Staff were absolutely friendly and nice, and they really do their best to satisfy customers’ needs. You just have to tell them and they find a solution to anything straight away. Very professional! Thank you all!

Greate hotel with tasty kitchen, convenient guest parking, all needed facilities. Beach is good for the place, even though not big and guests get tickets for morning of afternoon, not full day

However, restaurants, bars and pool were great, as well as the mini club and entertainment service. Very recommended for families with kids and teens

Kids loved swimming here and it was mostly sandy. The bus runs frequently or there's private parking at the beach

Good location if you have the car to go around the towns nearby, and spacious rooms with terrace

Almost every night theres something happening- like a theater or stand up comedy and everything is in Italian, me and my family know a few languages close to Italian so we could understand a thing or two but honesty sometimes we did felt kind of left out, otherwise it was great! The food was awesome, (And everything was written in italian, english and german which was great) the people were super kind...

It is fantastic, with unlimited wine service, a private beach, two swimming pools, and a spacious parking lot

Beautiful hotel, in a beautiful location, full of nature and ideal for an escape for relaxing or going with kids. The buffet is quite good, and changes every day. The rooms are like little igloos or houses

Not very large but comfortable. The only caveat is that the beach is not a sandy one. And the hotel is not very close to an urban location so you'll likely want to rent a car

It was an unforgettable experience. The environment was absolutely stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for a relaxing and enjoyable stay

Location near Monopoli and Alberobello is very good

Services that were supposedly included for customers in suites ( such as use of the 2 other restaurants and breakfast on the terrace) were not offered and on one occassion were denied until a formal complaint was made

They have a baby crib ready and all set for our arrival. They have baby-feeding chairs at the restaurant and they have amazing cuisine

Parking seems like it would be a bit of an issue but because I went during offseason, I seemed to have avoided any problems. I was offered a shuttle service when I had to park far away the first night

Franco at the front desk is super helpful fluent in English, Spanish, and of course, Italian. The rooms are super clean, really modern, and well-located. A great breakfast selection was included during our stay there

For the restaurant- this is possibly my fault for not being fluent in Italian, but the waiter and I clearly misunderstood each other when I was trying to confirm about the sign at the reception desk

So I ordered a secondi (an entree), after seemingly confirming with the waiter that this was the said free “entree,” only to then receive a much larger bill than expected, as it was not free

The sign says that guests of the hotel get a free “entree. ” The sign was in English and Italian, using “entree” in both translations. But, apparently to the hotel, entree = appetizer

The staff whilst lovely, didn’t fully explain everything about the facilities to us, which was a bit of a shame, for example we didn’t access the gym or the spa which I only realised was there on the last day! Despite any of the little flaws, our stay here was really quite special

10 minutes walk to the beach, but if you need beach umbrellas and chairs, you need to either drive for 7 minutes or take hotel’s free shuttle

The staff however were just lovely and helpful, coming out to the pool regularly to see if we needed anything, the evening meal was fantastic with the chef coming to the table to explain each dish, which was a really nice touch

The most enjoyable aspect of the hotel is the location and the tranquility of the building. There weren’t many other guests, so at times over the three days we stayed here, we basically had the place to ourselves

The breakfast started at 8 am, which is kinda late for us and for the industry standard, but, hey, it’s Puglia, I haven’t met a single tourist who spoke language other than Italian

Our first impressions of the hotel was a little underwhelming; our room was quite basic, and not particularly spacious, and the decor seemed old fashioned and a bit sparse

"5 stars especially for the service. They can pour you any wine by the glass from the wine list, and the wine list is excellent."

Francesco gave me an amazing Thai massage. Best body work I have ever had. My husband got a foot massage that included the entire body. At the beach club, everything was great

The breakfast is an absolute must and has a huge selection of fresh food that is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Monopoli!

This is a lovely hotel but not nearly as nice as one we stayed at a few days early for less money. The best parts of our stay were Francesco our masseuse and the Tamerici beach club

The service, the great recommendations by the reception and the booking they made for a cheese tour and olive oil tours were wonderful peeks into the farm life in Puglia. It's a great central location to discover Puglia

The staff is so nice and helpful and surprised us with the most wonderful fruit basket and champagne to celebrate our wedding

Exceptional location, intimate, very clean and fully equipped. We stayed 10 days with our 9 month old baby and the house was really super equipped. Angelo is a perfect host, kind, available to the maximum

The farm is located in a really good position to reach the most beautiful attractions of Puglia and its surroundings: Monopoli, Polignano, Matera, etc. Highly recommended for both couples and families

An enchanting place, full of peace and silence. A short distance from the sea, among olive trees and a breathtaking blue sky. The host Angelo is phenomenal and with infinite kindness

Very spacious flat with access to the garden, the private area was separate from the area for other guests.

good location and the top terrace was great. room was comfortable and bed was comfy. lots of towels and bathroom bits to use

Deducting one star because interactions with the staff were unfriendly at times (but also very friendly others). The pool on the terrace is quite shallow and cold, so mostly useless unless it is very warm out

Really beautiful, unique place. The fact that there are only four rooms gives it a very intimate feel. Amazing location with the waves crashing just outside the room

Really nice breakfast on the perfect terrace, they even provided special vegan things so that we could have a big breakfast

Now I can understand that a lot of guests may be willing to spend most of their time in the bed, as the setting is really amazing and romantic, but then the property should position the B&B in such a way that guests make no mistake in making their reservation

To be fair, service was great, staff does all they can to please guests, and it is splendidly finished, one can tell that the restructuring took time, passion and money
