It was ok. Room a little dated but clean. House keeping hit and miss no replacement water after our initial 2 bottles or coffees. TV was really old had to use a combination of remote control and buttons to turn on. Bath and shower nice. Good location for Venice a 14:minute walk and a bus to get there. Pool area nice.
I love Novotel but the staff in muestre could learn from those in Firenze. They never smile always grumpy. They act as if they are doing you a favour.
This is the best Novotel. Absolutely kid's and dog's friendly. Upon check-in, we received a small but very nice gift for the child and dog. There is a bowl of water and dog food in the lobby. Clean and beautiful swimming pool, playground for children. Restaurant with fast and friendly staff and very tasty dishes.
Very good for this type of accommodation. We wanted to see Venice, unscheduled, and was everything we need it for one night rest. Parking is also available. We did not use breakfast, optional service. Clean, warm, good price, might be reserved trough a travel platform and receive discount, Easy access location for the hotel. Hot water - tea & coffee in the room available.
It's a Novotel. You have the same bed and couch as in every other generic Novotel. The same rotating desk. The same ancient TV. Pool is literally freezing. I don't know how they do it. It's 35 degrees outside and the water around 18-20 (trust me, I'm Polish, I know cold water). There is a free parking, but very limited in space. There is an additional parking which costs 6 EUR per day. Yet lot of...
Extremely helpful staff, nice and tidy rooms and great breakfast - which would be better if there was no Covid-19, but here we are. The pool is designed for children so keep that in mind when booking. Only downside is the dangerous path into the city you are forced to take if you are not travelling by car.

The hotel was booked for us by an agent so we were unsure on what to expect. We had a very pleasant surprise. The travel links from the airport were direct and easy, we were then situated across from the train station which took 10 mins to get into Venice. The hotel is modern clean and welcoming. The bar cafe on the ground floor was very good with great service. Our room was very quiet which was ideal...
Nice clean and calm room and the location is great t near the Mestre main station and bus stop. Our family stay 2days and all is good including breakfast, but no salads. Our room is pretty good in Venice. Just in me, the room was not super cool even though we set 17°c whole days
Excellent location just opposite the Venice Mestre Train station. Rooms are very spacious. The reception staff are very friendly and courteous. Check in was smooth and thankfully our room was done early. A good choice to choose from at breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.
Amazing. My parents were suspicious at first when we called them to make a reservation, but we ended up paying 205 euros for a room with 3 beds and a bathroom, which they were insanley clean and nice. You even have a mini bar in your room! The room was very clean and it had EVEN a air CONDITIONER. which some hotels don't even have one. Amazing quality. 5 stars.👌
Great location and nice room. No parking on site but there's plenty around (paying parking)
Superbly renewed, nice staff, perfect location. Recommended!

Friendly staff - helpful and greets you every time you walk past. Clean rooms - modern furniture and clean room overall. The bed frame has charging stations which is very convenient. Bedsheets were clean. Washroom - Has spacious standing shower (make sure to close the door properly or water will come out). Comes with two in one shower gel and shampoo as well as hand soap. You need to bring everything...
Beautiful spacious rooms close to the train station. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Only issue was that the showers in the room did not have a divider from the rest of the bathroom floor. I believe our drain was slightly clogged, so the water ended up flooding the bathroom floor. Other than that, it was a great place. Just make sure to pick up any clothes off the bathroom floor prior to taking...
Excellent hotel - Super Clean, well equipped small in-unit kitchen, easy 10 minute walk to bus or train stations for easy access to Venice or the Airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a 9th floor (919) room with a view of the train station. The other side should have a great view of Venice. The only suggestion would be to have luggage stands for convenience. We’ll stay there again.
The location of this hotel is not the safest. It’s about a 20-minute bus ride onto the main islands of Venice. Beds were comfortable but the two twin beds are pushed together with no way for them to separate. Main lobby area is small. Breakfast was a 3/10.
Our stay at this hotel was great. It was only a short walk from Venice Mestre station, a large supermarket and food options outside of central Venice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful upon check in and check out. They were able to answer any travel related questions we had with easy explanations. Room was large and spacious, bathroom was also quite large. We had a balcony, and while we...
Very welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. They are well-equipped with a fully furnished kitchenette. The Aparthotel is also well located with just a mere four minutes from the Mestre train station.

