The hotel is just perfect. Surely the best bed I've ever experienced -- it lifts you up and holds you there. The hotel is modern, in excellent taste, and good quality; a very nice breakfast.

Even the hotel looks nice, the price is high for what you get. The front desk lady looks like angry. The restaurant for breakfast is great and the waitress are helpful and nice

I have stayed at this hotel many times traveling on business. I am currently calling the Hotel Link 124 my home for the next 4 weeks as I work from my Company's head office about 30 mins away. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I only speak English (my bad considering how much time I spend in Italy) and the front desk has helped me navigate many things like; calling for cabs that will agree to taking a credit card, dealing with dry cleaning and laundry, and other issues while dealing with life as a foreigner in Italy.
The hotel isn't too pricey while the modern design is very chic and cool to my taste. Breakfast is very good and the restaurant is very reasonably priced, considering the quality of the food and great service. I see both vacation and business travellers at the hotel. From the link it's about a 30 min walk into downtown Parma and I have been using Tier e-bikes that can be found around the hotel property.
Special recognition goes to Francesca (I think she is she is Hotel Manager) and Gibo (restaurant server and bar tender). I appreciate their hard work.

Im staying second time here. First time, that was good and then i choose here for second time. But;
If you go to breakfast early, you can access all the food, as the buffet is fully stocked and everything is available. However, if you go an hour later, the buffet is incomplete, not replenished, and the tables are filled with dirty dishes. The staff members always have a gloomy expression.
Only one person at the reception says "good morning" to you. Especially the young lady with glasses, who is usually at the reception in the morning, responds to your questions with reprimands, doesn't smile, can't say "good morning," and always has a gloomy face. She made me regret coming to this hotel.
Despite having many positive aspects, I won't choose to stay at this hotel again. Unfortunately, this hotel doesn't represent Italian hospitality, especially considering it's a 4-star establishment. This experience was truly disappointing.

Nice and modern hotel near the highway exit and about 10 minutes from the center of Parma by car. It has free parking, wifi, SPA, gym, bar and restaurant.
The SPA is open between 18=21:00 and costs 15€ extra.
The rooms are large and comfortable, equipped with Smart TV, mini fridge, air conditioning and safe. The bathroom is also spacious and has everything you need. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very professional
The breakfast buffet is rich and there is something for everyone.

Besides the Corona hard times the hotel is doing great.
Very clean, happy employees on the restaurant, food good and, I could not forget to mention the nice and educated front desk blond lady. She treated us excellent. Keep going Hotel 124.

Great hotel, perfect for a work stay. Easy access, friendly staff, excellent rooms!

In general the hotel is nice, the restaurant serves delicious food but the staff must be a bit quicker and with more attention to the customer. We waited for one hour and a half until they came to take our order and at the end it was messed up. But it's ok.
