We had a wonderful stay at the Delfino hotel. Both the lobby and the rooms are beautiful. The view from the restaurant, where we eat well, is great. It was also really practical to be able to park on-site.
But most of all, the personnel is super nice. The cleaning of the room was quick and efficient and the staff in the restaurant is caring. Finally, a big shout-out to Alessandro who not only is really nice, but also gave us valuable advice on places to visit and even some information about the history of the city. He made our stay all the more pleasant.

I travel through Italy with groups very often for my job, and I can highly recommend this hotel. The staff here, especially AnnaLaura are all absolute sweethearts, but also extremely professional and attentive, not just to me—but to my somewhat difficult large group of 32 tourists as well. I’m afraid they have spoiled me for other hotels because the food here is also very homemade and spectacular. I would go out of my way to stay here even though I don’t love most of Taranto. Thank you Hotel Delfino 🥰🙏🌟

The hotel is very different from what's advertised. The photos of the rooms must be from somewhere else; they're old and smelly. The hotel hallways reek of cigarette smoke and are full of skewers scattered on the floor. It's absurd. When we arrived, the rooms were dirty, with dirty towels—everything was horrible. The only thing that's accurate is the photos of the reception and restaurant. The rest is a lie, and the service is also terrible; no one can fix anything. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. What I have to say is that I paid a lot to be deceived by this disgraceful hotel.

We had a wonderful stay. This is a great hotel. Room with a lovely sea view, it was spacious and the hotel has a great breakfast!
The front of house and concierge, Alexander really made our stay. He gave excellent recommendations for food and wineries. He could not have been more helpful. Thank you so much Alexander for making our stay so enjoyable at your lovely hotel.

I recently stayed at Delfino Hotel in Taranto.
The lobby was pleasant, breakfast was good, the view was beautiful, and although the gym was small, the equipment was new. The staff were helpful and courteous. The room was cleaned daily, which I appreciated.
However, my overall experience was disappointing. The room I stayed in was very outdated. The toilet flush did not work unless the entire flush panel was lifted, which the receptionist apologized for. The elevators were also very old and in need of modernization.
When I requested an invoice, they attempted to charge me again, and only after I clarified that I had already paid did they apologize.
On the last day, despite informing reception that we would check out at 12:00, I arrived at the room exactly at 12:00 to find that my belongings had already been removed and placed at the front desk. Again, the staff apologized for the misunderstanding.
Overall, this stay was unnecessarily stressful.

The part of the hotel that is refurbished is absolutely gorgeous! The lobby, the pool and the seaside view is just amazing! It is quite a walk from the city, but that way you can discover more of Taranto!
The most amazing thing is the service provided by all the staff, from front office till the restaurant. The staff in the restaurant is highly qualified, with the best advise from the staff and the best level of service!

Rooms are good, view to the Waterside is so Nice, but to the street, loud noices from cars ect.

Lovely hotel in Taranto, great view and nice pool, they are currently doing renovations, which will update the rooms. The only drawback was parking being so limited.

By far the nicest staff in town. Rooms were nice enough. My seaside room was date but had a great view. The superior room was newly remodeled and spacious for a European room.

The hotel is currently being renovated and the design plans look amazing. The location of the hotel is second to none and the view over the Gulf of Taranto is breathtaking. Free parking is a nice addition. The staff is great! My compliments to Fabio from the reception. He is very kind and his service is top notch. Thank you!
