Palazzo Indelli

I had such a nice time here , the location is perfect and it’s close to a lot of great spots, the rooms are nice and the service is great. I have to say me and my friend got ourselves in a bit of a situation and Marilena went above and beyond to help us even though she didn’t have to. I’m really grateful to her for being so exceptional ! I’ve since recommended this hotel to a family friend, they also loved it and had an amazing time! Thank you Palazzo Indelli and Marilena !

They are amazing, Mr. Franco at the front desk is super helpful fluent in English, Spanish, and of course, Italian.
The rooms are super clean, really modern, and well-located. A great breakfast selection was included during our stay there. They have a baby crib ready and all set for our arrival. They have baby-feeding chairs at the restaurant and they have amazing cuisine.

The structure of this hotel is pretty good. I liked the art on the walls. The receptionists were mostly kind, especially the female one. After I had informed the desk about my bidet not working twice to no avail, I myself left a note on the bidet for housekeeping to finally fix it. The room was extremely small even for the description of “basic, single”

The location is great, being in the historic center of the city. Parking seems like it would be a bit of an issue but because I went during offseason, I seemed to have avoided any problems. I was offered a shuttle service when I had to park far away the first night.

For the restaurant- this is possibly my fault for not being fluent in Italian, but the waiter and I clearly misunderstood each other when I was trying to confirm about the sign at the reception desk. The sign says that guests of the hotel get a free “entree.” The sign was in English and Italian, using “entree” in both translations. But, apparently to the hotel, entree = appetizer. So I ordered a secondi (an entree), after seemingly confirming with the waiter that this was the said free “entree,” only to then receive a much larger bill than expected, as it was not free. I found the word “entree” in English on this sign to be misleading. Wonder if it’s happened to others. The staff discounted me 7€ for the trouble.

My fiancé and I recently stayed at Hotel Piazzo Indelli and had an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the town central district and just a few minutes' walk from some truly gorgeous beaches. This central position makes it incredibly convenient for exploring local shops, restaurants, and attractions.

This review wouldn’t be complete without mentioning the standout aspect of our stay — the exceptional service provided by the receptionist, Carlo. His warmth, professionalism, and extensive local knowledge significantly enhanced our visit. He went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met and offered excellent recommendations for dining and activities. We looked forward to chatting with him every evening when we got back to the hotel.

Overall, this is an amazing choice for anyone visiting Puglia!

Lovely location. Brilliant hotel. Very friendly & helpful. Maralina arranged taxi for Alberobello. Franco was very helpful too with checking are transfer arrangements. Perfect for people watching. Lots to see.

Staying at Palazzo Indelli was the highlight of our trip to Monopoli. The palace has been lovingly and beautifully restored, and the service is kind and attentive. The hotel faces a peaceful square where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful sunshine and the architecture of the buildings in the square. The sea is just steps away and there are numerous bars, sandwich places and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. You can’t park very close because it’s in a historic square but secure parking is available nearby for day trips. Highly recommended!

I haven't had the pleasure of staying in this hotel yet... but we spent a wonderful evening with a good aperitif and exciting music with Bruno and Tatien, excellent musicians... we felt like we were on holiday, Monopoli, its square, the music and the people finally alive after all this period... marvel!!!!!

High class hotel, well decorated and reasonably priced, optimal service, very complete breakfast and staff available for every need, the restaurant and bar section is fantastic! Mirko from the bar will know how to pamper you and make you spend unique moments in a fantastic monopoly from all angles.

The quality of service, the professionalism of the staff and owner, the availability of everything and finally the friendliness of Mr. Christian Kara make this place a "magical" place... a must try!!!
