Basically no wifi n even 5G signal in the room. All the guys are go to lobby for internet
Location is convenient. Room is clean and tidy. However, the air-conditioning is not adequate.
Internet didn’t work for two days. Breakfast was not testy and overcrowded
It was an average place, and the location was good. The room was clean.
The location is very convenient, but the air condition does not work very well.
The room was just nice for us. The toilet was not functioning but the staffs changed us a new room immediately. Overall was good.
It’s close to Central Station, so you are able not only look for main city, but also traver to other cities and regions of Italy (by train) Comfortable bed and quite big room for two persons Very good, everything was fine

I stayed at the Sheraton San Siro from 22–25 November, 2025, and was assigned Room 1203. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub, but the drainage was extremely slow.
By the time I needed to step out, the water had still not drained, creating a hazardous and slippery situation. I had to exercise unnecessary caution just to exit the tub safely.
Additionally, the half screen design (for the shower...
Located outside the city center, the Sheraton Milan offers a stylish, modern appearance with spacious, comfortable rooms. The conference facilities are excellent and perfectly suited for interactive meetings or events. The restaurant serves very good food, whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner, though prices are on the higher side. Overall, a professional and comfortable stay ideal for both business...
Came here as a group I booked 3 rooms for us, arrived late in the afternoon gladly the rooms were ready, check in was fast and smooth, we received great support from the reception to modify our rate to the proper one which was cheaper for us so big thank you for that.
The rooms are spacious compared to most European hotels — very clean and comfortable. Our reservation included breakfast, which was...
Good business hotel but location is a bit remote
First and foremost the outstanding service from the staff, specially Simone.
His companion and professionalism are of the highest level.
The rest are nothing but excellent as well. From the front desk to the housekeeping and the food area. All are extremely nice and professional.
We had an issue just outside the main gate of the hotel and the members provided top notch support despite the fact they...

The rooms are quite large, comfort, clean and cosy decorated. Beds are sufficiently comfortable and sized.
Everything was well prepared and clean.
Staff are very friendly and professional. They are multilinguals and can communicate easily.
Recommended for all kind of visits and could be for singles, groups and/or families.
Unfortunatelly i had a bit of unpleasant experience in this hotel. The rooms were dated, the doors and walls were all scratched. I had two beds in a room.. one was so unconfortable it felt like it was from 70s. You could hear all the noise from the other rooms. And i do not understand the decor with all the mirrors… everywhere you look you see yourself. The restaurant was decent, but i wanted to order...
Considering that is a 4 star hotel- it does not provide tea, coffee, glasses or cups on the room.
Besides restaurant there is nothing else to do at this hotel. Room service is charged at an extra.
The Staff need training on how to be friendly and give good service.
Very unfriendly lot. Never felt a warm welcome, had to think twice to ask a question, got very straightforward answers.
I saw reviews where...
I arrived very late to this hotel. I chose it because it was close to a train station. It would have been fine if I had arrived on time as I could have taken the train from Malpensa, but flight was severely delayed, and by then, there were no trains. So I had to pay €140 for a taxi. It's not the fault of the hotel.
However, once I arrived, I asked for the wifi and was told instructions were in the...
The rooms were very nice however could use some touching up. Scratched chairs and restrooms hardly had enough toilet paper or towels, we had to ask a lot. The service was good for the main part, however there is a 10 Euro charge to order up to your room. The location is far from the city center but a 20 minute walk to the train station and from there about another 20-30 minute ride from center to duomo...
The hotel grounds are green and well-maintained — there’s a sense of peace and quiet despite being close to the city. Breakfasts are delicious and varied: fresh pastries, fruit, yogurt, hot dishes — there’s something for everyone.
⠀
The staff is very polite and helpful — they assisted with the transfer and quickly resolved any questions we had.

