I have known this structure for many years, when I am in those parts according to the times I go there for lunch or dinner, this evening we dined outdoors, a real pleasure, but above all for me you eat well, a typical Tuscan home cooking. Aldo, Roberta and Francesca are very kind I recommend it if you try it you can not help but come back.

Used for a business stay by my small group it proved to be a perfect choice. Large and private parking, rooms of good size considering the structure of the building. Staff and property super helpful and courteous for the days spent we felt at home. Everything was good, the pizza was well cooked and good tasting. The staff is really gentle, kind, nice. The location is gorgeous, with visible beams on the ceiling,full country style, in a quite place.

Owners helpful and kind, but not expressly indicated that bathroom and kitchen are common parts (at least on booking) in my opinion this is a serious mistake. The price is in line considering the common parts. Location for those seeking tranquility (I like it). Other than the tub cleanliness good.

Beautiful house nice big room, lovely host

Located in the hills near San Minato, the two-room old house is a very quiet and restful place, with a lovely outside area offering superb views and an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. Good restaurants nearby and the coast is within a reasonable drive. Excellent aircon in a spacious room with high ceilings. Wifi can be weak at times.

I stayed for twelve nights and found myself at ease. The hosts were very welcoming and made me feel like I was at home. I recommend it for those looking for a family, welcoming, and peaceful dimension.

Such a lovely sweet couple! Homebaked goods for breakfast (you'll definitely be full!) with beautiful views from the kitchen/terrace. Basic accommodations but has everything you would need (as with most places like this in Europe, make sure to bring your own shampoo!).

It was great. Giuliana and her family were perfect hosts. Our kid loved the animals at the place and Giuliana was so kind to show us all of them. In front of the apartment we could use the seats and table were we enjoyed the wonderful view while having something to eat or drink. The Kitchen is well equipped and we could also use the barbecue!

We stayed in August at the "Poggio delle capre" a real paradise where tranquility reigns accompanied by the kindness of the hosts. Our two children had a blast among the pools available and all the fantastic animals present. We will definitely be back very soon !!!! 😍🥰

One of the first weekends after the lockdown, and it was a welcome surprise. An unpaved country road leads to a rural location. Here we received a warm welcome from Giuliana and her partner, two educated and pleasant people. The holiday at the Poggio delle Capre was one of the most beautiful holidays we had with our children. The owners Giuliana and Giorgio are two wonderful people who made us feel at home and taught us a lot about animals and goat milk processing. The location immersed in the Tuscan countryside is simply splendid, offering absolute relaxation and fun for children.

If you are looking for peace and tranquility in the countryside near San Miniato, the queen b & b is for you. Clean rooms, possibility to leave the car safely and especially in the morning the coffee made with mocha .....

I stayed one night with my boyfriend and we had a great time. The B&B is located in a quiet spot in San Miniato, more in the countryside, let's say. The house is beautiful and the owners are very friendly. If you are traveling by car the site is ideal. But if as you travel on foot is not the best option because it is almost 2km from the town and to get there you have to climb a very hard slope. The owners were very kind and offered to bring us closer to the town. Breakfast in the morning is plentiful and varied.

The landlady, Donna Theresa, speaks a little German, which made communication much easier. The price is rare to find even at B&B. The room and bathroom, although old but clean and functional. The ideal base for visiting Florence, Pisa and Lucca.

We were guests of the "Poggiolo" in October. Excellent hospitality of the owners who made us feel immediately at ease with their courtesy and availability. The Villa is stunning, with 360 views of Tuscany. You can watch the sun rise and set over the mountains, its truly magical. Each room is equally as nice and have their own bathroom. I had an exceptionally pleasant stay with my large group of friends. Most importantly the Villa is well maintaned and conveniently furnished. The view of the picturesque toscanian landscape right from the villa's terrace is stunning to say the least. Also the swimming pool is spaciously even for multiple people at once. Definitely a great place to stay with a big family. Plenty of bedrooms with each a bathroom. A nice kitchen, a huge swimming pool, a lovely view, … And it’s near Florence and Pisa. One of the best places I have stayed at in Tuscany.

A very big and nice villa. Big living room and kitchen. Eight bed rooms - each with a bathroom. The pool outside was also fun. On the downside - the maintenance level of the infrastructure could be better and I would expect more equipment like toilet paper, dishwasher fluid, etc.

It is not the first time that we come to this farm. Last time we came in the middle of winter and this time we opted for the menu including entry to the pool. it is really good, surrounded by greenery and silence. For each nucleus an umbrella and a sunbed and in our case a gazebo. If you use the swimming pool, the price includes lunch and we ate really well. We were a little disappointed by the room that was advertised as it's individual room that turned out to be the living room and the pool that you see in the pictures is not accessible to the guests of the house.
