Clean but the room was tiny. Basic amenities ( TV and hairdryer and towels) no fridge, kettle available. Central location. The room had horrible soundproofing ( u can hear every step of your upstairs neighbor and every door slam ) The street where the hotel is located was a bit noisy.

Space was very tight fitting but functional. It was for an overnight stay - fly in and drive away in the morning so it suited us. We don’t hang in a room it’s just to sleep. So would recommend. Always presentable, clean and friendly company. Appreciate the compliment water and tea. Not all hotels in the chain offer this.

Looks unassuming on the outside but very impressive on the inside. Staff were very accommodating to the point they let us print out our boarding passes just minutes before check out. They provided us with directions to the nearest attractions which made the journey easier. Rooms were neat and tidy, air conditioning was on full blast and the beds were comfy. Very centrally located. Can walk you most places. We had an issue with our room, and the changed it. Same size but better layout. The air con in this room was far better. Great breakfast. Do wish they did cater to HALAL 😢. The room size was quite small but clean and nice. The pillows were also good and the bed was soft. The only funny bit was that the aircon does not operate all day.

Great location. Spacious room with fridge and safe. View from window towards Milano Centrale was fantastic. Soundproof windows were good at minimizing the loud noise of trams. However, low water pressure. The decorative colored lights outside the windows were too bright at night. AC could be loud. Bring your own toiletries for better shampoo.

The rooms are nice, it’s located very close to Central Station which makes it very easy to move around, but also it’s a quiet part of the zone which is great. The attention from the manager could be better, not very nice. Everyone else was ok.

Located close to train station and metro for convenience. Duomo a 10 Euro taxi ride away. Asked staff a number of questions, etc over my stay and received very courteous and helpful replies.

Very nice hotel. The location is fantastic I didn’t need any taxis everything is near you can walk to everything you need. The staff is so nice they clean my room every morning and come back at the evening to make sure my room is neat. The space of the rooms is perfect. I loved it and definitely would like to come back to it again.

We had a wonderful 2 bed/2.5 bath suite for 7 nights last week and had a wonderful time. Very up to date, well appointed, comfortable. Fantastic hotel all around. We stayed rather impulsively for one night, but the staff made us feel like we were regulars. Courteous, attentive and always available. I am familiar with “NH Hotels” and i usually always have a great experience. I ate at the restaurant, the food and the service (in particular the waiter “Sheriff”) were very good. The service of the hotel in general was very pleasing and everybody is friendly. Sadly on my stay here, an unpleasant smell came out of our bathroom. But in general I would not advise you against staying here.

It is a very good location because it is close to the metro line M5. The rooms are like in the pictures and you have everything you need. The staff is very kind. I recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Milan.

Marriott Milan is nicely located close to Wagner (Metro Line 1) and Bolivar (Metro Line 4) stations. Even though as of December 2024 the hotel is under renovation, the service is good and there is no major noise. This hotel is amazing. We stayed at this hotel back in August. The room was very clean. They served a full course buffet, and custom made breakfast. This was the best breakfast I ever had. Exactly what we needed, a bed at the end of the day. Its not exactly close to much but we have a hire car anyway. The rooms are a very good size and bed was lovely and big. Nice hotel. Breakfast is included in the price. 4 stars normal. There is a free Shuttle from the hotel to the metro. It is also possible in the restaurant to eat! Just did not like the room is constantly air-conditioning is available , though we turned that off.

Large luxury hotel right next to Milano Centrale train station. It is undergoing renovation and the incredibly friendly and helpful staff will immediately upgrade you to an already renovated room given the availability. Have a bit of an interesting stay of 5 nights. Hotel definitely need to update their rooms. Fixtures are old and very used. Even though I got upgraded, the room seems like it has been unused for a long time. There was dust on switches and the hot water took forever to get hot. Yellow coloured water was coming out of the taps for a while. Energy saving was triggered for my room, and every 10 minutes...

Checked in with the Armani Spa for a few hours. They hosted us as if we were family and made us feel very welcome. The treatment was amazing! I would certainly recommend a treatment and use of the facilities.

Everything about our stay was great, the food was delicious, the service was fast, kind and polite. We arrived earlier and were checked-in rather than made to wait until the correct time. They also have underground parking, but it is paid\hour. The hotel is within walking distance of many metro stations and 5 minutes from the Milan Railway Station, which was perfect for our trip plan. Very clean, helpful staff, and close to the airport. On a staff members advice, we walked the first evening until late--we felt completely safe, which may reflect the character of the city. The hotel is located 20 min drive from downtown or 45 min by public transportation. Luckily, the hotel provides shuttle services in the morning at 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM, and return shuttle at 6 PM. It's a bit out of the way from centre Milan, but the hotel is nice and the staff was friendly enough. The rooms are spacious, with nice beds and great lighting. Bathroom also more than adequate. At just a few steps away from the underground, next to San Siro (a plus for me) and quite astonishing. Super super customer service. The rooms are modern and fresh. I stayed 2 nights. Order a club sandwich at the main bar, it was really good. Shame I have no pictures.

Convenient hotel within walking distance to Milan Central station. Breakfast spread is very good, family rooms are relatively big compared to other hotels in downtown Milan.

It was a quick pop in and out, ha e not booked to stay there yet, but I must say the staff service was amazing, they were super polite, checked on me a few times and came over to let me know that my guest was not available yet. Sometimes it is the small things too that matter the most. I loved the feeling, they made me feel quite important and special. Thanks ladies. 😎
