I stayed at this hotel with my family in July 2025. My wedding ring fell out of my bag and onto the floor of my room. We noticed this later and called the hotel to have it checked. Initial checks revealed that my wedding ring was found and secured in the safe. While waiting for the ring to be delivered to me by our guide, we were informed a few months later that the ring had disappeared from the safe. Everyone knows that jewelry like wedding rings hold more sentimental value than material value. This emotional distress I'm experiencing clearly reflects the hotel's irresponsibility. I don't want to accuse anyone, but someone is stooping to a gold ring of little value!! This situation proves that the hotels we visit are not like this. How can hotel owners who can't even keep a simple ring safe keep their guests safe? I have my doubts about this!

It was a very dirty hotel. The rooms smelled of damp, dusty everywhere, and there were disgusting big insects in the room. Breakfast was very poor, consisting of pre-cooked eggs with black insides and cheese. Furthermore, the owner of the hotel wandered between the tables during breakfast with stern looks, checking what you were eating, which was extremely disturbing. The hotel is in a village-like location, very far from the city. Definitely not recommended.

The rooms are not cleaned daily. The breakfast is very poor. The management is not professional at all. They make small calculations. I would never recommend it. It's a waste of your money.

The hotel itself is surrounded by nature the garden is well kept and the location although a bit far from Venice, with the train from Mira-Mirano you can easily reach Venice.
The only complaint was that wi-fi is closed at night after 21:30 and opens at 8:00 in the morning. Although even after 8:00 we weren’t able to connect. The breakfast options are incredibly poor and we only ate bread, cheese and drank coffee. The service staff waits on you like guardians when you are selecting food as if they are afraid you will take too much. We were able to get butter only after requesting it. They are quite stingy about it. We asked for hot water from the reception after coming to the hotel around 21:00 and they said they don’t have it.
Overall not impressed, we only came here because our tour had selected this hotel.

Owner of the hotel is perfect,very kind person.Hotel is clean. Very close to train station which can allow you to easy transfer to venezia. Good performance when compare with price.Thanks alot.

It is impossible to find someone who is interested. It is not clean and on top of that you are constantly restricted by the hotel owner.

NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! We stayed in the beginning of June and it was so unbearable we were only able to stay one night. From other reviews, it’s seems like the air conditioning is commonly “broken.” We were told it was working, but there was no air coming out of the vents and no circulation.
Our group had two rooms, one had carpet and was very musty. One had no screen to block bugs when the door was open, and the other had a ripped screen that had to be propped open with a chair.
We had to open the doors or essentially suffocate. Opening the doors meant so many bugs at night. So we had to close the doors because there’s no way we are going to spend the night with mosquitoes, flying cockroaches, spiders (etc.)
The room with the broken net kept their door open all night and there was still no reprieve or circulation. He literally passed out from heat exhaustion and how dense the air felt.
The large beds were incredibly uncomfortable. I’ve slept on a 4 cm foam mat on tile and that was more comfortable.
The wifi is practically non-existent and the breakfast is nothing special.

The staff was very kind and hospitable. The place is beautiful and I feel like it has so much potential. They almost certainly have to install new air conditioning. If it was operating, all the other things wouldn’t be as detrimental. The twin beds were comfortable. They should just use those mattresses for all the beds, put two together for the larger beds.

Very nice place with a strategic position if you want to visit to Venice. They also have a nice pool and it is surrounded by plenty green which is perfect if you like jogging. Finally everyone there is very friendly. Very recommended 👍🏼

A lovely hotel set up in the countryside. You have to walk about 1 KM to get to the train station and to the nearest town. So, if you just want to chill out in the countryside and be pampered by the owner of the place and her husband, then you found the right place sitting in the middle of green gardens, swimming pool and nature. They will cook a great meal for you and serve it with a smile. They have rooms with kitchenette, which actually is useless as there is no grocery store or supermarket near by unless you have a car and can drive to the nearest town and do shopping. Note that the rooms with kitchenette is cleaned up only once every 4 days. So you end up in a dirty room for 4 days.... there was no air condition. we were told it just broke but it was never fixed during our stay. Our room had NO Wi-Fi!!!! that was a bummer as we could not work and could not stream movies in English and the TV is in Italian only.
