Our stay was wonderful! Perfect structure, impeccable cleanliness, kindness and helpfulness of the staff made us feel welcomed and "at home". Laura and her dad are exceptional! The value for money is excellent. The relaxing pool is suitable for our 18 month old baby. The perfect breakfast: Laura's donut is delicious, Emma's word. Thanks for everything, highly recommended!

It is an excellent location to really understand what Montefalco and its territory are: in the midst of vineyards and olive groves you can really breathe the peculiarity of a fantastic territory. The kindness of the owners and the authentic simplicity of the apartment made our stay really pleasant!

Excellent location (in the historic center) but above all availability and friendliness on the part of the owners. Clean rooms like the whole structure on the other hand. Excellent breakfast (Matilde's cakes are the Top). I traveled with my family (1 and a half year old girl) and I felt at home. Highly recommended

Mrs. Carla is wonderful, she immediately makes you feel as if you have known her for a lifetime. We stayed just one night. Cozy room with various very nice "gadgets". Attention to details that enrich the experience. Like a simple bookcase at the entrance, many spaces for relaxation such as small gazebos or pergolas with benches and chairs. The silence, the stillness and the serene air that the environment...

Comfortable and absolutely clean and tidy .. the owner made us find fresh water and coffee. The noise coming from the aqueduct tank is a bit annoying ... but with the window ajar you can rest without problems. Excellent price paid.

Very kind and helpful owners, I had booked with booking and they allowed me to change the dates even if it was no longer possible from the web. Sweet awakening with homemade cake. Too bad for the view that gives directly on the "mushroom". Apartment just outside the walls, large, clean and very comfortable.

Reception and courtesy of the truly top owners. The house is in a fairly central position and consists of entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom, large living room and bedroom with double bed. Excellent cleaning. WiFi and parking available.

A warm welcome. Didn’t expect the kitchen area, the table, chairs and umbrella outside our room were perfect. Rooms were spacious. Great swimming pool area and a short walk (uphill) to Montefalco. Good breakfast choices.

We loved staying here! It was the perfect home base for our travels in Umbria. The food was amazing and the owners were awesome! We ended up eating there nearly every day. We loved the views and felt right at home. Would love to stay again

Fantastic lunch at an incredible setting. Look for the parking sign before you get to location. If you go too far will end up on small one lane road and will need to turn around. Try gnocchi it’s in a local wine sauce! House wine and their own olive oil…

Fantastic old farm buildings converted into a casual sprawling agriturismo, with clean comfortable rooms (most with kitchens), great food, a nice pool, surrounding fields of olives, grapes and sunflowers, and some fine views. Nearby Montefalco is filled with character, history and good restaurants, and only a pleasant 1.5km walk. Proprietor Giusseppe and his wife are gems. Top notch.

Wonderful place. ..cooking classes are fantastic fun. Giuseppe is a master chef. The accommodation is beautiful and the area of Montefalco is where some truly wonderful wines are produced. It's my second time here and I am so looking forward to coming back again.
