I come here for the 60th birthday of my mom. We spent a wonderful time, it was very relaxing and the service was very good. My sister is vegan and I have many severe allergies, however the hotel was very careful and successfully managed to meet our needs. Strongly recommended

Great hotel with a great thermal pool. Staff is nice and friendly. They let you use the pool after checking out - a huge advantage, especially if you have a large family. Great food - enough, but not too much, I felt full but not overwhelmed after the dinner. They offer a Day Spa for those not willing to stay overnight for 25 EUR. The location is good, not too busy area, friendly staff, good food, dated but still attractive, treatments are good, clean and well organized.

Good price, but the temperature of the water was bad. Too cold. And one light in my room didn’t worked and they hadn’t resolved the problem.

Old facilities. There is just one changing room, where women and men share. There is also very few showers, don't think I saw more than 3. They have a good size swimming pool.

A bit isolated from center city, large hotel with spa and treatment facility. Breakfast buffet has a nice variety of food offerings. Staff is friendly. Pools are nice and clean. Depending on the room the bathroom can be tight. Difficult to sleep past 7.30am as the cleaning starts. Onsite parking available. 20 min walk into city center and train station (40 min ride to Venice St Lucia).

Definitely my favorite terme in Abano! The pool outside is huge and they have nice hydro massage pools. The awesome part is that the spa is connected to the restaurant so you can eat there in your robe. Not too convinced of the service at the restaurant though. I went at the spa (evening voucher). I really enjoyed my time there, it was soooo relaxing. Compared to the big 'terme' I've been to (like Bormio or Pré Saint Didier) it's very small but it's also more quiet and relaxing, so it depends on what you are looking for. I would definitely go back

Nice hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room slightly dated but in good condition. Excellent spa facilities which we mostly had to ourselves. Great food, and lots of it. Would highly recommend.

If you want a 5 star holiday with great personalised service, superb accommodation, the best food wine you can get and a lovely hot thermal water which is relaxing and not crowded with loverly surrounds, and value for money, the Grand Hotel at Monte Grotto is the place to stay.

My husband and I liked the hotel, the Terme/spas and the service. In the evening there was a concert with an orchestra and opera singers. Everything was charming! I recommend.

Great place with good service. It is a very pleasant old-school hotel, with well trained personnel, highly professional restaurant staff, really good food - dinners were amazing, nice spa facilities. All together a very pleasant experience. Location is also great - 10 min to the station where you can take train to Venice, Verona, Padua.

The hotel is the best I have recently visited in Montegrotto. We spent such an amazing evening on Christmas, living abroad I appreciated so much the time!! Unfortunately staff member didn’t allow me to book and enter for Spa Day the last week on December, allowing only hotel guests. They should be more flexible specially for people coming from outside the country. I wish to visit again next year ✨

The most stylish place in Montegrotto. Get ready for some serious pampering, from amazing mud treatments and massages to gourmet dining and the best cocktails ever. I stayed for six nights and it was hard to tear myself away. Tip: the Vital rooms are worth it. Trust.

Good hotel... single rooms are very small but u can upgrade at additional charges to double room... make sure u ask for higher floors as those are recently renovated... they have very good hot water spring ( swimming pool) open to sky as well as indoor... I liked the outdoor one even though it was winter ( January )... location is very close to train station also they provide sheared transfer service...

A wonderfully friendly hotel. The pools have the most fantastic view as they are on a hillside 6 floors up. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Food is also really nice here. Perfect place for relaxing.

Amazing location, very close to local shops. However, if you are here for sightseeing is too far from major sightseeing spots. This place is great for relaxation, mental and physical recreation/recovering from tiredness and fatigue.

We went there just for the spa, and we like it a lot. Dry, steam saunas were available, with icy cold jacuzzi, together with wide indoor and outdoor pools. Price was very reasonable and the ambient very relaxing.

The hotel is in good condition with excellent structure. The COVID-safe regulations are in line with government regulations and are commendable. Excellent food and well maintained dishes. This was our second time staying in this hotel, and it was just as wonderful as the first time! The staff were friendly, the pool and sauna were fantastic, the room was large and cozy, the food was delicious, and the aperitivo was outstanding. Nice and long established hotel in Montegrotto hot spring town. Good swimming pool, large with outside view. Lot of services like spa, sauna aroma teraphy, tennis, padel...At about five p.m. you can enjoy a free aperitif on the border of the swimming pool.

Not a place to stay for more than 3 nights, if you are looking to do a lot of touring. You will have to pay a half board, if you are there for breakfast and dinner or not. The spa is wonderful. Train station very close and convenient. The noise from the train can be loud at times but not enough to cause any disruption.

I have certain dietary health requirements and emailed ahead asking if they could accommodate me. They responded very quickly to my email and said they could. When I sat down to dinner on the first night they had a note I was gluten free and went through the menu with me. Excellent customer service and beautiful food to go with it! Couldn't ask for more.

Perfect balance between traditional style terme and renewed baths/spa. Highly advised Vital Center: biosauna, steam bath, hot/cold/steam showers with aroma and chromotherapy! Love. It. One and only flaw: low quality bar... Still, one of a kind place, irreplaceable, especially in the summer with its olympic (50m) thermal pool and huge garden. 100% worth the money.

We have spent such an amazing time, yesterday, well deserved work break , in a magnificent scenario of the Euganei Hills , thermal water pools , great food , well prepared staff, and we felt safe and comfortable ( even the Covid regulations)! We recommend this place to anyone looking to distress!!!

We came right when they opened after the quarantine. Unfortunately their air conditioner wasn’t turned on yet. When we asked about it they offered to show us another room and gave us a free upgrade. caotic entrance, the treatments area is not so confortable as expected it looks a bit kitsch, the roof bricks are on sight, the wellness area make you feel like you are going to have unprofessional job. despite these downside they are very friendly and the treatments are well executed

Had a lovely time (rooms are a bit old style furnished but still very nice). The SPA was amazing and ideal for a week end with friends or with your partner.. We would really like to come back in the future
