This place was perfect for us and what we needed. The rooms are spacious, airy, fresh, and clean. Nice balcony. Housekeeping came everyday. Water hot. Has pools. A little beach space next to a forested area. Breakfast included, with eggs. Seems like some tour groups lodge here, and they seem to be enjoying. Simple place with convenient location. Bed is firm, we slept well. Could hear guests next door through the walls but it didn’t matter. We didn’t spend much time here with kiteboarding and visiting other locations on island. No wifi in room.

This is in no way a four-star hotel. The rooms are carelessly and minimally furnished, everything is in mediocre shape, and there was an alarm going off at 7:30 in the morning that was built into the wall and hidden behind the closet. There is no WiFi in the rooms, just in the lobby. The pool closes between 1 and 3 PM and after 7 PM, when the sun is still out and it’s super hot. You can’t charge anything to your room but have to pull out your credit card for every single thing you buy at the hotel bar. Pool towels cost extra, and they expect you to wear a paper wristband the entire time of your stay, as if this was a concert venue. We were not happy!

Good morning. I am now returning from a week's stay at the Capo d'Oro Club Esse residence. Very kind staff and very clean and well-kept environment. Excellent animation. I recommend an excursion organized by Salvatore (a kind and professional person) to the islands of the Maddalena archipelago. .

Our room was quite dark with a very little access to daylight. There was a smell of mould and the Aircon unit was not static and quite old (it kept coming on quite strongly for say 5 minutes just to then switch off for 15 only to come on loudly again). The bunk bed had no ladder which we addressed immediately and reminded at the reception three times. Each time we were told the maintenance staff were busy and will be with us as soon as possible - on two of those occasions we actually saw them chatting and having cigarette next to the swimming pool.
Breakfast was fine, but the dinner did not have much taste.

We spent 2 relaxing weeks. The location was good as well as our room. We really appreciated the maitre Carlo, always kind and available to every guest. We will come back again to Club Esse Posada.

Great location for a quiet vacation in a small dreamy Sardinian town. The port is only 5 mins walk with quite a few great restaurants. With a car, you can go to all the great beaches around including Madelina in one hour. We stayed in a room with 3 bed. It was cleaned daily, enough space. The only shortcomings were the staff. Somehow the welcome feeling is missing. Stayed there for 10 nights. Not one staff smiled at us and said good morning during breakfast. It was as if they were not very happy seeing us there. Rest all good.

We came here at 11 am , started waiting for room without a glass of water... At 12:45 lunch was served and we were informed by resident that room will be ready at...5 pm. Just 6 hours waiting in 38-40 degrees. Avoid this place, nobody cares of you here
