Good hotel. The restaurant has good dinner. Breakfast was ok. The rooms are modern if you book deluxe. Negative: Make sure to always use the safety box, one of my friends said he was missing money.

Nice hotel with the excellent breakfast and great location with the transportation to Venice. The main issue that we experienced is the customer service. I don't know if this is in Italian culture or the staff is impatient when providing the services. The tone, the conversations, reactions give their guests feeling of the favor toward them and definitely should be not expected from 4 stars hotel.

Good location near train line to Venice, one stop away. Good breakfast included with a variety of food, tea, coffee, eggs meat, cereal, milk and yogurt, variety of quality fresh fruit. We had booked R&R apartments. The cab driver left us in the street. No reception, the gate was locked, we tried to call and no answer so we walked to the closest bus stop and took the bus as close to the Train station as possible. Great location with only 3 minutes walking to Venezia Mestre train station. The rooms are quite big and modern. Rooms are not equipped with coffee machine/tea. Breakfast could better for a 4 star hotel. The only negative is that in our 4 nights stay, we had no air conditioning. The staff didn’t alert us upon the check-in time. I only noticed when I arrived the room and they said nothing could be done

Overall had a great time here me & my girlfriend we stayed 4 nights in Novotel. First time in Italy we went to visit Venice, front desk staff was very helpful with arranging a taxi for us to anywhere we needed to go. Food here is good and prices are reasonable. They have nice bar area that the servers are nice and polite and are able to serve whatever you like! Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable

It was ok. Room a little dated but clean. House keeping hit and miss no replacement water after our initial 2 bottles or coffees. TV was really old had to use a combination of remote control and buttons to turn on. Bath and shower nice. Good location for Venice a 14:minute walk and a bus to get there. Pool area nice.

I love Novotel but the staff in muestre could learn from those in Firenze. They never smile always grumpy. They act as if they are doing you a favour.

This is the best Novotel. Absolutely kid's and dog's friendly. Upon check-in, we received a small but very nice gift for the child and dog. There is a bowl of water and dog food in the lobby. Clean and beautiful swimming pool, playground for children. Restaurant with fast and friendly staff and very tasty dishes.

stayed here not long ago with family, hotel wasn’t too awful but there’s definitely room for improvement! the cleanliness was lacking, the lift was old and Ghetto, the area also isnt the best there’s lots of homeless people sitting right at the front of the hotel.. breakfast was also very boring, same thing everyday and the food isn’t even the best compared to other places.

Centrally located, so perfect for accessing the many cafes and restaurants or just to simply wonder around. Mestre centre is quaint, car free with piazzas which make for a relaxing night out after a day in Venice. Venice bus stop less than 100m and is less than a 20 minute ride to get there. The Room itself is OK. It’s big and spacious. However, We are in the first floor and the view is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life so far. Decent enough hotel, but the staff can be cumbersome. For example the breakfast lady first sent us to the buffet, then sent us to our table all angrily (not a self service buffet apparently?) just to then come back to our table after 10 minutes to tell us we need to go to the buffet for food, all in very fast Italian even after we asked for any other language multiple times.

Really nice hotel. We booked the superior double room. Parking is available - is not owned by the hotel but is located in the hotel's backyard. Its safe because it cannot be accesed by unauthorized persons and costs only 10e/day which is a good price for the area. My parents were suspicious at first when we called them to make a reservation, but we ended up paying 205 euros for a room with 3 beds and a bathroom, which they were insanley clean and nice. The hotel is clean and nice. Room is big but unfortunately without a fridge and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is located very close to the station, you dont need to walk alot so venice is easily accessable. The staff are super friendly unlike other hotels near/in venice. Breakfast is extra €4. Free WiFi it was great, compair with hotels in UK WiFi was very fast. I want to tell you another thing after 8pm very hard to find food items in this area.
