Very good with us and our kids Some areas of opportunities - outside the rooms could be cleaner with leaves and pine needles to be removed. This would make the rooms cleaner as things wouldn’t come in
I would stay away from the all-inclusive because the restaurants beside are very good, and whilst the buffet is good, over 7 days it gets repetitive and sometimes you want less than what you pay for
This is a really nice resort that is customer focused! I loved that it had inclusive food options and lots to do for kids! Great place for families or couples
A lovely relaxing place by the sea! A short walk to a beach. Very accessible to other activities and to Monopoli. Perfect stay!
Not very large but comfortable. The only caveat is that the beach is not a sandy one. And the hotel is not very close to an urban location so you'll likely want to rent a car
Room was hot even in early May and the air conditioning was ineffective. Pool areas and beach bar very nice. Parking an issue when busy. Breakfast disappointing unless you like cakes.

Dining/bar and cleaning staff were excellent. Response to broken shower was quick and efficient. There are other beaches and some bars within walking distance but felt a bit isolated there
The effort given by the animators was very appreciated and amazing, they took care of the guests very well. I would like to highlight Wiktoria and Beti for encouraging hotel activities and ensuring we were made included
Greate hotel with tasty kitchen, convenient guest parking, all needed facilities. Beach is good for the place, even though not big and guests get tickets for morning of afternoon, not full day
The pool area was very spacious and with two pools more than adequate sun beds , no getting up early to reserve a sun bed required. we were all inclusive but beware that was only up until 10pm although the bar shut at 10
However one thing we noticed if it said restaurant closed at 9,30 it did shut then and you were asked to vacate the restaurant so dont think you can go in at 9. 15 and eat you probably could but would have to leave at 9
30 lunch and evening meals some good but salad stuff often only had two trays of a certain dish. At dinner if you wanted a coffee you had to go to the pool bar a 5 minute walk away however beer and wine on tap

We also took advantage of using the free shuttle at the hotel to the beach club - highly recommend
It was just perfect! We came by at 6pm, without a place to stay because of booking. The people there did everything they could to make us feel welcome immediately and 5 minutes later we were no monter homeless
We just stayed at this hotel for the first time for three nights and we would definitely return! The staff are very helpful, the rooms are massive and very clean, and the location couldn’t be more perfect
The hotel is an approximate 15 minute walk from the metro and situated in the heart of the historical town. Very short walk to a lot of restaurants and cafes
We had the room with the garden terrace, it was so nice sitting there in the evening listening to live music at the square
I had such a nice time here , the location is perfect and it’s close to a lot of great spots, the rooms are nice and the service is great

It all starts with the ladies at the reception desk - Alessandra, Cosmara, and Maria - who are so helpful with recommending day trips, restaurants in the area, and arranging anything you could need from spa treatments to wine tastings
They are so kind, welcoming and happy to see you each time you pass by. Each morning and afternoon we had such good meals with the best service from Oscar, who was always happy to see us and help us to learn Italian
Our massages and time in the steam room and sauna left us feeling rejuvenated and got us in the perfect mindset to begin our honeymoon. Lastly, we really enjoyed our time at the bar with the bartender, Massimo
He is a bartender I would love to have back in the USA! As with everyone else, he was so helpful to recommend things in the area as well as patient with us as we practiced our Italian language phrases
The daily breakfast was executed with the care and skill of a fine dining restaurant. It exceeded our expectations every day. The restaurant and bar were equally impressive
His service was spectacular and he was so attentive to us, even if we weren’t sitting down to eat he came by to say hello and ask if we needed anything

The staff whilst lovely, didn’t fully explain everything about the facilities to us, which was a bit of a shame, for example we didn’t access the gym or the spa which I only realised was there on the last day! Despite any of the little flaws, our stay here was really quite special
10 minutes walk to the beach, but if you need beach umbrellas and chairs, you need to either drive for 7 minutes or take hotel’s free shuttle
The staff however were just lovely and helpful, coming out to the pool regularly to see if we needed anything, the evening meal was fantastic with the chef coming to the table to explain each dish, which was a really nice touch
The most enjoyable aspect of the hotel is the location and the tranquility of the building. There weren’t many other guests, so at times over the three days we stayed here, we basically had the place to ourselves
The breakfast started at 8 am, which is kinda late for us and for the industry standard, but, hey, it’s Puglia, I haven’t met a single tourist who spoke language other than Italian
Our first impressions of the hotel was a little underwhelming; our room was quite basic, and not particularly spacious, and the decor seemed old fashioned and a bit sparse

Clean water good for kids friendly people lots of parking places we had a great time.highly recommended.
I was child when first time my family spent summer holidays here. Now I am 53 and this place is still fascinating and his beach very attractive south of Monopoli. Recommended for summer holidays both if family or couple.
Nice and relaxed hotel at the beach.
Nice but crowded, 20eur per 2 seat plus an umbrella. Bar is good but there is only 2 restrooms and 1 changing room (for a 1000 people). 20 cent for shower. Walter is shallow so ideal for children.
Stranden er fantastisk og det var dejligt at der var liggestole på stranden.

Exceptional location, intimate, very clean and fully equipped. We stayed 10 days with our 9 month old baby and the house was really super equipped. Angelo is a perfect host, kind, available to the maximum
The farm is located in a really good position to reach the most beautiful attractions of Puglia and its surroundings: Monopoli, Polignano, Matera, etc. Highly recommended for both couples and families
An enchanting place, full of peace and silence. A short distance from the sea, among olive trees and a breathtaking blue sky. The host Angelo is phenomenal and with infinite kindness
The room is very clean and comfortable, and the location is very peaceful. Conveniently located for visiting Alberobello, Monopoli, Lecce, Bari, Ostuni, Matera, etc
A great place to stay when exploring Puglia. The host, Angelo, is very kind and helpful with many suggestions for restaurants and local places to visit
Angelo exquisite person: discreet and kind, together with his beautiful property he made us stay for 8 days in a quiet, relaxing and full of charm

Yesterday guests were on the pool lounge with their belongings all over it while using 2 chairs beside their lounge, oh and then their food arrived and they took up a table for 2 not even staying at the accommodation
A must place to visit in Monopoli. Delicious kitchen, great service. We felt like home, with a lot of attention from the team and the owner
If you are an early riser, get snacks! My suggestion would be to be prioritise and be attentive to your in house guests, they may spend more and then you may not need outside business!
Anyone can come in and use the terrace. The noise of guests arriving and using the spiral staircase was just outside our room. It was painfully annoying, forget an afternoon siesta
BRING EAR PLUGS Whilst breakfast was included, we would have eaten here, lunch, dinners if we were given a menu when we were on the rooftop terrace
The music the owner has playing on repeat out the front lane to attract patrons was blaring until 11pm each night

Great room Service and kindness and courtesy Priceless
And the breakfast he offered was great! The room was enormous and super confortable, the air conditioning was great for the heat, and the shower was excellent
Giovanni, was the sweetest man ever, always offering an espresso and a bit of chat (even with my bad Italian)
It's also really close to the train station and the city center!
