Stayed during a karting event. No dinner available — the restaurant was closed without prior notice. We were even refused permission to eat our own food onsite after a late return. Very inconvenient for teams on a tight schedule.
Rooms are old but okay. Outdoor furniture is moldy. Beautiful territory, but looks abandoned. Breakfast was good and served early — the only real plus.
This place may have been great once, but now it lacks service and proper maintenance. Definitely not worth 4 stars — 3 at best.

“I stayed at Alla Corte Della Terma for my vacation, and it was truly a magical place. On one hand, the staff was very helpful and eager to assist with anything, while on the other hand, the tranquility was amazing. The beautiful pool and spacious rooms added to the charm. If you wish, you can drive just 6 minutes to the city, where you can explore ancient ruins or enjoy one of the delightful restaurants the city has to offer. Not to mention, the place is only a two-minute drive from Terma Della Papi. Without a doubt, this is a place to return to.”

Two days ago I spent the evening between aperitif and dinner and was amazed by the attention to detail in the dishes, as well as the kindness of the staff! Of course, exceptional taste! My favorite plate? It’s hard to choose, but the Mortadella octopus really surprised me 😍

One of the worst hotel experience in the whole Italy. Rude and lazy staff, very old and damaged rooms. Paint comes off the walls.
Everything is expensive.. you pax 4 star prices but get 1 star experience. You even pay to breathe there..
And their “gourmet” restaurant is whole different story.. worst food I have ever had. No taste, overpriced, totally ruined beef steak

The place is very nice, but without management. The services are low, lack of staff. The breakfast is served very dirty-not for a 4 star hotel.

We arrive around 2:30 P.M.We were requested to wait until the room is ready.( NO ONE IN THE RECEPTION TRIED TO OFFER EVEN GLASS OF WATER).Finally at 3;15 P.M.we entered the room while the floor was still wet
.In the suite waited a welcome try.looks poor offering used tea bags.Price for it 3 Euro!! Water is free only if it is for the tea,otherwise price is additional 3 Euro.
The patio was dearly and I had to call somebody to clean it. Breakfast was fear,however no menu on the table to indicate that you an order cold cuts cheese or eggs.. The rest was very simple and the appearance was very ordinary.
Some good words: the garden and pool are very nice.Next time for this price I will choose another hotel.

I spent a week with my family at Alla Corte delle Terme last July and had a great stay. Our suite provided plenty of space and was beautifully furnished. Great air conditioning system, gently cooling the room without shooting cold air. The staff is very polite and helpful. The garden is fantastic, as well as the swimming pool and it's area, fabulous. I enjoyed spending hours in the cool water under the scorching sun. A great holiday all around, can't wait to be back.

Amazing!!! We were there for 2 nights and stayed in the spa/jacuzzi suite. The ground, swimming pool, and patio were beautiful and very serene, and the suite is amazing, with nice amenities, lots of space, nice bedding and decoration. We enjoyed the private jacuzzi very much! The restaurant is great too and the people were all very nice and accommodating (they refunded us one night after our plane change), we stayed in 2 other 4/5 stars hotels during our trip to Italy - and this hotel was the cheapest but our favorite one! Would recommend.
