Mercure Olbia

Our stay was nice. We were comfortable. It was clean and conventient. I can't fault too much, but I also don't have much praise about anything special. The front desk were neither friendly or not friendly. They were simply matter of fact. Dining area for dinner was so small it required a reservation. The meal was good, but we did have to wait until after 9pm to get a time to eat. Breakfast was standard European and it was good. The room was comfortable. The shower wand wouldn't stay in place so if you weren't careful it would spray across the top of the shower enclosure. Parking was available and free. This hotel provided the rest we needed for our last night.

Had a great stay, perfect location, few minutes walk from promenade and main street. Room clean and comfortable, with nice views. Staff helpful and very friendly, especially restaurant/bar staff are absolute stars and made our stay so nice especially Antonella. BUT best part of this hotel is food! Absolutely amazing and delicious! Hope chef will read this review. I would absolutely urge anybody staying there to try every single item from their A la carte menu! Breakfast very fresh and delicious too. Will come again. People complaining about bedbugs, clearly they never seen bedbug before, thats not bedbugs but mosquitos. Multiple guests had many bites including myself. Lets say sardinian mosquitos are very thirsty haha, literally they were biting me while I was driving in the car!

The room has everything needed, clean, spacious and air conditioned. Cleaners come in the room everyday to make the bed and replenish any bathroom necessities.The location has easy access to the main town part of Olbia… about a 10/15 minute walk. The pool area is nice. Overall, a stay which has everything you need. Maybe not the most modern or decorative hotel but it’s okay :) Staff are also friendly & accommodating.

Lovely service from reception, very helpful with questions and sorting out transport. Clean comfy room. Breakfast was simple and not expensive, with hot and cold drinks, mix of pastries, fruit, cold meats and cheese and bread-clean restaurant. Easy walk into the centre of Olbia, not far at all. Well lit road at night and busy so felt safe.

They upgraded our room. The bar outside is pretty nice, the breakfast is okay and the rooms are as expected: clean, big bed, and the room itself is not too spacious.
