My husband left a review saying this was a good hotel let down by the fact that our booking was cancelled twice despite the fact we had already stayed a few days earlier. This also happened to our friends. We were asked to send our credit card details (already provided) by email....who in their right mind is going to do that when there are so many scams around? On our return a few days later to find we had been cancelled again, they offered a room significantly more expensive than the one booked, as it was the only one available. After a conversation with the manager, miraculously another room at a better price became available.
A very disappointing response from the hotel making out it was our fault and not their ridiculous procedures.
"We're sorry with this low score you decided to penalize the good job of all our personnel, We're sorry for your disappointment, apparently no issue would have been raised if you provided a valid guarantee for your reservation in the first place. Hopefully next time we can avoid this hassle both for yourself and for us!"
It certainly won't be a problem in the future as we will not be staying with your company again.
I'm sure this review will also receive an unacceptable response from the hotel too.
Our room was nice and functional, nothing fancy, that's ok. Had a relaxing night, the queen size bed 🛏 was very comfortable.
