I stay in many NH hotels (specially in Italy) but this one had the best service so far. Specially the crew working on Camelia's Yard, their lobby bistro. They were warm, and lovely. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the nearest station. Parking was complimentary too. We enjoyed the fruits, cakes and pastries during breakfast. Upon arrival, we gave feedback that the bathroom sink was choked and not fast flowing. It was rectified very quickly. There is also a small supermarket conveniently located across the hotel.

Friendly staff, but very dated hotel. Handy location for the Metro but still quite far out of the city. Hotel could do with putting a bit of money into the place, asked for an iron and ironing board but it never came the first time. Socket hanging out of the wall in my room, no sockets near the bed.

A brilliant hotel, very close to the Metro station which takes you into the centre. The staff were fantastic and the room was absolutely amazing. It was my girlfriends birthday and the chocolates were a lovely touch.

Hotel Milano is perfectly located for visiting the exhibition center and very convenient. The service is friendly, and exceptional varied breakfast , and top quality. I highly recommend choosing a junior suite – very comfortable and stylish. The hotel also has a lovely rooftop swimming pool, making it suitable for business trips, aperitivo and families short stay .

Very vibrant and contemporary hotel. Fantastic service from beginning to end. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful . Room and all areas were very clean. Our daughter celebrated a big birthday while there and the staff made the occasion extra special doing all they could to give her an experience she will never forget. Would highly recommend. I can't say that we entirely enjoyed the hotel. The pool was great. Cantilevered so that you could look into the ground a few floors below. I certainly didn't enjoy the music in the pool area, would certainly have appreciated something less intrusive and not as loud. The contemporary design is interesting but I don't think it works all that well, I did like that each floor had a different foyer...

This was really a surprise to stay in this nhow hotel.
