A beautiful old hotel in a small town Mira, 25 minutes from Venice. Such a lovely receptionist who kindly explained us everything. Interior is in vintage style, cozy and clean 🤌🏻 you can take a bus ride to Venice. Little but nice and tasty breakfast.

We got a very nice upgrade to a big suite. Super quiet hotel for a good night rest. The location is amazing next to the water and the staff was super super friendly. Breakfast buffet was not very big but all you need was there and good quality.

The place is clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed. A nice touch the fruits we found in the room upon arrival. The garden surrounding the villa is beautiful. There is a swimming pool. We did not have time to use it but it looked clean. The restaurant near the villa is nice. Breakfast was ok.

Amazing experience! Staff was friendly and polite, interior is stunning, rooms are very clean. We stayed for a bottle of wine in the foyer after a couple of hours in Venice and it was the perfect finishing!

This is 17th century building with rooms in outstanding condition and cleanliness. One of the best services by reception desk we have seen in Italy. Fantastic hotel for a couple of days rest. Their other hotel has a swimming pool and is only a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Great breakfast, possible to eat outside in the sun! Romantic rooms, very very friendly reception staff. Great parking.

The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. The young female receptionist was fantastic unfortunately I forget her name, but went over and above to provide an excellent service. We were with a tour group and must have gotten the last room. The shower was so small you couldn't was your legs or feet without hitting you head. We had to get wet then turn off the water then open the doors to lather up. Then turn the water back on to rinse. It was awful, plus the room was smaller than on a cruise ship. Our room was next to the self-service washing machine room so there was a lot of traffic and noise around our room. We were full of bites after sleeping there - not sure whether it was mosquitos or bed bugs. The food was lovely, but the dining space too small for all the people there. We had a nice & confortable stay in the Relais for two. The busstation to Venice ist only 5 min walk and it costs only 7,50€ p. P. ,two way ticket. We stayed for two nights in this pleasant property using a smartbox gift cheque, which was also accepted on the weekend without asking for a surcharge. Honestly the best hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff are so helpful and couldn't do enough. We're sad to leave. Only booked 3 nights there and wished we'd stayed longer. We had an early flight and they even packaged up some croissants for us, ready to pick up at 6:30 am, for us to take with us. Lovely and clean. Fantastic villa!! Me and my son had a wonderful stay! The pool is absolutely lovely and we took advantage of it a good few times! I’m very happy with the service of the hotel, I’m from Mirano and I used it few times before for friends and relatives visiting. This time I’ve booked for myself but due to medical reason I had to cancel it, they were nice to waive the fee event though I have to pay part of the booking.

Very nice place! It is 20-25min away from central Venice by bus. The bus station is in front of the hotel. You can buy bus tickets from a mall just 7min walking from the hotel. The room was super super nice. But the shower had a problem with the water spray and the door was broken so water would leak everywhere in the washroom. The breakfast was also provided though it was a bit strange to see that we were served on the table rather choosing the buffet on our own.

Good hotel. Room was tidy and spacious. Included breakfast was OK, but a little bit on the meagre side. Reason for a 3 star instead of 4 star rating is that I was promised that I could keep my racing bicycle inside, but on arrival this was not the case.

Although the hotel is in the Mestre district, the location feels a little remote because we drove from Florence in the south. It is not far from the highway and there is a gas station next to it. Everything is good. Attendants are nice and helpful. I got the most satisfactory breakfast in this hotel on my European trip.

The location is very convenient with regard to Venezia Mestre train station (15 minutes walk, several stops by tram or bus) and also to Venezia (bus connection to Venezia-Piazza Roma). Very helpful staff, good breakfast. Convenient parking in the yard behind the hotel.

The stay at Villa Graziella was very good. It is close to a bus stop that you can easily reach Venice. The tickets for the bus can be bought just opposite the hotel. The hotel gives a nice Venetian feeling. The price for overstay with breakfast is great. The staff is incredibly nice. Recommended!

The hotel was good with friendly personnel. They could speak English-Italian and french. It had nice breakfast. Our room was clean and quiet. An only problem that we had, was the bad smelling in the toilet.

The location was near a bus that took us straight into Venice and the room was comfortable. The front desk moved us to a bigger room when she learned the four of us were sharing. The bathroom was clean and the breakfast was very good. The only downside was a lack of fridge to keep our drinks cold.

The room was surprisingly big and it is in a rather quite neighbourhood. Free street parking around the hotel is a plus for us. Frequent bus nearby to Venice old town island. However, the room had an unpleasant smoke (cigarette) smell. We feel this smell is imprinted in the walls, as opening the windows and turning on the AC didn't help to reduce the smell. Great position. In 20 minutes you are in Central Venice by bus. Staff available and kindest. Breakfast really basic but really fair price. The bathroom could have been slightly more equipped, the pillows were not too comfortable and too much light in the room in the night, however overall a really good hotel that I recommend!

Hotel is located within close distance to bus stop and is well communicated for travel to Venice. Parking is free of charge and in shadow of the trees. You can add €3.5 for a small breakfast that is in a great value. Rooms are clean and well air conditioned. There is also a shop nearby.

The staff was really professional A lot of guarded parking, locked by a door and security. The room was 10/10 clean. Breakfast 9/10 nothing special about it. The only reason i gave it 4 stars it is because during the night you hear other rooms air conditioning going 24/7, even if the rooms are soundproof. It is not really loud but may be annoying.

We vacationed in April. We were in Venice for three days. The old town is 15 minutes away by bus number 6. The hotel is worth the money. There is everything you need. Very clean. Tasty breakfast. High level service. Room cleaning every day. But unfortunately in April the air conditioning in the room did not work.
