Pleasant stay at this 3-star hotel. We appreciated the pool, the size of the room (with a kitchen) and the kind and polite welcome of the staff. Also the free parking was appreciated.

Excellent location, well connected to all the locations we have chosen. Clean hotel, well served, very friendly owners who hosted us with familiarity and courtesy, rich Italian breakfast, sweet and savory. I stayed with my family in one of the apartments at the end of August. The structure, immersed in the inhabited countryside and with surrounding agricultural activities, is a strategic position to visit the whole surrounding area, full of beauties not to be missed, first of all the lake of Bolsena located about 10 km away. The location, lake view beautiful. We had a balcony which was a nice change after 5 weeks traveling. The owners and staff were absolutely amazing. Nothing was a trouble to them. Meals were great too.

The owner of the hotels is such a nice lady. She helps you to feel at home, which was a first for me for a hotel. The view is great for almost every room, because it’s right at the lake. Nice, cosy, and casual hotel right in the center. We stayed for 5 nights off season so it was quiet. Room was cleaned everyday and staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic with coffee machine. Room (#21) itself was great in size, clean and had all the basics (surprisingly fast working Wi-fi, TV and fridge!). Beds were good, pillows little hard for our taste. Parking was free, but the street is narrow...

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size and very comfortable, with good views out to the hills. Supper a d breakfast were both good. An excellent stopover on the Via Francigena.

Good location for visiting Montefiascone. I did not like the arrangement of the room, a triple adapted, the beds covered the sockets, very important today in an increasingly social world and especially those who look at their mobile phones in the evening before going to sleep and put it to recharge. I recommend the redistribution of furniture in the room. After all, good cleaning. Breakfast to be improved...

A good place to stop on the Via Francigena. Reasonable prices rooms. Good to have an option for 3 people to share a room. Lovely to have the view of the entrance to the old part of Montefiascone. Nice bar to sit in and have a relaxing glass of wine or beer. In walking distance to a few good places to eat.

Clean, central, nice staff, comfortable. Would stay here again if I had to be in Montefiasconi.

The room was nice, with good AC on a warm Italian day. Very few of the personnel could speak English, however, so we had to get help of an outsider to ask some questions. Has a rooftop terrace.

The black and white modern decor of the room is beautiful. The room is clean and cool, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was large and clean. I didn't hear any noise from the street. There is a bar/Gelateria downstairs and an amazing restaurant in the Piazza so you do t have to go far to eat. The historic center of town is not a long walk from the hotel. This inn is family run. On a somewhat noisy road, but in an excellent position to visit the center of Montefiascone, about 2km away, without spending a fortune. It has a reserved (but not guarded) parking, and some of the rooms on the first floor overlook a huge terrace that offers a nice view of Montefiascone at night. Very friendly owners. Great location, very spacious room, plenty of outdoor space on our terrace, by the pool or in the pretty garden. There was plenty of parking space around the house and the location was very quiet.

It's the fith time we come back to stay with Maddalena and her family; it's always been a delight to be at the B&B l'Amicizia! Nice B&B, just on the outskirts of town. Very friendly host, who makes you feel at home. Nice to sit out in the gardens or by the swimming pool, with views out towards the countryside. Daniela was amazing - she made every effort to ensure we were comfortable and that we understood all the workings of our room, the doors, and the communal breakfast/kitchen area. Each room has a designated breakfast table with separate water bottles, pastries, breakfast items etc, and a designated area in the fridge. We liked the location, coziness, and countryside peacefullness. The breakfast was exceptional. The dining area had a wide variety of to choose from toast and jams, yogurt, fruit, coffe and juices. It was just what we needed to catch the trail and start our next leg on the Via Francigena.

We usually stay when we travel to Italy for work, and both Daniela and her husband are charming and very friendly, it is a very pleasant place to rest. The rooms are spacious and offer us a dining room with a generous and abundant breakfast.

The place is quiet at the foot of the city in an enchanting green garden. We received a warm welcome from the owners who took great care to ensure maximum comfort. Clean and very pleasant rooms, services and living room. The breakfast also lived up to expectations: plentiful and varied. To be taken into consideration every time we return to the area.

I spent one week in this place with my husband, his mom and brother and our dog . The hospitality was amazing, we felt home straight away . Tourists in this area, we were looking for a pizzeria. We came here and found a place despite not having booked. The classic supplì and cacio e pepe were exquisite, well cooked and very crunchy. The excellent pizzas, the light and crumbly dough. The great service. Highly recommended

Een heel fijn huis, ruim opgezet, comfortabel, koel, de keuken was super, en de host had echt aan alles gedacht, echt een super fijne plek. Er zat een hek omheen, wat je kon bedienen met een afstandsbediening. Onze trikes konden daardoor veilig achter een hek. Als ik weer in de buurt ben is dit zeker een aanrader.

Very nice place, a corner of paradise on Lake Bolsena. You can enjoy a beautiful view, pleasant swimming pool, well-kept and comfortable apartment, the friendly and welcoming owner. Highly recommended

The apartment is in a quiet area, but convenient for visiting the various attractions in the area, and has a spectacular view of the lake. The owner is very helpful and kind. The cleanliness is impeccable and the pool with a view was the refreshment of the hot August afternoons. Ultimately: we hope to return soon!

Wonderful farmhouse, in an elevated position with respect to Lake Bolsena the lady who runs it wonderful person can rely on her to eat in the area
