The location is convenient for visiting major attractions in the area, and the staff was kind and quick to respond to our requests. Parking was easy and accessible.

Unfortunately, the mattress was very firm, and we could feel the springs. The staff added cotton toppers, which helped slightly, but it was still uncomfortable. The room had extensive mold that worsened daily, affecting the air quality and creating an unpleasant smell. With only a small window, ventilation was poor, and the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. The shower leaked into the bathroom, so we had to use a towel to absorb the water, and the rooms weren’t soundproof, so we could hear our neighbors.

The food quality was disappointing. Breakfast was minimal, and dinner dishes were often served cold, even when we arrived early. The pools weren’t heated, so they were mostly empty, and the pool bar didn’t offer snacks in the evenings before dinner.

Beautiful hotel, in a beautiful location, full of nature and ideal for an escape for relaxing or going with kids. The swimming pools are huge. The buffet is quite good, and changes every day. The rooms are like little igloos or houses. Not very large but comfortable. The only caveat is that the beach is not a sandy one. And the hotel is not very close to an urban location so you'll likely want to rent a car. We had a great holiday with our family there and will likely come back again.

There are a few things to be aware of:
1. If you come toward the end of the season only one restaurant is open and it is a buffet. Food quality is mediocre at best. Suggest trying local restaurants.
2. For some reason the staff seem to be less customer centric than expected or experienced at other hotels. Generally it feels as though you’re bothering them.
3. The grounds and facilities are very nice. Very much a resort feel.
4. Location near Monopoli and Alberobello is very good.

Breakfast is ok, but have had better in a 3 star in Turkey, was expecting more fresh products.
Having to queue for coffee is poor service, never had to before.
Coffee & tea making facilities in the room would be nice
Staff are lovely and helpful.
Rooms are very clean

My stay here was… not good. The staff was incredibly unprofessional. I saw what I presume to be the hotel manager in a screaming match with an entire family in the main lobby.

The irony of the manager screaming “THIS IS A 4 STAR HOTEL” In the lobby is almost too much. What a way to start off my stay.

If you don’t know Italian then it’s going to be a struggle - none of the hotel staff except the front desk speaks even broken English.

The food was quite terrible for the price.

The rooms were pretty nice, however.

The location is weird, you’ll definitely need a car.

Ultimately a subpar experience due to the rude pretentious staff and terrible food.

The 1 bedroom suite was spacious and clean, the lounge area easily large enough for 2 kids to sleep in.
The buffet restaurant, whilst chaotic with a table allocation system from the 1980s, had some nice dishes, particularly if you like fish.
The service definitely seems to operate on a 2 tier system. Italians are treated much better than other nationalities. Services that were supposedly included for customers in suites ( such as use of the 2 other restaurants and breakfast on the terrace) were not offered and on one occassion were denied until a formal complaint was made.
The salt water pool is a little tired and the surroundings in need of a refurb but the fresh water pool is in good condition.
You will need a car as everything is a drive away and taxis not always available.

It was an unforgettable experience. The environment was absolutely stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The facilities were well-maintained and beautifully designed, making every moment spent there a pleasure!
The food and drinks offered at the hotel were exceptional. Each meal was delicious, showcasing a variety of flavors that left us eager for the next dining experience. The drinks were equally impressive, with a wide selection that catered to all tastes.

The staff at Torre Cintola were outstanding, truly going above and beyond to make our stay special. The lifeguards, receptionists, Maria,Debhora, and Fabius and other were all remarkable, consistently providing excellent service with a friendly and professional demeanor. Their dedication and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable.

Overall, Torre Cintola deserves a perfect score of 10 for its fantastic environment, incredible food and drinks, and exceptional staff. I highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely, modern and very clean hotel
Safe parking with gate which you need to call reception to open every time.
Big variety of breakfast, lovely staff

Mixed feelings. The place is pretty nice with a huge swimming pool, direct access to the sea.
The staff tries to be nice and hardly speak English (I didn’t need it but most of the guests did!). Breakfast is disappointing.
Having an outdoor gym is a good idea, but if you happen to be the first one in the morning (7.30am) it takes staff 30 minutes to come and 3 minutes to open/turn on.

Good hotel, with few things that could be differently managed. Food was nothing special, the service of it was strange - on one hand it was self service but still you had to tell what do you want. The pool looked nice but you had to have a cap to swim. You could order drinks but you had to make a prepaid card - why not have an invoice in the end?The location of the hotel was ok.
