Very charming and romantic environment. The overall structure is good and well maintained, but there are some limitations since it is located on the historic city and the buildings are separated and car access is restricted. Staff is well prepared and attentive. They helped us a lot with reservations and attractions. The pool area is good, with a great view, but is small.

The staff was very helpful prior to our arrival, at check in, and during our entire stay! The pictures online are wonderful but when you walk through the door we were so amazed! We enjoyed the quiet, well decorated, clean, comfortable suite. Only negatives are the parking - but we knew this when booking. The location is great for walking to restaurants and shops.

Good location if you have the car to go around the towns nearby, and spacious rooms with terrace. Not excellent access to the room with the pram, though, and a couple of times room service forgot to change dirty sheets and add extra shower gel. Greate hotel with tasty kitchen, convenient guest parking, all needed facilities. Beach is good for the place, even though not big and guests get tickets for morning of afternoon, not full day. Family friendly place, many guests are with little children.

They are amazing, Mr. Franco at the front desk is super helpful fluent in English, Spanish, and of course, Italian. The rooms are super clean, really modern, and well-located. A great breakfast selection was included during our stay there. They have a baby crib ready and all set for our arrival. Stunning place to relax and let the world go by. All the team were wonderful, starting with the check-in, and the sommelier at dinner was super too. The tasting menu was well worth trying, as is the courtesy shuttle to the private lido for an afternoon relaxation. Super place that I would highly recommend.

This place is both beautiful and relaxing. It is a self contained resort outside of town but we literally liked it so much that we just wanted to stay there rather than explore. That said, the location makes a terrific home base for exploring the area which is full of charming towns.

We were a party of 7 staying for 5 nights in Monopoli. We had two seperate apartments which were both absolutely stunning with roof terraces. The decor of both apartments are truely beautiful. Cesare and his wife are really helpful and are excellent at suggesting places to see. My mother is gluten free and at breakfast she was accomodated for perfectly.
