Beautiful room, cozy and clean, the managers are exquisite, capable and kind. They use biodegradable products, show attention to the environment and to people and manage this beautiful house in a quiet and private place yet close to the main communication routes!

We had dinner here after finding the majority of places in Fucecchio to be closed for the summer holidays in August. The food was excellent quality for the money, with pizzas, steaks and pasta all being good. The pappardelle with wild boar ragu was apparently to be especially recommended.

The structure is very welcoming, mainly due to the management which, despite being familiar, is very functional and client oriented. The food is good, cooked well and served just as well without waiting. The managers, but also the collaborators, contribute to a relaxing and welcoming stay. The hotel is nice but needs a refresh. The pool is large but the space around it is kept so-so. The rooms are large as well as the bathrooms, but the sanitary facilities are a bit old. Little staff that does not shine with sympathy

We were upgraded to stay in Hotel Le Vedute, a very pleasant, large building with a swimming pool and restaurant. We had spacious rooms, and made use of the pool and pool bar. All the staff were really friendly and helpful, organising luggage transfer for us. This is a good stop to break up an otherwise long day on the Via Francigena - it's a short walk off the route. The location is perfect for visiting many locations. The breakfast and dinner served by the hotel Le Views are nothing short of excellent, Negative sides: there are no mosquito nets on the windows of the room and in the evening mosquitoes abound, the pool of the B&B always badly kept full of insects, and the bathroom should be refurbished as access to the tub / shower is very difficult.

Is actually a very nice area with a pool. Breakfast was great too. Unfortunately, you can tell that the Bssitzer has been more concerned with the 4 star hotel around the corner lately (same owner). Some money would have to be raised again. Still nice.

Kind and generous We did not get to stay at La Stregatta. We arrived on foot and found to our surprise (it was early March) the place was fully booked. There was no other accommodation available in the village. Despite being busy, the owner kindly offered to drive us to Ponte Cappiano. He refused any payment. We are both very grateful to him for his kindness and generosity.

Beautiful location, good rooms, disadvantage that all toilets and bathrooms are upstairs. This is very uncomfortable for the elderly. Furthermore, ideal for children that there is a swimming pool. Enjoyed Tuscany for 2 weeks!

It is a very pretty hotel. Very rustic but modern at the same time. the hotel is at the top of a hill via a steep gravel path which is easy to miss from the main road. I have known this structure for many years, when I am in those parts according to the times I go there for lunch or dinner, this evening we dined outdoors, a real pleasure, but above all for me you eat well, a typical Tuscan home cooking. Used for a business stay by my small group it proved to be a perfect choice. Large and private parking, rooms of good size considering the structure of the building. Staff and property super helpful and courteous for the days spent we felt at home. Everything was good, the pizza was well cooked and good tasting. The staff is really gentle, kind, nice. The location is gorgeous, with visible beams on the ceiling,full country style, in a quite place.

A small apartment with everything in one space. Bedroom, living room, kitchen. There is a washing machine that is excellent. The bathroom shower needs upgrading and there is a large yard to rest in. All in all, the place is nice and kind and the landlady is wonderful. The place is quiet with a few restaurants around, but remember that its location is not in the interesting Old Town.

It is located in a very nice and quiet town, the treatment is excellent and the room in which we spent the night was previously part of a house. This way, it had everything (stove, fridge, and even coffee) and it's cool. The shower is like the ones from not so long ago (it's not a shower tray but the water goes to the floor), so it reminds us of grandma's houses. Without a doubt, a good experience

I had an exceptionally pleasant stay with my large group of friends. Most importantly the Villa is well maintaned and conveniently furnished. The view of the picturesque toscanian landscape right from the villa's terrace is stunning to say the least. Also the swimming pool is spaciously even for multiple people at once. A very big and nice villa. Big living room and kitchen. Eight bed rooms - each with a bathroom. The pool outside was also fun. On the downside - the maintenance level of the infrastructure could be better and I would expect more equipment like toilet paper, dishwasher fluid, etc.

It was booked for me as part of a walking trip through Tuscany. The photos look beautiful and the hotel itself matches. There's an elegant reception and wonderful breakfast room combined with a tower from which you can see for miles. My room is a little small but it was a single bed only which was fine. We had a lovely stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location and views are fabulous. We love the Italian hotels in historic buildings, this was no exception.

The view from the hotel is stunning that's it... This hotel as all the potential to be a jewel in San Miniato but boy there is some work to do. The rooms and amenities are really outdated, breakfast was below standard and unfortunately my experience with the reception was less than satisfactory. So if you want a view go there otherwise you'll find plenty of nicer options around.

We had a lovely large room, with a great view across the local area. Perfect for a quick stop over before driving to Pisa Airport. Would stay longer next time, lots to explore. They are conducting some renovation work, but it's not overly disruptive. The car parking is convenient to the hotel once you fund the right access road. SatNav couldn't!
