Be aware that the porters who take cases to rooms are excessively rough...they bent the handle on my new suitcase to such an extent it wouldn't go down.

Mixed experience. Reception were not that helpful and did not offer information. Shuttle bus was booked to another party for many days which meant we had to take taxi to Monopoli. Good location if you have the car to go around the towns nearby, and spacious rooms with terrace. Not excellent access to the room with the pram, though, and a couple of times room service forgot to change dirty sheets and add extra shower gel. This place feels like heaven on earth ! We stayed with our son in Suite Madia, which was very comfortable, very clean, a lovely suite with a rooftop terrace and lovely views ! We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in June. Our room was not in the main building but was only a couple of minutes walk. The room was lovely and had a fully stocked bar with snacks. It was just perfect! We came by at 6pm, without a place to stay because of booking.com scam. The people there did everything they could to make us feel welcome immediately and 5 minutes later we were no monter homeless. We ended up extensed our stay twice. What a gem of a hotel. Only a 45 min walk into Monopoli for those that are interested (uber/taxis are few and far between). There are features that are superbe, others that need improvement. Great features: location, swimming pools, personnel at the swimming pool and for lunch/dinner. Starting from the fact that the Corvino resort is a place to visit in summer (where there are many more activities) I do not recommend it if you plan to go there in winter or spring, besides this the rooms were very simple with the minimum essential but welcoming, the food was of good quality and the cleanliness of the rooms was good

Is difficult get a spot to parking

We had room#2 for 6 nights and we travel around Puglia. The room is large, clean, and easy access, street view (was the last one). The place is really very good. Breakfast was also very good. I did not have anything negative about the place. With a lot of patience may find parking around free or at a decent cost, compared to Canada. (blue line have to pay, white or no line is free)

Was fantastic, although it was more expensive than nearby hotels it was well worth it. The balcony had such a stunning view and so did the rooftop bar. It was so relaxing and real luxury.
