We loved the entertainment staff and activities they created, particularly those in the evening. This is definitely a place for families. The sea was beautiful and all facilities (football, volleyball, archery, swimming) are great. The room was small and basic but sufficient.

If it happens that you land there, might come the gigantic problem that you don’t want ever to leave….! Everything is “over the top”

Stayed here at the hotel Vittoria and was most impressed by the super friendly staff. All the staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Would definitely return and not hesitate in recommending.

Great location minutes walk from the beach and the old town. The pool was great. It was also quiet. Front desk people very helpful and kind. Breakfast was so so, nothing extraordinary. The rooms can be improved a bit. We had nonetheless a great stay !

Lot of positives…amazing spa facilities; good location, solid continental breakfasts and nice staff. Our issue was WiFi. Just never worked in our room. Staff tried to help but hotel needs a major WiFi upgrade because outside of main lobby, we never had proper WiFi and that hurt our ability to work from hotel.

Nice hotel which is located at about 3 km of port Otranto. Food is alright, a remark to make there are a lot of stairs/elevators to take get to your room. The way to your room can complicated.

The room was small and outdated. The hotel have an awkward layout, we needed to go up and down several flights of stairs and elevators to go from the room to the restaurant or the reception. The food at the restaurant was good and with a good variety of local flavours. Very good relation price-quality.

It is a large building with many blocks connected by stairs and aisles. However there are elevators for people with mobility issues. The front staff is very helpful, as well as the restaurant crew. Stylish getaway with spacious rooms, breathtaking infinity pool, and outstanding breakfast. The staff was truly great - highly courteous and well-trained. Wonderful staff, owner on premises is very friendly, rooms nicely appointed and luxurious, pool in a relaxed setting with fruit trees and friendly cats and dogs hanging around. Since 7 years in my summer holidays I tried to get an table. Always it was fully booked.Now thanks ;-( covid we were able to get an table for a fantastic amazing dinner. Everything really everything was perfect. Nice fish, meat etc even the dessert was a dream. I can recommend this lovely place even I don't have to do it. We spent a fabulous week at the hotel. We upgraded our initial booking for a superior room which had wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. The weather was fine for the most part. Few steps form a wonderful beach and 10 minutes (by foot) from the astonishing city centre. The hotel provides all what needed for a relaxing holiday.
