We were very satisfied with the hotel. Our room was clean, and we used the cleaning service every day. The bathroom could have been in better condition, but what I would really like to highlight are the comfortable beds, the nice view from our room, and the breakfast room — as well as the breakfast itself. I truly enjoyed the food and drinks in the morning.
The hotel has a pleasant interior, including the lobby. We were able to leave our luggage in the luggage room both before check-in and before our departure in the afternoon

The reception area is new & modern but beyond that is the exact opposite. The lift door opened at our room level and it left like you’re in a deserted corridor of a haunted movie; dim, old and nothing looked like a hotel corridor.
Room was equally dim, outdated and rundown though clean. Curtains looked ill fitted & like it may drop down. Also there’s a patch on the ceiling looked like a bad repair job. The bathroom was completely not usable as there was no cold water at all, only hot steamy water. The hotel could not change us to another room nor offer a room with usable bathroom due to lack of availability, really?? Eventually the technician came and explained that due to the toilet flush that’s perpetually flushing, the cold water valve was turned off. We had no choice but to settle with the pliers to turn on the cold water valve to use the shower and turn it off so that we won’t hear the perpetual flow of water of the flush.
How can the hotel sell a room that is not functioning? Or even if it was a last minute unfortunate event, the hotel knowing about it should have made alternative arrangements before our check in!
Avoid this hotel coz other guests we met also didn’t seem positive about their stay too!

Absolutely happy with our stay in Milan at this hotel!
I was a bit hesitant before booking since it’s so close to the train station, and I worried about the neighborhood, but it turned out to be very clean and safe. The location is incredibly convenient: the metro and trains are just a one-minute walk away, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.
The hotel and our room were spotless, with daily cleaning. The reception staff were some of the kindest I’ve met, always friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was delicious, and the view from the 8th floor made it even better.
I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Milan! 🌸

I had a pleasant stay at the B&B Hotel in Milan. The location is excellent — very close to almost all kinds of transportation, which made getting around the city super easy. There are also many nice restaurants nearby, perfect for quick meals or evening dining.
The hotel has 24-hour staff attendance, and the reception team was very kind and helpful during my stay. My room was clean and well-maintained, although the bed was a bit tiny for my preference.

This was our family’s first time visiting Milan, and staying at this hotel made our trip even better. The location is excellent – very close to the train station and surrounded by many restaurants, which made getting around and finding good food so convenient.
The staff (Marco and Hamza) was exceptionally friendly and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of options to choose from, making each morning enjoyable.
The only small thing I wished for was a coffee machine or kettle in the room, which would have been a nice extra touch. But overall, we had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan!

Hotel is EXTREMELY near the Milan Central Station and subway entrance is also just in front of the hotel. Taxi stand is next to hotel. A superb Japanese casual dining restaurent “Sagami”, McDonalds and several pizzerias are just BELOW the hotel. Room is updated and spacious. Special call-out to the Manager at front desk, extremely good service from him! Very friendly and approachable. Fantastic staff you have at this hotel! It’s already my 3rd time at this hotel and I’ll definitely come again 🥰

Really nice hotel, great location. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The only improvement suggested would be the showers… the ‘curtains’, position of the shower faucet and the height of shower itself was not what I usually see in a hotel.

This place is a great choice considering its location, service, and price. The rooms are clean, it’s right across the street from the central station, and it has a modern vibe. But the best part? The breakfast service—absolutely fantastic!
The staff was also very welcoming and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.
