cannot be beaten. Other amenities are lackluster. Wi-Fi is not existent even though advertised, food was plain and tasted flavorless and rushed. Rooms were adequate with AC but beds are cheap. The view alone made staying tolerable but little else will make you want to stay.

It was just an emergency stop, for my wife to hit the head, but 5 euro for double Chivas Regal kept me around, enjoying the view and good company. Good people. Go there.

1st class place to stay for a family friendly all inclusive holiday. The staff are super friendly, room quality is excellent. Air conditioned, towels supplied with no hidden extras. They go the extra mile. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel with pool, in the center of Sant'Agnello. Nice pizza, free parking, all rooms are renovated. I suggest it for excursions, anniversary and weddings.

A friend and I have just returned from a five day break at the Grand Parco de Sole and we were delighted with our stay. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from central Sorrento but the hotel has a free shuttle bus. We had a large room which was clean and comfortable, but the best thing was the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. It was a great stay. Gwen. 3rd March 2018

I went here with my hubby for ten days all inclusive. Great place, does what it says on the tin. staff were mostly brilliant, in particular Clever (yes that's his name really), Antonio, Pepe on the bar with Bob (fab cocktails), Miguelo and others whose names I didn't get. The hotel is well staffed and friendly. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was ok. No cool a/c, only heater. Next to a church, the bells go off every 1/4 of an hour from 7 am to 11pm.

Lovely view from room 404 one of the best trips of my life but I did dislike dinner lots. Its just the lack of a menu for me. Staff seem good enough.sadly the bathroom door wouldn't lock. The hotel is in a good location but unfortunately it is a little rundown and could do with a renovation to be up to the standard of a four-star hotel. Fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff could not do more for you and very special mention to the head of the restaurant (and DJ) who was amazing. The food was excellent and fresh and we loved the variety. Shuttle to the main part of town was regular but an extra drop off between 6pm and 8pm would have been great. The service here is so great. Everyone is SO welcoming. Luigi was so considerate in giving me an upgrade and listening to any concerns I had, I would definitely recommend this place. It’s in the heart of the town!