Great Staff and Room! definitely having an A/C in the hot Venetian weather is needed for the guest. However, the location is left to be desired for, certainly not in a “risky” area but a bit far away from the Mestre Station (about 10 min walk). Otherwise, no complaints Edit: Shower area/door is too small
Location was convenient to bus stop...Staff was helpful in providing alternatives to getting around ( They sell bus tickets in the hotel) and suggested activities...Great breakfast...Clean rooms... Free parking.
Hotel Cris impressed me with its spotless rooms and classic yet fresh ambiance. The staff were informative and helpful, assisting with everything from local tips to booking taxis. Its convenient location near the train station and bus stop made exploring Venice a breeze. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay.
Cute little hotel, they were all very nice and helpful. Room was very small and didn't have a fridge, but it was very clean and kept up. The breakfast was nothing special, but it was enough food and good. I think the location is perfect. They have a free parking lot, it takes less than 5 minutes to the bus station to Venice and 7 minutes to the train station. Perfect for visiting Venice but staying...
My stay at this charming hotel was nothing short of delightful. The simplicity of the place was its charm - clean, quiet, and boasting a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. The staff's exceptional helpfulness and warmth stood out, making the experience truly memorable. A mere 5-minute walk to Venice Mestre station added to the overall ease of stay but if you have a car, they have locked parking spaces...
Nice, clean hotel in Venezia Meastre, located in the vicinity of tje bus stop and train station. 10 minutes by train to Venezia. Rooms ok, ultra small shower, basic breakfast. Hotel with just renovated rooms. The bathroom is very nice with a very nice comfy bath and shower. We asked for a double bed, but it was just two single beds shoven against each other. The beds were comfortable though. There weren’t many people in the hotel because of covid-19 and still they decided to put all the guest on the same floor next to each other. Free and secure parking, very easy access to Venice by tram, right next to the hotel. Staff took the time to explain how and where to go for the tram. Nice people and lovely rooms. The breakfast and especially the coffee was delicious!! The best way to visit Venice if you are coming by car :)
Really lovely staff and service. Rooms good and all rooms having a mini bar fridge. Toilets and beds fine. And breakfast buffet for awasome with nice unlimited coffee ☕. Free WiFi it was great, compair with hotels in UK WiFi was very fast. I want to tell you another thing after 8pm very hard to find food items in this area.

Hotel is nice service is nice, but its nothing special. Breakfast was good, lots of breads and baked goods. Eggs were good, and they were really yellow for some reason. Rooms have the usual shower (no tub), toilet, bed(s). But notably it has a bidet which may be a suprise to some people! Definitely a good hotel.
Clean hotel. Good location close to train and bus station about 5 min walk. If you want to stay at Mestre, good option overall. Just giving 4 star since housekeeping left water stuck on basin on our Last day and didnt clean up-that was quite disappointing
Perfect location to travel by Bus or Train. Just 4 mins walk from the hotel. The staff is polite and friendly. The rooms are clean and kept well. Prompt service. Worth every bit of the money. Stayed from 5th June 2024-9th June 2024. Just ensure you take high rise rooms as it’s noisy during the night and the voices. Good price for a hotel pretty close to Venice. The train station was a 7 min walk and took you into Venice for total of around 25 minutes. It’s clean and staff spoke English. Downsides are the AC didn’t work, it blew air but didn’t get to the temperature set all night and the tub to the shower is very high and I’m sure some older folks might have trouble getting into it. Also there was only really...
The hotel has welcoming staff, breakfast has no sausage or Bacon or eggs made to order. AC unit are not operating unless asked for but limited hours. Hotel is well maintained.
We vacationed in April. We were in Venice for three days. The old town is 15 minutes away by bus number 6. The hotel is worth the money. There is everything you need. Very clean. Tasty breakfast. High level service. Room cleaning every day. But unfortunately in April the air conditioning in the room did not work.
Great location, calm and quiet and its close to the train station. Only downside for me is that the shower cabins were quite small.
Bed comfy, room sparce, no tea,Coffee facilities in your room,Breakfast usual continental, Dry pastries, Hotel in deseparate need of a lick of paint & upgrade Receptionists very, very helpful, they are what make the place- Dog barking out the back late at night to wake you up & a yard full of excretment to look out on to.

