Room was missing some of unnecessary things..
Staff are very good, at reception, restaurant and housekeeping
Breakfast had everything we need for a good start, we reached late one day and they allowed us to have it.

I stayed in the hotel for 17 days. The location of the hotel is very wonderful and close to all places, but the problem was the room and the daily cleaning. The cleaning was very normal and there was a lot of dust in the room. More attention should be paid to the cleanliness. There is also a second problem. There is no coffee machine. A machine should be placed in the rooms. Thank you very much.

This may be one of the most poorly managed hotels. The room is fine and the front desk is helpful, but some details are very lacking.
There is only one key for each room - because we are fully booked, please ask again tomorrow. Asked again the next day, still fully booked and no more room key.
No hand soap for the sink. When I asked, was told to use the shower gel.
No coffee machine or kettle in the room. When asked, brought me a kettle. But should I buy my own coffee? The second trip brought me instant coffee. Where are the cups? The third trip brought me paper cups.
No facial tissue in the room.
No complimentary bottled water in the room.
Either this hotel is trying to take cost cutting (cheapness) to a new level, or it is poorly managed.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel.
To be honest, I am surprised that your hotel is rated 4 stars, given the level of service and facilities I experienced. There were several issues
1. The room had problems that even your technician was unable to fix.
2. The minibar was completely empty, with no accessories , no dining utensils
3. The overall service, particularly from the technician and reception, was disappointing. For instance, I had to call three times to request some amenities and eventually had to go down to meet the reception in person.
4.No amenities as I mentioned , for example kettle, facial tissue , glasses etc
I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to meet the standards expected from a 4-star. Even some hotels with lower star still provide better services

My family and I stayed here and absolutely loved it! We had the best experience and any time we called the front desk they were so responsive. Sara was amazing and so welcoming each time we entered the lobby. The location couldn't have been better. We were within short walking distance to the train station and we were able to visit two other cities during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

Could not have asked more of the hotel. Location across from the Central station was as expected and extremely convenient. Included buffet dinner was excellent so was breakfast. To cap the lot we were upgraded to a marvellous suite with a terrace with panoramic views of the city at no extra charge.

The hotel is well placed and looks great. The staff are pleasant and helpful.
The reason for only 3 stars is the issue with air con. We visited when it was around 33° and even though we complained twice we couldn't get the room under 25°.

I spent 2 weeks in this lovely hotel. The staff is excellent- rooms comfortable and really clean. Rich breakfast and good quality. I will come back.

Very good location: metro station is just behind the corner, the main train station across the street. The room was really cozy, with very comfortable bed and nice design. Maybe just one thing to note, the bathroom has an open plan and the shower has transparent glass so it is on display which may not be comfortable for all types of travelers. The staff at the hotel was very professional, polite and helpful. Both dinner and breakfast has a very wide choice of buffet offering. I will definitely come back. I frequently come to Milan and this hotel became one of my top choices for the stay.

Great option for proximity to the Milan Central station and the subway. The subway line to the Cathedral is right outside the door! Breakfast offers a wide variety and excellent coffee. I stayed in the family room with 3 young teen granddaughters and it was perfect! My youngest granddaughter drew a thank you note, because she liked the hotel so much!
