This hotel is dirty , very smoky ( even in the rooms ) and unsafe place with the most rude and unhelpful reception man.
I booked as my flight was cancelled the closest to the main terminal.
Don’t repeat my mistake , they even refused to call a taxi in the middle of the night to go to another hotel despite I was with a little girl and she was afraid to stay there .
Stay away .
Look at the real photos ! Rooms are disgusting, the facade is totally under construction.

The only good point for this hotel is its amazing breakfast and the very welcoming people in the kitchen.

Not clean and does not worth to spend money on it. The doors of the shower/ bathroom was half broken and when you took the shower the water was all over the whole floor since the were not no door. The beds were terrible and gave you backache. I wish we could get a refund to book another hotel.

We absolutely loved our time with Hotel Mennini. We were looking for a location that was easily accessible to the central train station for our arrival yet also for a seamless commute to Piazza del Duomo to see the sights. This was it! What was even more appreciated was how wonderful the entire staff were upon our arrival and during our stay. They welcomed us and our little dog so warmly and we were truly grateful for that. A fantastic location, comfortable rooms and welcoming staff. Thank you so much!

This was a last minute trip to Milano and I was looking for a hotel close to the train terminal so I can make an early flight to the airport. This hotel marks the spot. The hotel appears to be an older hotel that was refurbished. The decorum looked updated and very white and clean. The bed however was hard as a rock and the pillows are a bit flat for me. Good thing there were extra pillows in the closet that I was able to use. The bathroom definitely needed a bit of help. Again, it’s clean but it’s small and didn’t have shelving to put your toiletries. In fact they put a small chair under the sink so they have a place to put the towels.
It’s not the most quiet hotel in the day time. If you try to sleep past 9am, there’s some sort of scraping and drilling you hear outside. But if you’re out most of the day, it’s not too much of an issue. I was only there for 2 1/2 days so it’s not so bad for a short stay. If you’re there for a real vacation, you might want to look elsewhere like a Marriott or a Westin.

It is very close to public transportation and the city center. You can easily reach buses going to Bergamo, as well as the train and metro lines on foot. The staff is friendly and capable of communicating in English. The room is reasonably priced in terms of performance.

I stayed there for 2 nights. Location was good, room was ok.
Biggest complaint was the slowness of the wifi.
The speed is so slow that nothing can be done.
Download speed was 0.5 mbps.

Checked in for one night between flights.
Location is close to the central station which was nice and really smooth when going to the airport.
Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the hotel. We checked in to a room with water damage on walls and black mold in the bathroom. The room wasn’t cleaned properly and there was trash left from previous guests.
On the other hand, the staff was very very helpful. We was able to change room without any problems, and gladly got a better room. The second room next doors was better, but still not good. A little bit of black mold in the bathroom here to and quite a lot of damage on the interior. The hotel feels “worn out”.
Big up for the staff - friendly, professional and helpful. But very disappointed with the condition of the room.

The location is really good. Breakfast was excellent. The room was quite comfortable but we heard a lot of noises from the main street. Service is ok. Good value for money.

Staff called us at 3 in the night because they forgot to take a copy of our ID Cards. This is clearly horrorfiying and a absolute no Go, had to get Up at 6 in the morning.
