Loved this hotel. We were in Milan in August. It was so hot and this hotel was a cool oasis! Beautiful reception and bar area. Our room was very large with comfortable beds, nice bathroom and toiletries.
Excellent location for the central station. Would definitely stay here again.

One star.....read below. Would have been much higher.
My husband left a review saying this was a good hotel let down by the fact that our booking was cancelled twice despite the fact we had already stayed a few days earlier. This also happened to our friends. We were asked to send our credit card details (already provided) by email....who in their right mind is going to do that when there are so many scams around? On our return a few days later to find we had been cancelled again, they offered a room significantly more expensive than the one booked, as it was the only one available. After a conversation with the manager, miraculously another room at a better price became available.
A very disappointing response from the hotel making out it was our fault and not their ridiculous procedures.
"We're sorry with this low score you decided to penalize the good job of all our personnel, We're sorry for your disappointment, apparently no issue would have been raised if you provided a valid guarantee for your reservation in the first place. Hopefully next time we can avoid this hassle both for yourself and for us!"
It certainly won't be a problem in the future as we will not be staying with your company again.
I'm sure this review will also receive an unacceptable response from the hotel too.

So all 5's, but an overall 2 and I am being generous. The hotel, its staff, and the breakfast are all fabulous. What is not is their admin. Now, this might be unfair. I booked through a .com hotels app. Apparently, they provide my card details in a code to the hotel, similar to Google Wallet. The code did not work, and so the hotel contacted me for card details, that the .Com app says never provide, so I did not. Hotel cancelled both my bookings. I appreciate they want the comfort of a hold for funds, but I had already stayed with them for two nights when they cancelled my last night. And if you think this is an issue with the .Com, it also happened to our friends who booked direct. Lovely hotel, let down by it's accounting system.

The hotel can be reached easily by main station. We were welcomed by friendly receptionist, we made a late check in, which went very smoothly.
Our room was nice and functional, nothing fancy, that's ok. Had a relaxing night, the queen size bed 🛏 was very comfortable.

The bathroom requires improvement. Despite having a rotatable glass partition, there’s no clear separation between wet and dry areas. Water consistently spills onto the floor, even when I was sitting in the bathtub.
The location is ideal, and the bed is comfortable.

Nice, upscale hotel located very closely (3 minute walk) to the Milan Centrale train station. My husband and I stayed here for one night as we had an early trip the next morning. The bathroom is quite sizeable, and the room itself is comfortable.

Second time I’ve stayed here within 12 months and both times I’ve been very impressed with reception staff and the rooms. I travel a lot for business so have quite a high expectation from hotels, but this one is exceedingly good value for money. Right across from the central train station which is very convenient. Also within walking distance to some great eateries and bars. As mentioned, the staff are fantastic and the rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. I’ll be here again for sure and hope to experience some of the brands other locations.

Very comfortable hotel. Tasteful Italian simple decor. We found the Reception staff welcoming. The location is next to the Milan Central train station. Most sights, Duomo,
Brera Museum etc. is a 30-40 minute walk from the hotel. We booked a room with breakfast included, which offers a variety of continental and some cooked options. We would recommend this hotel. However, we found the hotel room very warm, it was tricky to cool the room even though we turned the heating off. We found a way to open the windows which we kept open all night.

Very good location, taxi rank to train station right outside and train station just ahead.
I'm very sorry that the front desk staff helped me carry my luggage and fell down the stairs, which is very serious, I am really very sorry, and I hope that everyone can find help at the front desk instead of letting him carry the luggage alone.
The breakfast at the hotel was nothing special but it was delicious with my favorite scrambled eggs and lots of cakes

Absolutely perfect base for 48 hours in Milan!
A stone’s throw from Central station (where the bus from the airport picks up/drops off too).
Really friendly helpful staff
Free breakfast (booked through hotels.com) which was plentiful (only complaint would be the boiled eggs were cold!) - so much choice of savoury and sweet, tea coffee etc.
room was really modern and clean, great size and loads of mirrors. (Worth noting that we had a twin room but the beds are pushed together, fine for me and my mum but maybe not everyone!)
The location is bustling and everywhere we went to in Milan was either a walk or less than half an hour on one tube line away.
They even had free umbrellas to use in case of rain!
Can’t recommend enough, would stay again if I come back to Milan!
