This small hotel was a lovely clean hotel serving a lovely breakfast. Good location just of the main rosd in to Sorrento The best thing though is the lovely welcome we got off this family run hotel. Stayed here in 2018 with my misses but never left a review for some reason, hotel is beautiful lovely location with spectacular views, staff can’t do enough for you and in general the atmosphere and food/drink was spot on. We will be coming back here in 2022, this time using more of the facilities as we didn’t use them enough last time.

The manager at this hotel was amazing. Super helpful, kind, and was so welcoming. Helping us call cabs, giving directions and allowing us to store our luggage there well after we had checked out. The rooms were clean and nice. The only downfall to this hotel is it’s a far walk.

Just returned from taking a school trip. We stayed here and were very happy with the hotel. It met all our needs and the staff especially Daniele and Stefano were extremely helpful and accommodating. Amazing location and really friendly people, but the WiFi didn't work for most of the time, so it really was a getaway and chill holiday.

The view is amazing and cannot be beaten. Other amenities are lackluster. Wi-Fi is not existent even though advertised, food was plain and tasted flavorless and rushed. Rooms were adequate with AC but beds are cheap. The view alone made staying tolerable but little else will make you want to stay.

I accidentally booked The Secret Garden Relais by mistake, but it turned out to be the best choice I could have made. It is close to Sorrento and offers a reasonable price. The host is a kind and warm-hearted person. Since I had to leave early and couldn't have breakfast, they packed a croissant for me to take along. Thanks to the host's kindness, my trip to southern Italy was truly delightful.

A hotel with a good location, large and comfortable rooms, high degree of freedom for guests, parking fee is only 10 euros, and electric bicycles are available for rent. Friendly staff, a large and well-maintained garden in the hotel. I will choose to stay here again if I go to Sorrento next time.

The atmosphere of the lounge and facilities is good. If you are going to use a room, get at least a deluxe room. The basic standard room has little space for a carrier and the space between the bathroom and the room is somewhat narrow.

Nice property, with beautiful views off the escarpment. Nice pool and restaurant. Rooms were dated and in need of upgrades, for example our main door wouldn’t open very well due to it binding on the floor. Drainage in our shower stall was slow, so there were concerns of water overflow into the washroom.

We loved the overall feel of apartment but I think our vent may be shared with the neighbouring apartment of a smoker. This was the worst part of our stay as it smelt of smoke. Other than this, it was very nice.

Place was very nice and lovely. However we arrived at 7pm and rang the buzzer several times and no response. We went next door and the lady rang the owner. It took an hour for him to come and let us in. We thought we were going to sleep outside. Their needs to be better system for check in. Only downfall.

Challenge to find & check-in Not for the faint at heart. A challenge to find and everything was done by text (no one on site), and the car in the middle of a twisty narrow road while trying to get the keys, understand the parking and find the room.

View is awesome, we were 5 in a Bungalow and everything went well. Few things I didn't like was that there were ants in our kitchen and that the pools could have been a little more clean. You can only access the pool with a swimming cap. I bought one there for 2,50€