Great personal, extraordinary, halpfull, nice, educated. Very chip parking place 200 m from the hotel (12euros per day), bus station across the Street, 1.5 euros to venice, Last 25 minutes. Good choise for trip to Venice.
stayed here not long ago with family, hotel wasn’t too awful but there’s definitely room for improvement! the cleanliness was lacking, the lift was old and Ghetto, the area also isnt the best there’s lots of homeless people sitting right at the front of the hotel.. breakfast was also very boring, same thing everyday and the food isn’t even the best compared to other places.

Centrally located, so perfect for accessing the many cafes and restaurants or just to simply wonder around. Lovely staff, room had good air conditioning which was needed with the weather. Room was clean and presentable. My only complaint was that there was no fridge in the room which would have been nice to store cold drinks etc.
Great service, helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms, air conditioned too. Close to shopping mall and public transport. Great value for money to get to Venice. We had breakfast included and it was really nice. They served a traditional continental breakfast
Pros: Clean room, good service , good breakfast , convenient location and AC was working fine. Cons: Room was really small and didnt have much space to put 2 large bags , unless we keep them right behind the door. Bathroom had small shower area with curtain and toilet seat was too close to the wall.
I only needed a room for a night and this place suited my needs. The staff were friendly and helpful and allowed me to check in early as the room was ready. The hotel is in a great location being so close to a shopping centre and great places to eat. It's also not far from the shuttle bus stop direct to the Marco Polo airport. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also very good!
Okay this was our first 3 star hotel experience. The hotel itself is good located. 1.5km away from train station. Reachable by the Bus 2 (be aware there two types of bus 2, only one of them goes to mestre centro) The room was very cold, we woke up in the night, i search for blanket in wardrobe, there was one. Nice and clean Hotel at the perfect location in Mestre. Busstop right in front to go to Venice. Walking distance to beautiful charming Mestre center. Owners are helpful and caring. Breakfast leaves no wishes open.
Nice location and very easy access from Venice airport. Bus number 2 right in front of the hotel. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful! A minute or two walk to the centre of the Mestre city centre and there were lots of restaurants and shops. Bus number 2 go to Venice quick and easy.
We stayed for three nights. Nicely positioned for Mestre’s town centre and handy for a bus into Venice. It’s dated in decor but clean. Pleasant staff and comfy bed. Fair sized room. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. A kettle (for tea, as we’re British) can be provided if you ask. Recommended if you are looking for something reasonably priced and good value.

It's clean. However the sheet used on the bed was not very clean. That is not something one expects from a 3 star hotel. Other places were clean. Bathroom was maintained really clean. You dont get a comforter. Instead you have to use the sheet on top to cover yourself.
Everything was to our full satisfaction. Very nice, polite service team. The hotel is very central. The rooms were taken care of daily. Breakfast was good ... probably typically Italian and we could always ask for an extra small pot of hot water for tea.

We’ve just had a disappointing stay at Hotel Aaron. The service on check in was mediocre, we got to the room and was met by noisy family next door, and the room was very underwhelming - small bed, dated furniture, thin walls so you can hear the neighbouring room, VERY noisy air conditioning unit, TV only works for streaming, no safe in the room, no additional pillows (2 on the bed and both were like...

Everything - clean facilities, great and comfy bed, helpful and knowledgeable staff, bus for Venice is 2 min away and leaves every 10-15 min, very close and so chill at night. This was the first stop of our honeymoon and we extended because we loved it. Our fav part was the treatment at reception-smiling and so helpful and professional, great recommendations for restaurant, transportation.

Such a bang for the money. We paid stupid less for a room for 3 and the room was perfect. I guess the price is because of the location but I can assure u that it is not a problem. With the bus system you can reach the island in about 15 minutes and almost every point in the city. The room was clean and the facilities good. Totally recommend it.
Such a great hotel, with a luxurious hotel room, friendly staff, and generous breakfast buffet. I'd highly recommend going there for those who want to have a great experience in Venice! Only thing is that if your flight is early in the morning, you gotta walk all the way to the train station for 20-30 mins to get the airport shuttle bus yourself.

Would be nice to have some glasses for drinks in the room though, they do provide plastic cups for mouth rinsing in the bathroom so we made do. Breakfast had alot of choices. Staff are friendly and helpful. Located a short walk from the busy area we found ourselves. Google maps took us a ridiculously long way round...
The rooms were not clean, not bathroom was stinking and the breakfast was really poor. This hotel is totally not at the level of a 4 stars hotel. To talk a bit more about the breakfast: the offer was extremely low, with bad fruit, bad bread (pre made bread which was dry) and almost no healthy options to eat.
