Reviews
1. Small rooms for living, but with balconies.
2. Serving dinners and service during meals at first glance is excellent, but then we encountered multiple cases when not all pre-ordered hot appetizers and main courses were brought to us (there were 4 of us at the table, including two children). When this happened the first time, we thought it was an accident. But it happened more than once.
3. There is a maitre d' at the entrance to the dining room, who is polite to everyone who comes in.
4. Wi-Fi Internet does not provide access to Russian information sites, media.
5. Dinner on December 31 had an increased price compared to usual and at least some semblance of a holiday was expected. What happened was simply shocking. Dinner was moved an hour and a half later, but an aperitif was offered half an hour before the start of dinner. The cold appetizers that were always there were completely absent in the hall. The dishes were brought with a huge pause. We were brought hot appetizers and only after an hour and a half the main course was brought. There were only 2 options for desserts (pastries), although on normal days there are 5-6. Our disappointment was absolute. No festive mood or atmosphere was created. Quite the opposite.
6. The festive menu for Christmas (also for an increased price) was distinguished by simply a large number of desserts.
7. There are boxes for storing ski equipment, but unfortunately not heated.
8. Small parking lots are located around the hotel in different places.
9. The heating works strangely, it seems to be on a standard schedule for a ski hotel (2 times a day), but sometimes it does not turn on for days, and this is not obviously depend of the temperature outside.
10. Bottled water and all ordered drinks are paid extra, even at breakfast. For example, coffee, hot chocolate, 1 bottle of water cost 3.0 €.
11. I would like to note the attention of the administration to vegetarians, for example, at dinner they always offer one hot appetizer and one main dish especially for vegetarians (marked in the menu with a green leaflet).
12. In our opinion, the hotel does not correspond to the status of 4 stars, only 3.
