The spa facility is very elegant, the spa manger was very friendly and attentive.. and i had massage with the therapist Juila , she is one if the best masseuse if not the best.. my experience is excellent and definitely i would come whenever i’m in Milan 👍🏻

This place is straight out of a Wes Anderson film. A utopian paradise. The staff are ridiculously kind and welcoming. Facilities are spectacular and clean. The massage was divine and the masseuse communicated with me throughout the entire massage. The face masks are a great touch too! Hands down the best spa I've ever been to. I can't wait to return and bring family and friends when I visit Milan again

I had a great stay! The hotel is beautiful, in a great location, and the service was great as far as the cleaning of rooms and having clean towels and such. My only complaint is that the bed was a bit hard so I was having some back pain during my trip. Overall, I would stay here again!

Black mold growing on the walls and INSIDE the refrigerator. I had nowhere to keep my food. Not sure why the refrigerator isn’t being cleaned between stays but it was jarring to see that it wasn’t. Not worth the money. It's true that the hotel has a really good location, close to San Siro and the staff is really helpful and well mannered. The beds are very comfy but everything feels old and the quality of stuff inside the hotel is not what it should be. Even complementary water that each guest gets in his room is in a plastic/paper package (not bottle) that smells unnatural when opened.

There is a certain noise problem exists with the hotel. There is a train station right in front and also a road. Because of that they have put a silencer in the room. Rooms are clean however things are old.

The staff are amazing and always ready to assist guests. Fairly well located and accessible by taxi and public transport. Walkability is also good. Rooms could do with a refurbishment. They are dated.

The only real downsides of this hotel is location and weird air conditioning behavior. It has direct link to all of the major tourist attractions via tram 14, but it takes 30-40 minutes in one direction. Bear in mind if you like to do mid-day hotel stops. I recently stayed at this hotel and found that the rooms were spacious enough for two people, providing ample space for comfort. The bed was quite comfortable, contributing to a good night's sleep. However, I did notice an issue with the toilets on the 5th floor. They had an unpleasant smell and didn't seem to get enough air, likely due to a malfunctioning ventilation system. We stayed in this apartment for 2 nights and all i can say is that it was worth it! Biggest problem was with check in, because reception is 500m far away from accomidation. U have to go all the way to the shoping center and next to the pizza place u will find a small kiosk like where u check in! Loved this hotel! Close to public transport but not in an insanely tourist area. Great for solo travelers; I felt very safe. Modern amenities and wonderful bathroom. Convenient hotel for exploring Milan, 15 minute walk to the Duomo and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms small but it's a boutique hotel in the city centre and given you spend most time either out or asleep it makes no difference. Beds comfortable, good breakfast and friendly staff.

I had initially priced one of the cheapest rooms, and finally we were upgraded by surprise. I found this attention very nice. the room was amazing, laminate flooring, a queen bed and two single beds, high ceilings! we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

Very friendly staff and the hotel is very close to metro station Loreto and from that metro station everything is really close! Like the duomo and navigli! The hotel itself was okay, it was quite clean. The parking garage is really narrow and the entry is super steep. The negatives: One of the employees at the reception was very rude and not very helpful. The WiFi was also not pretty good.

We stayed at the San Siro B&B when we were in town for the Taylor Swift concert. It was the PERFECT location making attending and departing the concert so, so easy. Others we know had to walk a mile and then catch an Uber or taxi. Highly recommend this hotel if you are attending an event at San Siro Stadium.

Clean room and toilet with nice smell. Love the big mirror. It has a space for you to hang up all the coats, put your shoes and your luggages. The breakfast is decent. Staff is friendly. This hotel is approx 5mins to Metro Station, then 15mins into Central. Staff are friendly, breakfast adequate. Restaurants and Small Supermarket about 6mins away. This would be an amazing hotel if updated. Rooms dated, require some maintenance. However value for money, good location.

I recommend the family tourist, since there are big rooms for family resident whom will he stayed for a long time.

Stayed here for 2 and a half week. Pretty nice rooms, nothing to brag about but still a nice place to be. The kitchen was very under equipped. No frying pan, only 2 boiling pots. You do have a microwave though so that was a big plus. Nothing to do the dishes with, you'll have to buy or bring your own. The location is very meh, some abandoned buildings nearby which makes it feel more shady than it is...
