Well priced accommodation at a great location close to both the train station & old town centre. Our room was very quiet even thought it fronted the street. Good window furnishings resulted in the room being nicely dark in the mornings. Our double room was adequate in size & clean. It had a modern feel to it even though it is in an older building. The included breakfast was continental with no hot dishes but the lovely lady in charge made coffee & pancakes to order, & there was a pleasant array of cold cuts/cheese & pastries.

I try to stay at the Savoy whenever I am in Parma. The staff are friendly and it is a great location.

I'm not sure the hotel is worth of 4 stars, feels more like a 3 star hotel, as the inside is relatively dated and the room itself was just OK. However we had a decent stay. Dogs allowed. Breakfast included and was good. About a 10-15 minute walk to city center. Garage parking about 5 minutes by feet away. Has heating and air con.

Our stay was perfect, the room was well designed, very pleasant and sound-proofed, we loved the fact there was a kettle in a room, also mini-bar on hand. The staff was very professional and polite, they really respect their guests and care about their stay. We would stay here next time when in Parma, no hesitation.

Great location,close to both station and central area. Room is basic, I liked they provided a free slipper. The hotel owner family was nice and greeted when we left the hotel. recommend to book on their official website you will get a better deal

Overall a good stay in Parma. I stayed a couple of nights on my own on a business trip. The room was very clean and quite spacious. The bed very comfortable. The bathroom had everything you need. I only missed a kettle in the room. Breakfast was good and simple. I was expecting a bit more as we are in Parma but for my taste it was good. You have full fat yogurt, croissants (frozen), bread, some fruits, jams, cheeses and salumi. They have vegan options and soy milk (appreciated). Coffee was great and the lady was very kind and friendly.

Great experience, it's a central hotel, it's clean, the rooms are good and, what should never be taken for granted, the managers are friendly and helpful.
