Room were fairly nice, bed was very good, but the key card was very difficult to get the room lights to work. Every time we came back into the room the key card worked fine in the door lock but had to keep putting in the light slot to get the room lights to come on. Usually took 5 to ten minutes to get them to work. Very frustrating

Hotel in a bad location and very far from public transport. The receptionist was very kind and the next morning offered us transport from the hotel to the Venice Mestre train station, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel is very old, the rooms, the bathrooms, all. It is not a 4 star hotel, I would give it 2 stars. At some point of the night, the lights went out but they fixed it in about 15 minutes. The breakfast was very good and tasty, although not varied. For my surprise, the room was cozy and there was a very comfy bed. There was also a fridge, which is always a plus.

We stayed at this hotel knowing we would go out to the islands of Venice. We talked to the hotel desk about going to Venice. They advised us that they sell a $25 bus ticket that takes you out and returns you right in front of the hotel. We took that as an option and it worked out really well for us. Location was convenient to bus stop...Staff was helpful in providing alternatives to getting around ( They sell bus tickets in the hotel) and suggested activities...Great breakfast...Clean rooms... Free parking.

Cute little hotel, they were all very nice and helpful. Room was very small and didn't have a fridge, but it was very clean and kept up. The breakfast was nothing special, but it was enough food and good. I think the location is perfect. They have a free parking lot, it takes less than 5 minutes to the bus station to Venice and 7 minutes to the train station. Perfect for visiting Venice but staying...
