Hotel is EXTREMELY near the Milan Central Station and subway entrance is also just in front of the hotel. Taxi stand is next to hotel. A superb Japanese casual dining restaurent “Sagami”, McDonalds and several pizzerias are just BELOW the hotel. Room is updated and spacious. Special call-out to the Manager at front desk, extremely good service from him! Very friendly and approachable. Fantastic staff you have at this hotel! It’s already my 3rd time at this hotel and I’ll definitely come again 🥰

Really nice hotel, great location. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The only improvement suggested would be the showers… the ‘curtains’, position of the shower faucet and the height of shower itself was not what I usually see in a hotel.

This place is a great choice considering its location, service, and price. The rooms are clean, it’s right across the street from the central station, and it has a modern vibe. But the best part? The breakfast service—absolutely fantastic!
The staff was also very welcoming and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, just a short walk from the metro and train station, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. A special shoutout to Sarah and Marco—they were absolutely fantastic! Their kindness and helpfulness made my stay even more enjoyable.

The bedsheet strangely only covered half of the bed! I had to call to request for a new bedsheet at 11pm, but the counter person said room service knocked off and gave me another half bedsheet to cover the uncovered portion myself. and worse, told me to look for the service crew directly the next day and ask. I felt like i wasn't a guest, more like a worker.
