It is a very pretty hotel. Very rustic but modern at the same time. the hotel is at the top of a hill via a steep gravel path which is easy to miss from the main road. The room was a good size with two opening windows one each side of the room which is great for air flow. I have known this structure for many years, when I am in those parts according to the times I go there for lunch or dinner, this evening we dined outdoors, a real pleasure, but above all for me you eat well, a typical Tuscan home cooking. Aldo, Roberta and Francesca are very kind I recommend it if you try it you can not help but come back.

Used for a business stay by my small group it proved to be a perfect choice. Large and private parking, rooms of good size considering the structure of the building. Wouldn't recommend for the price. We stayed in rooms for families. The bathroom was a pain. No proper mechanism to stop water spilling out of the shower. It kept flooding the floor. Breakfast was very average. Nothing great otherwise. Staff were friendly.

Owners helpful and kind, but not expressly indicated that bathroom and kitchen are common parts (at least on booking) in my opinion this is a serious mistake. The price is in line considering the common parts. Location for those seeking tranquility (I like it). Other than the tub cleanliness good.

Located in the hills near San Minato, the two-room old house is a very quiet and restful place, with a lovely outside area offering superb views and an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. Good restaurants nearby and the coast is within a reasonable drive. Excellent aircon in a spacious room with high ceilings. Wifi can be weak at times.

A small apartment with everything in one space. Bedroom, living room, kitchen. There is a washing machine that is excellent. The bathroom shower needs upgrading and there is a large yard to rest in. All in all, the place is nice and kind and the landlady is wonderful. The place is quiet with a few restaurants around, but remember that its location is not in the interesting Old Town.

It is located in a very nice and quiet town, the treatment is excellent and the room in which we spent the night was previously part of a house. This way, it had everything (stove, fridge, and even coffee) and it's cool. It was great. Giuliana and her family were perfect hosts. Our kid loved the animals at the place and Giuliana was so kind to show us all of them. In front of the apartment we could use the seats and table were we enjoyed the wonderful view while having something to eat or drink. The Kitchen is well equipped and we could also use the barbecue!

One of the first weekends after the lockdown, and it was a welcome surprise. An unpaved country road leads to a rural location. The holiday at the Poggio delle Capre was one of the most beautiful holidays we had with our children. The house is beautiful and the owners are very friendly. If you are traveling by car the site is ideal. But if as you travel on foot is not the best option because it is almost 2km from the town and to get there you have to climb a very hard slope.
