Room was ample, parking lot a little muddy from the rain but spacious. Breakfast was great.

We stayed in August near all amenities and staff so helpful and beautiful pool area. Lovely mini bar near the pool. Rooms are beautiful, great variety for breakfast and staff so helpful. Very convenient to the lake area and close to the port. Special mention to reception staff and management so helpful.

The rooms and sanitary facilities are getting a bit old and the beds were a bit short, but hey, the pension could do exactly what I wanted: I wanted a clean, cheap, central, quiet hotel to sleep in (after all, I was here to do sports) , the people were still very nice and the breakfast buffet with fresh fruit was more than OK. A parking space for the car, the almost park area in front of the house...

Wrong room arrangemang that booking.com provided faulty informtaion. but the hotel all in all was very nice and close to the beach.

The staff was very friendly and nice!! It was great that my single room had a balcony and that downstairs the hotel runs a typical italian bar, where locals meet.

It was overall allright for the money you pay. nice view on mountains (if you ignore all traffic), nice bedroom. There is parking. The breeakfast is very basic, with screaming children running around. Italians go easy on restraining kids on public.

The food is absolutely amazing, the view is also stunning. But we had to wait for a hour to get a drink. It was the day with fireworks going on, so the restaurant was understaffed, but still we were not completely happy with the speed of service.

Excellent restaurant. Excellent view on Garda lake and Riva del Garda. We took a couple of pizzas on our way from Tenno lake and it was very tasty. The prices are decent.

The Restaurant of the Hotel Centrale is positioned in a lovely square on the lake front. Perfect for lunch when visiting Riva delicious Garda. We have booked a lake view room with balcony. The view was amazing and the balcony had a swing! The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. Nice location a bit up on the hill. Thus, front rooms should have a beautiful view across the lake. They have a free washing machine, something I haven't seen before. Didn't like the direct tone of the lady at the reception, but that's just a one time annoyance when checking in. And other people in my party didn't share my sentiment.

Rooms were clean, food was great. Everything was just right. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a holiday near Lake Garda. The staff is very friendly and if problems are tried this directly to fix. Anytime I would come here again. Just a beautiful hotel with great views.

All in all a fair hotel for a acceptable price. Little things like a broken light or missing pieces in the furniture are to be expected. The breakfast is just enough but the afternoon meal is plenty and very tasty. Don't expect too much from this hotel. You get what you're paying for.

Very nice accommodation near center of Riva del Garda. Also, to the lake it is very close. Pleasant personal, low prices. You can save your bicycle to the basement room, there is also a big basement garage. Around is several restaurants and pizzerias. In the Riva are several bike shops and services.

You get what you pay for. For 25€ per night you can't expect 5 star luxury with a Whirlpool on suite, concierge service or water beds in a remote location. This is B&B for short stays and not 3 week all-inclusive vacation. We had a lovely weekend at this well positioned hotel at Lake Garda in early August. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We come to Torbole every year in August and every year we try a different hotel, always near the lake, but after being here I don't think I will change anymore. The staff are tremendously nice; the wonderful breakfast with high quality products; the comfortable and carefully cleaned rooms every day; the location a few steps from the lake ... plus the best value for money.

The rooms are clean and adequately furnished. The breakfast is also completely ok. Certainly there is no special offer for intolerances, but since we are not affected by it, it is not important to us. During the day you should keep the balcony door/window closed, as there is only a ceiling fan available. Ventilate sufficiently at night, then you can also sleep well.