A wonderful place to stay
We love this hotel - everything is wonderful from the moment you arrive. You are treated with the ultimate care and attention by the staff and the environment is beautiful.
Great hotel, rooms are spacious, very clean. Classic interior. Staff really helpful and issues addressed immediately. Walking distance to the centre and great shuttle service by the hotel. Unmentioned voluntary staff contribution on the final receipt was an unpleasant surprise.
Very convenient while in Milan
Milan's old five-star hotel, no doubt about it, just go!
I have been many times in 5-star hotels, but this place Is just another level in terms of service. The team here is absolutely amazing. Thank you very much.
Sophisticated and elegant, this hotel grew on me during my stay due to the high service levels provided by many staff members. Things did not get off to a great start due to a rather chaotic check in, but my room was lovely and dinner at the Ancanto was delicious, as was breakfast there the next morning. Got to be honest, I think this is much more of a business hotel than leisure and if you are in...

We stayed at Rosa Grand Hotel in Milan, which is located just a 2-minute walk from the Duomo, a truly unbeatable location.

Very comfortable hotel with separate lobbies and sound proof rooms. The rooms are very spacious with lots of the best amenities. The showers and restrooms were really clean. I have long chosen this hotel for my stays in Milan. Everything corresponds to the stated level. Excellent breakfast, a robe, slippers, hairdryer, shower accessories in the room. In the evening, a compliment in the form of a chocolate bar and a rug laid out by the bed)) It's nice. The hotel has a small gym, an open terrace overlooking a piece of the Duomo. We were at the beginning of May in this hotel and everything was in its place, the rooms were neat and clean, the toilet too. The rooms have a lot of light and are spacious. The hotel staff was pleasant. The only complaint is that the WiFi connection is weak.
Went to the Christmas Markets, this was a lovely hotel. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful.
We are dinner both nights in the restaurant, really lovely food. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a quick stay over. I'll definitely return.
Quadruple rooms had only one window which hardly provided any fresh air and overlooked dirty, broken delivery pallets and a piece of neglected lawn and bushes. AC did not work, shower door was not mounted to anything at the top and kept falling off the track every time you tried to move it. Hilton Milan delivers an experience that truly deserves a 5-star rating. Nice hilton with a new premium feel. Huge breakfast spread. Good size rooms and gym.
Gym : threadmill, elliptical and recliner bike; cable machine. Good amount of floor of floor space to exercise.
Breakfast is amazing with classic Italian but also plenty of sour options, including Asian.
Rooms are good size, very nice bathrooms with plenty of amenities.
My experience at Hilton Milan was not the best. Upon arrival, we parked on the ground floor. At check-in, the front-desk agent (I believe her name was Eleorena) welcomed us warmly and provided excellent service.
The problem began when we went to the concierge. The concierg which was a tall, bald light-skin man who sometimes wears black sunglasses ( can't recall his name ) refused our request to have...
I had a great week in the suite room. The location is perfect. The room is super cool; it's luxurious yet still has the classic European style. The bar was good; I met nice people. The people at the reception were very kind. Highly recommended.

The hotel is well located. There is a metro station nearby and a convenient road to the center. But the hotel itself is old and needs renovation. The hotel is close to the lotto subway station. Although it is not close to the cathedral and the Last Supper, you can take the red line subway to get there directly. It is close to the center of Milan, the front desk service is very good, the breakfast is super rich and delicious 😋, and the room is also OK. But the parking fee is a bit outrageous, 57 euros 💶 a night.

Check-in was a long and very frustrating process. I was repeatedly asked how many nights, how many people, etc. I thought that would be obvious from the booking I made. For three adults she asked if I want two or three beds. I thought two beds means one queen and one single. Apparently not so. Two beds meant two single beds. We had to talk to them again and wait for them to set up the additional bed...
The location is fantastic in terms of amenities. There’s an Esselunga grocery store right across from the hotel, along with a pharmacy and a self-service laundry. Breakfast is good — they offer three types (express, continental, and American), priced between €16 and...
Milan Marriott Hotel is an excellent property with friendly and professional service. From check-in to check-out, the staff were helpful and welcoming, which made the stay comfortable.

