Great hotel. It’s an easy walk to the city center. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Milan. Johan at the front desk was a big help and made our stay awesome.

I was expecting a very refreshing hotel compared to the one I stayed in Rome. As we entered and went to check in, it looked like were going to have a refreshing room , one that is truly 5 star. When we arrived we were very happy, that we got a Room on the 9th floor. Unfortunately nobody told us that the Roof top Bar (which is actually a cool place) is right above our room and that we will hear the bass and moving of chairs until 01:00 AM (open every day)… This is not acceptable for the quite high price of the room. The rooms are very old and need to be renewed as soon as possible. As well please take into consideration that the party on the rooftop is every day. So if you would like to go to the nap early you should ask for the lower floors. Clean but the room was tiny. Basic amenities ( TV and hairdryer and towels) no fridge, kettle available. Central location. The room had horrible soundproofing ( u can hear every step of your upstairs neighbor and every door slam ) The street where the hotel is located was a bit noisy.

Space was very tight fitting but functional. It was for an overnight stay - fly in and drive away in the morning so it suited us. We don’t hang in a room it’s just to sleep. So would recommend. Always presentable, clean and friendly company. Appreciate the compliment water and tea. Not all hotels in the chain offer this.

Looks unassuming on the outside but very impressive on the inside. Staff were very accommodating to the point they let us print out our boarding passes just minutes before check out. Very centrally located. Can walk you most places. We had an issue with our room, and the changed it. Same size but better layout. The air con in this room was far better. Great breakfast. We recently stayed for 2 nights at this hotel as a big family with two kids. Hotel staff was very attentive specially Francis in the lobby, he treated us like a family since day 1. Very nice hotel. The location is fantastic I didn’t need any taxis everything is near you can walk to everything you need. The staff is so nice they clean my room every morning and come back at the evening to make sure my room is neat. The space of the rooms is perfect. This hotel is amazing. We stayed at this hotel back in August. The room was very clean. They served a full course buffet, and custom made breakfast. This was the best breakfast I ever had. They were very nice at the front desk. I like the location, situated near restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, gelato bars, and cafes.

It's a bit out of the way from centre Milan, but the hotel is nice and the staff was friendly enough. The rooms are spacious, with nice beds and great lighting. Bathroom also more than adequate. If I do some nitpicking, the wall next to my bed was quite dirty, with a lot of scratches and black marks. But other than that I liked my stay here.

Great location. Spacious room with fridge and safe. View from window towards Milano Centrale was fantastic. Soundproof windows were good at minimizing the loud noise of trams. Fantastic hotel all around. We stayed rather impulsively for one night, but the staff made us feel like we were regulars. Courteous, attentive and always available. A minor issue was resolved immediately. It goes without saying that the next time we’re in Milan, the Principe will be our temporary home. Unfortunately it is not a 5 star hotel but 3 stars . By the service location amenities and food- 3 stars. Room service is below average. Stuff is not very friendly - not sure if its the august high temperatures, but overall they are not welcoming. Room service keep messing up your orders. Large luxury hotel right next to Milano Centrale train station. It is undergoing renovation and the incredibly friendly and helpful staff will immediately upgrade you to an already renovated room given the availability. Breakfasts is great as per Hilton standards and I can’t stress enough how nice and helpful everyone in the staff is

Have a bit of an interesting stay of 5 nights. Hotel definitely need to update their rooms. Fixtures are old and very used. Even though I got upgraded, the room seems like it has been unused for a long time. There was dust on switches and the hot water took forever to get hot. Yellow coloured water was coming out of the taps for a while. Energy saving was triggered for my room, and every 10 minutes...

The room was nice in both standard and clean. Service at the front desk was stellar also. Breakfast experience was a big detractor. Pastries, bread and fruit was on a buffet line - but all other things (coffee, eggs etc) had to be ordered from the table. Quality of the scrambled eggs was really bad, fried eggs ordered over-easy came undercooked sunny-side up and the hot beverages came out cold.
