Very nice hotel in Monopoli

The staff whilst lovely, didn’t fully explain everything about the facilities to us, which was a bit of a shame, for example we didn’t access the gym or the spa which I only realised was there on the last day! Despite any of the little flaws, our stay here was really quite special

Our first impressions of the hotel was a little underwhelming; our room was quite basic, and not particularly spacious, and the decor seemed old fashioned and a bit sparse

The staff however were just lovely and helpful, coming out to the pool regularly to see if we needed anything, the evening meal was fantastic with the chef coming to the table to explain each dish, which was a really nice touch

The most enjoyable aspect of the hotel is the location and the tranquility of the building. There weren’t many other guests, so at times over the three days we stayed here, we basically had the place to ourselves

The breakfast started at 8 am, which is kinda late for us and for the industry standard, but, hey, it’s Puglia, I haven’t met a single tourist who spoke language other than Italian

Keep in mind that there is a pick up schedule to go back to the hotel, you can’t just leave any time you want. There was one minor thing that bothered us

I would stay away from the all-inclusive because the restaurants beside are very good, and whilst the buffet is good, over 7 days it gets repetitive and sometimes you want less than what you pay for

The 1 bedroom suite was spacious and clean, the lounge area easily large enough for 2 kids to sleep in

Each meal was delicious, showcasing a variety of flavors that left us eager for the next dining experience. The drinks were equally impressive, with a wide selection that catered to all tastes

Their dedication and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. Overall, Torre Cintola deserves a perfect score of 10 for its fantastic environment, incredible food and drinks, and exceptional staff

The lifeguards, receptionists, Maria,Debhora, and Fabius and other were all remarkable, consistently providing excellent service with a friendly and professional demeanor

The facilities were well-maintained and beautifully designed, making every moment spent there a pleasure! The food and drinks offered at the hotel were exceptional

Almost every night theres something happening- like a theater or stand up comedy and everything is in Italian, me and my family know a few languages close to Italian so we could understand a thing or two but honesty sometimes we did felt kind of left out, otherwise it was great! The food was awesome, (And everything was written in italian, english and german which was great) the people were super kind...

Greate hotel with tasty kitchen, convenient guest parking, all needed facilities. Beach is good for the place, even though not big and guests get tickets for morning of afternoon, not full day

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were great. Good buffets of good quality food. The team of Maitre Fabio was very kind, gave us great service and were very helpfull if necessary. It was just a short walk to the private beach

Pros: The location is great as there are 4 - 5 good to excellent dining options outside the complex (Elia, The Anchor. The access to a beautiful private sandy beach area and comfortable lounge chairs is perfect

Beds were included in the hotel price. There also are several guarded swimming pools on the site. The hotel is on a strategic location for a beach holiday or multiple daytrips inside Puglia

Kids loved swimming here and it was mostly sandy. The bus runs frequently or there's private parking at the beach

During check-in, due to Covid, you will be asked to fill out a form listing what you want for breakfast the next day; the latter will be conveniently brought to you on a tray by one of the serving staff

High class hotel, well decorated and reasonably priced, optimal service, very complete breakfast and staff available for every need, the restaurant and bar section is fantastic! Mirko from the bar will know how to pamper you and make you spend unique moments in a fantastic monopoly from all angles

I haven't had the pleasure of staying in this hotel yet. but we spent a wonderful evening with a good aperitif and exciting music with Bruno and Tatien, excellent musicians

I spent one night in this hotel during a business trip. The hotel is located in the heart of the historical center of Monopoli, less than 200 meters from the sea

Despite the fact that it is in the center, which is crowded in the evenings, especially in summer, the room was well soundproofed

This is a lovely hotel but not nearly as nice as one we stayed at a few days early for less money. The best parts of our stay were Francesco our masseuse and the Tamerici beach club

Francesco gave me an amazing Thai massage. Best body work I have ever had. My husband got a foot massage that included the entire body. At the beach club, everything was great

The breakfast is an absolute must and has a huge selection of fresh food that is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Monopoli!

Such a nice hotel. We loved our stay. The outdoor pool is just so nice, and the people that work here are super friendly

The service, the great recommendations by the reception and the booking they made for a cheese tour and olive oil tours were wonderful peeks into the farm life in Puglia. It's a great central location to discover Puglia

Il Melograno is an absolutely beautiful hotel in Monopoli with the most romantic and naturally beautiful details

Exceptional location, intimate, very clean and fully equipped. We stayed 10 days with our 9 month old baby and the house was really super equipped. Angelo is a perfect host, kind, available to the maximum

The farm is located in a really good position to reach the most beautiful attractions of Puglia and its surroundings: Monopoli, Polignano, Matera, etc. Highly recommended for both couples and families

An enchanting place, full of peace and silence. A short distance from the sea, among olive trees and a breathtaking blue sky. The host Angelo is phenomenal and with infinite kindness

Very spacious flat with access to the garden, the private area was separate from the area for other guests.

Deducting one star because interactions with the staff were unfriendly at times (but also very friendly others). The pool on the terrace is quite shallow and cold, so mostly useless unless it is very warm out

Really beautiful, unique place. The fact that there are only four rooms gives it a very intimate feel. Amazing location with the waves crashing just outside the room

Really nice breakfast on the perfect terrace, they even provided special vegan things so that we could have a big breakfast
