Hotel Saraceno Resort

Everything is impeccable here! My friend and i stayed here during a weeklong conference, and the hotel staff, Gabriela and team, went above and beyond to help us feel at home and help us commute to the right locations. The services were impeccable, and the food is also amazing. I love the lounge as well with very interesting quirky artworks. We also got a complimentary upgrade for the room - it was a wonderful experience! Thank you so much:)

Everything was perfect. The best service ever! Clean and big room, very good and tastu breakfast - also with excellent service, the beach & beach club was well maintained and maybe the best beach club in Milano Marittima. The people that work at the hotel are just magical people✨ they always remember all your stuff and take very good care of you. They are polite, happy, they always smile and want to help you with everything. I would choose this hotel just because of the exceptional service BUT there is not a single bad thing in this hotel which is rare. There is gym, nice pool area with showers, parking, very good breakfast, pingpong table, the wifi was good. Big thanks to the staff. ❤️

A wonderful hotel with an incredibly beautiful garden, a swimming pool, a nearby beach, and amazing people. The hotel is located not far from the beach and offers a peaceful and charming atmosphere. But the most amazing thing about this hotel is the staff. As soon as we arrived, our car was immediately parked in a private parking area, and our luggage was brought to the room. The porter explained everything about the hotel, showed us around, and even pointed out where the beach is.

On the first day, I asked to have my suit washed and ironed, and it was done within two or three hours. It’s also worth mentioning that the room was cleaned twice a day, which is very pleasant and quite rare. Everything in this hotel is excellent.

I would also like to highlight the hotel owner, Gabriela. She is almost always present at the hotel and helps guests with anything they need. In my case, I needed help exchanging currency. Gabriela spent a lot of time assisting me with this, and I’m very grateful to her.

Overall, the entire staff is extremely attentive — from the waiters to the porters and the owners. Truly incredible service. A great hotel.

The only thing I would improve is the breakfast. For a hotel of this level, it’s a bit limited. I would expand the breakfast menu and add more dish options.

We spent more than one week with on a family holiday at the hotel. Who is eager to experience real human connections, conversations should not miss Hotel Saraceno in Milano Marittima. The friendly atmosphere is all around there. The hotel staff did their best to ensure our whole stay to be more than relaxing.
Cosy, clean bedrooms, stylish areas, 5star beach and very delicious meals of course…The breakfasts we enjoyed in the beautiful garden will never be forgotten :) Huge thanks to owners and the hotel staff for making our stay so comfortable! Hope to see you again!

Great hotel, the owners are very professional and friendly, on site every day and very present. We have never experienced anything like this before, which makes the stay very personal. The staff in
Hotel and on the private beach area is very attentive and friendly.
The beach section is very quiet compared to the rest of the beach, the private beach area is well maintained, you can always see a lot of staff! The cuisine of the beach restaurant is very high quality!
