Hotel Bellamonte

Got a miserable room on the 4th floor, with a small window and no balcony. No living space at all. Asked for an other room at the reception and eventhough I had the online availability on my phone which showed 3 free rooms, the receptionist denied and told me they were fully booked. That evening no hot water in the shower (living in the 70's ???) and microwave heated food makes my rate a 1 !!!!!!!

Overall we are moderately satisfied. We were expecting much more family and cosy atmosphere.
Hotel is relatively huge but there is no option to seat somewhere else then the bar - which has only 15-20 seats.
Restaurant is not opened (apart of the breakfast and dinner) and you cannot seat there even to seat and read newspaper. There is plenty of space but it is forbidden to even enter there.
Swimming pool opened from 2PM and there no option to enter before that time. Why? Don't know.
Rooms are a bit old fashion and not refreshed for a period of time. Cleaned every day with new towels etc fresh linens.
Definitely nice location but customer service is outdated.

Dieses Haus ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Zuweilen kam man sich vor wie bei der versteckten Kamera. Das Haus ist optisch in die Jahre gekommen, aber durchaus ok. Das Personal ist jedoch wirklich unterirdisch. Um 22.30 wollten wir in einer Gruppe von 10 Mann einen Absacker bestellen. Dass der Barkeeper (Donnerstag 16.08.2018) darauf keine Lust hatte war deutlich zu erkennen. Die erste Bestellung (von einer Person) nahm er jedoch auf und stellte den Grappa auf den Tresen. Anschließend teilte er den anderen mit, dass alle weiteren Getränke ausschließlich auf dem Zimmer konsumiert werden können. Darauf verzichteten wir. Als wir auf unser Zimmer kamen, kam es im Zimmer kurze Zeit später zu einem Kurzschluss. Im hotel war niemand mehr zu finden. Alle waren weg, nur die PCs liefen, alle Buchungsinformationen waren erkennbar. Bei der NotfallNummer ging eine Person ran, schrie auf italienisch da könne man jetzt nichts machen und legte auf. Beim ckeck out am nächsten Tag nahm man die Info zwar zur Erkenntnis, war jedoch nur daran interessiert ob es nun wieder ginge.
Das so hoch gepriesene Frühstück ist nicht mehr als Standard.

Summa summarum : Hände weg von diesem Hotel.

This house is an absolute disaster. Sometimes you felt like you were with the hidden camera. The house is optically getting on in years, but quite ok. However, the staff is really underground. At 22.30 we wanted to order a nightcap in a group of 10 men. That the bartender (Thursday 16.08.2018) didn't feel like it was obvious. However, he took the first order (from one person) and put the grappa on the counter. He then informed the others that all other drinks could only be consumed in the room. We renounced that. When we came to our room, there was a short circuit in the room a short time later. There was no one left in the hotel. Everyone was gone, only the PCs were running, all booking information was visible. One person answered the emergency number, screamed in Italian, nothing could be done and hung up. At the ckeck out the next day they took the information as an insight, but were only interested in whether it would work again. This highly praised breakfast is no more than standard. All in all: Hands off this hotel.

Questa casa è un disastro assoluto. A volte ti sei sentito come se fossi con la fotocamera nascosta. La casa è otticamente in corso di anni, ma va bene. Tuttavia, il personale è davvero sotterraneo. Alle 22.30 volevamo ordinare un copriletto in un gruppo di 10 uomini. Che il barista (Giovedi 16.08.2018) non si sentiva come se fosse ovvio. Tuttavia, ha preso il primo ordine (da una persona) e mettere la grappa sul bancone. Poi informò gli altri che tutte le altre bevande potevano essere consumate solo nella stanza. Abbiamo rinunciato a questo. Quando siamo arrivati nella nostra stanza, c'è stato un cortocircuito nella stanza poco tempo dopo. Non c'era più nessuno in albergo. Tutti erano andati, solo i PC erano in funzione, tutte le informazioni di prenotazione erano visibili. Una persona ha risposto al numero di emergenza, urlato in italiano, nulla poteva essere fatto e riagganciato. Il giorno dopo, al ckeck out, hanno preso le informazioni come un'intuizione, ma erano interessati solo a sapere se avrebbero funzionato di nuovo. Questa colazione molto apprezzata non è più che standard. Tutto sommato: questo hotel è a portata di mano.
