Horrible! The hotel, pool and spa area are very outdated, dirty and broken.

Not a family friendly at all. The babies aren’t allowed to make any sound and ”be babies.” The rules are ridiculous, like 2-years old aren’t allowed to walk around the breakfast room even if they do not interrupt anyone. This is not close at all to be 4-star hotel, more closer to 2 stars. The worst value for money I’ve ever had with a hotel.

Was a grand old hotel in its prime, but those days are long gone. Nice breakfast and staff but there seems to be a lot of momentum resisting needed changes. Thermal pools are still nice but the hotel itself requires restoration and updating. Good for a quick stay and as long as you don’t look too closely and keep expectations low you will enjoy.

Awful hotel . The reception area is nice but the rooms and corridors are very old/dated and VERY POOR QUALITY. It’s one of the worst hotel we have ever stayed at . The beds are rock hard(although we like a hard bed, this was like a piece of wood) . The bed sheets are just a sheet underneath and a sheet over you . No duvet or covers . The bathroom is something from the 1950s . The walls need to be painted asap , and carpets changed . I’m actually Surprised anyone pays for this .

Been here with a free coupon to use the swimming pools but where you get change is small, we've been given just 1 small locker for two and there were no way to put an hairdryer to dry our hair (lucky I had mine) because there were not hairdryer at all. When I went out to pay what we had at the bar, we spent €30 for 2 piadinas, 2 coffees and 2 small beers. Then I've been asked if everything was ok and told the receptionist about the hairdryer and he looked like wasn't a problem to go out with wet hair. I wouldn't suggest this place for a day at the thermal pools for sure.

The dinners were delicious and the room was clean and nice. The staff at the reception and at the restaurant was friendly, polite and they had a helping hand. Only one waiter was quite rough. A waiter named Antonio put it in the right way. With jokes on his lips he brought the dinner in a good mood! Thank you Bellavista, thank you Antonio! Hope to come bach again says room 132

We have just spent a week at the Bellavista and it was absolutely beautiful. We used it as a base so we could travel a bit. So easy with the train 15 min walk from hotel. Area is very quiet, very clean and felt very safe. The hotel is beautiful, extremely clean. Food is lovely lots of choice for breakfast We had lunch there twice and both times was really lovely. The staff are so nice and so friendly couldn't do enough for us. The pools are amazing.The only thing was the beds are a little too hard but this would not stop me returning

Very age-old structure, which I believe has undergone renovation work, very large rooms, but furnished with a retro taste that didn't convince me, too many mirrors, chenille and rococo armchairs, spacious rooms but with bizarre solutions: our wardrobe was located in the outdoor loggia, covered, but always outside the room, well. Blind bathroom with somewhat worn taps. Rigid bed which combined with a tropical oasis night temperature did not allow for a good rest. Clean but not large pools. The sauna works only in the afternoon after 3pm (?????????) Water temperature just lukewarm in the morning why ????, Nice park, but why cut the grass at 10am with the trimmer , so noise and dust ???? Friendly staff. But I won't go back.
