Very convenient location, quiet place near the central station. Delicious breakfasts and excellent coffee. Clean, good service. Great huge towels. Some comments. Our room was small, although the description said 19 m, and the bed was not king size. The tourist tax is high, 5 euros per person per night. Overall we were satisfied and recommend this hotel.

I will never say it’s a 4-star hotel, just 2-3 star hotel at most.
Waste food and half bottle water from previous customer were found at refrigerator. The decoration of the hotel was way too old without repairs.
The price rate did not match the quality of facility. The only thing I felt comfortable is the short distance to central station.

Stayed for 6 nights. It is clean and have very good breakfast. Unfortunately my shower was not working properly. They did change my room but still it was an inconvenience for 3 nights. The rooms need refurbishing. Heaters also do not work after a certain hour so expect the room to get chilly towards the morning. They do provide extra duvet when asked.

It is a nice hotel, unfortunetelly bed and shower cabin are too small. But they have nice people, hotel is really clean and in center, you are close of shops, supermarkets,a lot of restaurants, 5 min of subway and train station.
Breakfast has a lot of cakes but few choices for main course.

I was robbed by the personnel stuff in this hotel some years ago. Be aware of your cash, I don't know if something has changed now..

Nice location, very close to Milan central railway station and metro line M3. 10 minutes to duomo. However, it's 4* rating seems to be overated.

Nice and clean Hotel. Room is somewhat small but ok for a short stay. Very close to the Main Train Station "Centrale" in Milano. Breakfast was very nice with good coffee. I could leave my luggage after checking out for a couple of hours.