I stayed 8 nights for a business trip. The location isn’t very central but it’s not bad either, 15 min taxi ride from most tourist spots. Food from room service was good. The beds are somehow not very comfortable, maybe...
I believe the hotel is being renovated but it didn’t really affect me much. I’m guessing I was in a new room - ok size. Clean with everything I needed. Tea/coffee, stocked mini bar that worked well and actually chilled things! Gowns, slippers and amenities. Only a shower though - I prefer a bath and no shelve to put your things on in the shower. Very convenient grocery store across the road.
We chose the hotel mainly because of the price point and we were a bit apprehensive due to the negative reviews. Fortunately, our experience was mostly positive. Good things first - our room was ready on our arrival which was vert useful given i was a bit unwell and had flown over 10 hours. Although the room is not big, it is clean and tidy. The hotel is very close to the subway station, which makes it convenient to go out. There are also many places to eat around. Overall, I am quite satisfied
SERIOUSLY hot bedroom! We phoned because we thought the air conditioning was broken and was told by reception “it’s turned off because it’s winter” it was 4th April and in the 20s outside, plus I think they know the rooms are hot because it’s only a sheet on the bed with no blankets, the beds were comfortable. The hotel is extremely dated. It’s also not close to the centre and there is nothing around...
Friendly staff, but very dated hotel. Handy location for the Metro but still quite far out of the city. Hotel could do with putting a bit of money into the place, asked for an iron and ironing board but it never came the first time. Socket hanging out of the wall in my room, no sockets near the bed.
A brilliant hotel, very close to the Metro station which takes you into the centre. The staff were fantastic and the room was absolutely amazing. It was my girlfriends birthday and the chocolates were a lovely touch.
Perfect location for the metro, I wanted to thank you for the upgrade to my room! It was a very nice surprise. I also wanted to express my appreciation for your excellent service and the friendliness of the entire front desk staff. The hotel itself was lovely, and I honestly think it deserves a better review than it currently has.
The room key was quite heavy and bulky. A key card system would be...

Milan, Via Tortona 35 🧭 Map
Hotel Milano is perfectly located for visiting the exhibition center and very convenient. The service is friendly, and exceptional varied breakfast , and top quality. I highly recommend choosing a junior suite – very comfortable and stylish. The hotel also has a lovely rooftop swimming pool, making it suitable for business trips, aperitivo and families short stay .
A truly unique hotel, though not for everyone’s taste.
The hotel is conveniently located in the city of Milan, very close to a tram stop that makes it incredibly easy to get to any part of the city.
As a hotel, it really stands out—especially in terms of its decor, which, for me personally, didn’t match my taste. You won’t find the typical style of a four-star hotel here.
The breakfast was amazing...
Very vibrant and contemporary hotel. Fantastic service from beginning to end. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful . Room and all areas were very clean. Our daughter celebrated a big birthday while there and the staff made the occasion extra special doing all they could to give her an experience she will never forget. Would highly recommend. Taxi rates were reasonable to get into Duomo and...
I can't say that we entirely enjoyed the hotel.
The pool was great. Cantilevered so that you could look into the ground a few floors below. I certainly didn't enjoy the music in the pool area, would certainly have appreciated something less intrusive and not as loud.
The contemporary design is interesting but I don't think it works all that well, I did like that each floor had a different foyer...
This was really a surprise to stay in this nhow hotel. Besides the fact, that I didn't have enough time to enjoy my stay - neither in Milano nor at the hotel, - because of my tight schedule, it was great to com back from the conference i took part in to see something unusual at an interesting place and feeling entertained and welcomed.
The staff was great, kind, competent and helpful. Thanks to all...
Not in city center but comfy hotel with helpful and nice staff
