Excellent small and friendly Hotel. The rooms are spotless and clean. The staff are very helpful, especially Marko, and they were always happy to give advice regarding travel and how to get around. The breakfast was superb with lots of choice. The hotel even gave guests a couple of evening meals events which were free and available to all the guests.

I booked the spa to use the hot tub, as I don't use the sauna or Turkish bath. When we got there, the tub was having problems; it just wouldn't work. I immediately reported the problem several times to reception, and the lady came to check it out in person. She told us to wait a moment and she'd find a solution, but she never showed up again. I have just returned from a week in this hotel, sharing a twin room with my mum-in-law. Our stay was fabulous. The rooms were light, fresh and spotlessly clean as was the bathroom which had a large walk in shower. The hotel is a little outdated, but very clean and well maintained. They gave us free bycicle to go to the lake since it's quite far away to walk. The breakfast was amazing, probably the best one we had while travelling in Italy.

A really nice hotel within easy reach of Riva. There is a restaurant and bar and a swimming pool. You can sit outside in a large garden area for breakfast or for drinks. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have a balcony. There is a large free car park. You can order a fixed price menu or A la Cart in the restaurant, at very good prices. We had such a great stay at Hotel Benaco in Torbole! The staff were amazing super friendly and always happy to help with anything. Breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety to choose from. If you are looking a nice room to sleep/rest/love with super breakfast for the resonable amount. Ok, without a windowview. But close to the lake, restourants, supermarket and bike/...rent. What else you need on Garda lake? Just one small minus for me - too soft bed.

This hotel was perfect for this trip- we were a group of 7 visiting Torbole, to stay in the area for 4 days for an activity vacation- mostly cycling and hiking. The hotel was in an ideal location for bike rental, restaurants, bathing in the lake and also some shops and bars. I didn't even think the hotel will be so fantastic! The owners and the service create the atmosphere of this place. Amazing food that lets you get to know Italy from taste perspective and a family atmosphere are things I will never forget. I will come back for sure and not once.

My adult son and I spent a wonderful night at Hotel Villa Alberta. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The rooms are older but comfortable. It was very hot while we were there, The AC worked very hard and was barely adequate. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. I look forward to staying here again

Stay out of the underground garage! It’s so tight and the ramp is dangerously steep unless you have a super small car. The bed was two twin beds pushed together and we kept falling in the crack. It was very cheap, but not super nice. Appreciate the free breakfast. Front desk person left at 8 pm and didn’t explain how to check in or contact me.

The staff was friendly, wifi worked well (but needed a login), breakfast was quite good, room was spacious and also had a terrace. Just a few minutes walk to the lake. From historical center of Riva, it's about 10 minutes walk. Bathroom was also big with a bathtub. Free parking available. The price was also very good. Would likely stay there again if visiting Riva.

Great location by the lake Park with stunning mountain views! We had a Suite with kitchen and two balconies - interior in light colours, spacious, clean and tidy. The hotel provides Parking. Loved everything, but one minus for the lack of iron! But the staff can iron clothes for extra charge, if you really ask. Again I'd definitely come here. Recommend.

Very nice hotel close to the centre.

Hotel Alberello is a clean, tastefully furnished hotel which is situated 2.5 Kms from the shore at Lake Garda. It is served by an hourly bus service during the day. It is particularly suited for using as a base to explore the region and has a good bar and serves food on a board basis. The Staff are very helpful and friendly.

It's the first time we've been there, an excellent impression, it seems more like a 4 star than a 3 star, a very clean and tidy hotel, very kind and attentive staff (very kind owner), spacious and well-arranged rooms, abundant and quality breakfasts, to return on the next holidays, greetings.

The hotel is very well located in the heart of Torbole (with the bus stop across the street). Excellent breakfast (fresh fruit salad, Italian coffee, etc.). The rooms are spacious, some with a small balcony surrounded by trees. The only downside is the air conditioning, which works poorly, if at all. In early August, during the intense heat, it's quite annoying... and the staff isn't very responsive...

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is excellent—tucked away just enough from the busy street to be peaceful, but still very convenient. Friendly staff, room was spacious enough for two. We missed the free breakfast due to an early train, but it’s a nice option to have. Would stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It is a bit far from the center where all the restaurants are, but I walked this distance with pleasure along the lake shore with incredible views. At the same time, in the neighboring shopping center there is an excellent supermarket with a large selection of products and essential goods. Breakfasts are good, they make delicious coffee!

The hotel has a pizza and salad restaurant at a very reasonable price they were the best we have eaten. The staff were very friendly and professional; we were made to feel very welcome. If it weren’t for the fact we were travelling we would have stayed longer; we will be back.

Hôtel let’s you appreciate your surroundings in the beautiful Northern side of Lake Garda. Check in was prompt at 3pm. Room has a fridge which was a nice surprise. Very clean and tidy, even the balcony. Dinner service was very good and the views are outstanding! Would definitely recommend. I’m sure there are lots of other features the hotel has but we stayed for one night so can’t comment on...

Economy room, very hot inside (air conditioning only heating, no cooking until May) and room mini-bar fridge not working. Entire night window have be wide open to cool down room but then you heard loud people down in the street and cars/bikes. Resume: we've had one very long and hot night with 3 hours sleeptime. I Can recomend this place very much, close to the lake and nice Shops arrondissement. Little walk and you can reach caffes and Restaurants with ease.

The view is as close to perfect as humanly possible! The staff is really friendly and helpful. It is quite a hike up/down the hill/mountainside (roughly 600-700 m), but the view makes it worth it! Positioning compared to restaurants, bars etc. Is ideal, however it is missing aircon, which makes it a bit warm during summer! I would still recommend highly!

I thought it was good for the price. Went in April when the weather was perfect. Great views. It's on the top of a hill so it's a bit of a hike unless you bring a car. There's free parking right at the bottom of the hill. Bring your own towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. There's a playground by the pool. You can get a high chair and a baby tub. Has a kitchenette with pots and pans, dishes, coffee...
